I AM DISGUSTED. I would give zero stars if I could. My family and I just went to see Rogue One at this theatre (great movie) and were having a great time.... Until we discovered that there were no easily accessible handicapped bathrooms. It was very late at night and thus there were very few employees around, but we did manage to flag down a girl who was behind the counter at the concessions bar. We asked her if there were any handicap accessible bathrooms available and she said (very quietly, like she was ashamed to tell us) that the theatre keeps the one bathroom under "lock and key." We looked around a bit while we waited for her to finish up with her customer, then she led us to a closet. A dark room filled with excess lane dividers, signs, and glasses deposits, which she had to move out of the way. This closet held the "handicapped accessible" bathroom. I wouldve put bathroom in quotes, but I thought it a little unfair because they had at least had the decency to include a toilet in the room. I could barely fit my manual wheelchair (ya know, the kind your grandma uses) in the bathroom. My mom had to discuss with her how sickened she and I were, and we both could tell that the girl (who turned out to be the manager) was so ashamed at her workplace environment. We left the facility trembling with anger and fuming with disgrace. Never in my life or my mothers life have we been left with such utter shock. Never in my life or my mothers life have we been treated with such disrespect and lack of care. I hope you at Regal Cinemas take this to heart. And I hope to never step foot in your cinema again because of how poorly you regard handicapped people. And please feel free to reach out to me if you want to discuss this topic further. I am at waaehh on gmail. I would love to have a more personal discussion with Regal Cinemas. Thank you for your time.

Regal Cinemas is the worst theatre chain. 1. They pack you in like sardines. Having been to literally any other well regarded megaplex nationwide youll will see how crammed Regal is compared to others. 2. Expensive tickets. Why the heck is it so expensive when literally every competitor is so much better, nicer, and cheaper? 3. Concessions also more expensive. 6 dollar small drink. Lol other big chains charge that for a large. Get over yourself Regal. 4. Annoying sexist rules. If you are a man carrying a shopping bag from a book store they need to look in it because "you might have a camcorder" ...Uh okay. but the woman in front of me has a big purse and and they say nothing and dont need to look in it? WTF. Also I guarantee you she had tons of outside food in that bag! While on the flip side I bought stuff from their concessions. If their gonna profile, they should at least profile people who didnt buy your overpriced concessions. Never going to a Regal again. The whole time I just felt annoyed and ripped off. Screen wasnt even that great!

Everything is overpriced but that is a normal aspect of any movie theater. I received a free small popcorn with my Regal Rewards and the popcorn was tasteless and felt like I was chewing cardboard. I also dont like that this theater sells alcohol. Adults should not be drinking especially when watching a childrens movie with little ones running around. This theater is also very understaffed and it is very chaotic on nights when a hit movie was just released. I waited outside in line for 45 minutes only to find out that I could have walked right in, bought my tickets, and went right into my auditorium. No one was directing the people "traffic" and no one knew what was going on. The only reason I go to this theater because of its location. If you are a student present your school I.D. and they will knock a couple dollars off of your ticket!

I went there to see a movie around noon in the weekend , after I found the listing on the net. When tried to get my ticket , a guy in a suit (behind the counter - maybe the theater manager ?) told me that the movie didnt run at that time and the only reliable source of info was Fandango on the net . I said ok and moved on , then I noticed they had the printing showtimes on the wall and my selected movie & time was there. When I confronted another employee with this, he told me that one of their movie theaters had a problem and some of the movies got canceled. So, I though , that guy at the counter, instead of apologizing of their problem , blamed the net and lied to me and other people in line. Disappointing... And one more thing : the location of Regal 10 is outside the mall; Regal 8 is inside .

DMV has shorter, faster moving lines. No stadium seating. They have beer but I dont know why you would drink 1 beer while watching a movie? You would never make it back to the front of the line for another. Service well meaning but the cashier asked my order 4 times because she kept forgetting (2 sofas, one popcorn). When they announced this place was being torn down, I joined the lament having come here since it opened back in the 80s, but at this point ...tear it down this place sucks. Put your stupid mixed use pedestal building with sour hipster coffee and bespoke baby clothes, with mid 6 figure studio condos up top.

Took my whole family to see dead pool movie, they let me buy the tickets, they let me inside then after 10 minutes the movie start they come and tell me my 5 year old cant see it yet my 7 its ok to watch it, Ill explained whats the difference they only say theater policy. After I refused to take him out ,manager come and offer to refund only 2 tickets and no all 7, so this family event whent split since my son and wife when to see other movie appropriate to his age. Maybe next time they should trained a better staff and this would have been prevented at the ticket check in.

Good theater, as expected concession prices, very comfortable seats. Great sound. Only negatives I have is that they serve nachos with little pre packaged bags of tostitos which I dont like because they are too salty for me. Add that to the cheese flavor and I get major heartburn. Though sadly and annoyingly all movies theaters do it as well. And as nice as the theater is. It really shows its age and is way overdue for a makeover. I honestly think it hasnt had a rennovation since at least the mid-nineties if not longer.

Advanced purchased two 3D tickets and when I came to watch the movie Every Single seat was taken including ones that were not recommended for 3D viewing. After settling on the worst possible place to watch a 3D movie in the theater I got one of the worst migraines Ive ever had this will be my last IMAX experience just terrible. I dont care how popular or movie is this should never happen. Its hard enough for me to see movies if I could give zero stars I would.

Despite the ridiculous prices, Regal is a pretty good theater and, sadly, one of the few with an abundance of new release options within the city limits of Portland. There are other great theaters, but theyre usually limited to one or two screens. The IMAX screen is pretty great if you watch a movie thats worth watching in IMAX. Dont forget to join the Crown Club so you earn points for all the money you spend there and get rewards.
