I dont usually take the time to post reviews, but the staff at this bowling alley were incredibly rude and disrespectful. We had a group of 12 and booked two lanes for the $42.99 special. We had two hours of bowling. While bowling there were numerous issues with the equipment. This happens and is often expected when bowling at older facilities, the issue was how the staff handled these issues. Each time a ball was stuck or the machine wouldnt respond, staff would come to the lane and proceed to speak to the group with disrespect. The staff came over the intercom again disrespectfully to tell us to wait to bowl because they were getting balls that were stuck in the machine in the back. (Something they never advised us was occurring prior to the intercom announcement). It was embarrassing and upsetting. We even had to switch lanes because they were unable to fix all of the issues with the original lane we were in. Their attempts to fix the issues took about 15-20 minutes of our 2 hour time frame and the staff never added the additional time. We had to go and request the additional time and again received further attitude. After attempting to ignore the staffs numerous comments, one member of our group finally advised them of our discontent with their statements, which appeared to "fix" the problem. We were all bowling to celebrate our mothers birthday. It was upsetting that the staff did everything possible to ruin us having a good time. The bowling alley is a great location and the facility isnt bad. The issues with equipment happen from time to time and none of us were upset with that. We were most upset with how the staff handeled the issues. If the staff changed, we would happily return. But with current staff, we will never return.

Family bowling night left us all frustrated and annoyed at this place! While I initially liked the "retro" vibe of this place I soon realized that the old school bowling alley look is authentic, down to the part where all the equipment is so old it is continually breaking down! We were constantly having issues where the pins werent resetting, where our balls werent being returned and where the scores werent being automatically recorded. We ended up not even finishing our second game because we were so frustrated by everything not working that we left. The whole time there we only saw one employee, and that was the one at the check in desk. She seemed frazzled dealing with everyone on her own & wasnt much help to us with the constantly breaking down lane. Saturday night and only one employee?!? The real kicker is that this place isnt cheap! Thank goodness I had the foresight to look on Groupon first & see there was a Groupon available. $25 Groupon for a family of 4 bowling (2 games & shoe rental included). If I had to pay full price I would have been very upset. Failed family outing :(

The only reason I gave it three stars was because I enjoy bowling and have a good time here but the staff that work the lanes are not the brightest crayons in the box to say the least. My gf uses a light ball everytime we go, she had found a kids ball on the regular racks and used it, the staff walked up to her and asked her where she had found the ball. They went to take it from her and no longer let her bowl with it even know we have been using it half the game already and there were hardly any kids there, it was 10 oclock at night! When I walked up to this situation from the bar area I refused to give the ball back. The lady said she would get in trouble from her manager so I asked to speak with the manager. After asking to speak with the manager the girl said Nevermind its fine and let us bowl With it anyway. All that hassle for nothing! Poor service but since this is the only bowling ally in town Im stuck going here.

I came to this bowling alley on a tuesday night and had an okay experience. The associates who work for this establishment are not friendly at all. The guy with the earings is the nicest one I have come across. As for the ladies who work here, the attitude is very visable to all the customers. I came back to this place a couple of weeks later and was treated even worse. The women were very rude to me and all 15 of my friends. They are not a welcoming staff and didnt accommadte us at all. We were celebrating a birthday and spending lots of money and just having a good time. This was interrupted with the attitudes of the workers who were on duty and off duty. I am not sure why they were being rude but I can gurantee we will not be back spending any money. Good luck to this alley for staying in business with rude and unfriendly staff. Tip: I would clean house or teach your staff how to repect customers.

Grabbed a groupon. Said they were open til 11. Got the kids dressed and drive all the way there. When we pulled up they said the owner decided to close the place early. We pulled in at 8:45. Who does this. My kids go back to school monday. This is the last day we had them here. Great customer service. How about next time answer the phone when we call ahead of time to make sure youre not closing or having a league night. Also maybe dont advertise youre open till 11 if you dont want to be. We wont be back. And Im expecting a refund on my purchase or Ill be taking this to the BBB next. Oh yeah, the employee that informed us theyre cooing early while smoking out front said please leave this review. Even better. Place is 10 years overdue for a renovation anyways. Weve been coming here for years. Now I honestly dont know why.

I came to this bowling alley with 8 black kids, 4 white kids, 3 black adults and 1 white adult(me). We called ahead yesterday and they told us to come at 3. All of the kids were wearing polo shirts of different colors and khaki pants. The lady at the counter turned us away and said that we had to give 72 hour notice and there werent 2 lanes side by side. We exited and I went back in. I asked her for her name and kept talking to her until she told me we could bowl but it would be $10 a person. She never gave me the sheet with her name. I went out, came back in, asked for her name again, and told her about their 2 lanes for $42 each deal. Her manager was standing by her now and we finally got to come in and bowl.... two lanes side by side. Racial injustice is real and I just witnessed it.

True this is an outdated bowling alley, but it was an enjoyable experience. Whoever chose the pictures in the score screens has some creepy choices; theres a disturbing hairy beer gut belly button in one of the stock photos. Our lane would always stop working whenever one of our group got a strike but we could easily reset it. Also our balls would randomly get stuck in the ball rack when it was being returned, just have to wait for another ball to knock it through. We had a blast playing but this place just needs to be updated, both inside and out. That parking lot has way too many potholes.
