This golf course is hands down the very best golf course in the entire area. It may not be as pretty and pristine because the managers do what they can with the very small budget they are allotted. They do an excellent job of keeping the greens in great condition however. The customer service is actually excellent! They always work with us in helping us make sure we have have great time! The "only" reason I did not give service an "excellent" rating is because they did away with having a Marshall. And some beginner golfers who are really slow simply do not know that they can actually "allow" others to play through them. If they had a Marshall, this could be enforced. The only other reason they did not receive and excellent on customer service is because unlike many other popular golf course they dont "group" two-somes together. They will allow a group of two to tee off and then another group of two to tee off instead of "grouping" the four people together. (Again this goes back to slowing down the entire golf course.) There are no dining facilities so if you want some fajitas or a burger after your round, you have to go elsewhere to eat. Overall, this golf course and their staff are VERY GOOD! The best layout in the entire area!

Normally I would assume that the Treasure Hills Golf Club would be reputable like the rest of the Treasure Hills community. However, NO THIS WAS NOT TRUE AT ALL. The management at the golf shop was truly pitiful and downright irritating. The courses were so dry that it seems to me that they could only barely pay their water bill. After paying to play 9 holes I realized I made a terrible decision. I would much rather go to any other golf course as this one cannot meet a golfers basic needs. Tony Butler seems like a much better option regarding the courses available in Harlingen.

Looks as if the course may be very nice but the customer service is atrocious. Called for a tee time and was told anything before 8:48 was acceptable. Showed up at 8:15, asked for a SMALL driving range bucket and I was told "No, you have to go out right away". When I asked again to simply hit a few warm up balls I was told "Absolutely not!" I am off to find a better and friendlier course in the area because such rude customer service will never get my money.

Terrible lazy employees. Made a teatime for 5 PM and they closed the clubhouse early so they wouldnt have to wait for me to finish my round. And they wonder why the club and is struggling. Second time theyve closed early when I had a teatime.

The design and layout of this course makes it one of the best in the entire valley. However, the poor customer service and semi-private nature of this club make it less attractive overall.
