This was unusual. I am overall okay with what happened because the employees were genuinely good people. I honeslty appreciated that very much, it goes a long way. I was incredibly (I curse a very large amount and I will not do that here for the sake of understanding and no sensoring.) ... angry by the end of my experience here on Friday, the 19th of May, 2017. I went to watch the new Aliens movie on a whim. About 30 mins before start time I decided to walk up there since I live within a few miles away. There were less than six seats available. I understand I am not hating, Im glad they are selling their tickets. The only two seats near center were the front row, A and G. I explicitly amd thouroughly chose A stating, This would be fun! I havent sat in front since I was a kid While I just got comfortable in my seat and was completely content in their AWESOME RECLINING CHAIRS! A fella respectfully asked me to move because I was in his tickets assigned seat. I disagreed but abided by his request because I hadnt looked at my ticket and he had a group of four and seamed sure. My ticket said G4. Wrong seat lady who assigned me, thanks. The theatre was full. The movie was starting, I wasnt about to search the isles for assigned middle seat and bother everyone looking for the seat I was unknowingly assigned. I went out and spoke with the proper people. I really dont like confrontation. And Im a speak from the mind kinda fella but I also try not to make anyones day less enjoyable if they do not deserve it. The employees at this place were beyond acceptional, good people. I didnt want anything more than reimbursement, they gave me a ticket to use when I want to compensate. Thats okay, but I might never use it. Anyways, it made me come home and drink now I am posting a review. Ha, good times. I am kidding, IT was not good times, extremely frustrating way to waste an hr on a Friday night and ruin your plans. Bummer. Anyways you have solid employees, (save the dumb-ass who couldnt hit the right button out of Six choices) also your facility is off the wall, nice set up for to the viewers. Still gave ya a 4 out of 5. Mainly because of your employees kindness, and your awesome seats. So maybe Ill use that ticket.

Very close to my house and we love movies. My family comes here probably 2 or 3 times per month. I have a two year old son we bring here pretty often. He loves it. The recliner seats are perfect. We only sit in those now. The front two rows still suck like with normal seating. Too close to the screen. I love that they play older movies sometimes. I took my son to see The Neverending Story the other night. Thats a memory I will cherish. I get a large popcorn and large soda every time I come. Always good. Ive never gotten old popcorn here which is nice. They do NOT have those Coke Freestyle machines. (The big red ones with every type of soda) Im glad. I hate those. Not enough syrup. Staff has always been very courteous. Always answer all my questions. I like that I can purchase tickets online.

I have yet to see a movie at this theater where people dont take out their cell phones and text during the meeting. Tonight was especially awful, two children and one adult say behind us and the adult let the kids play in their seats, talk and move around to other seats the entire movie. I just able ruined the entire experience for me. If the cinema would have staff members at least patrol the theaters off and on it would fix a lot of these problems. I dont think Ill be back to watch a movie here again. It is much better to wait 2 - 3 months and catch it on video.

This is the second time that I have went for the opening of the movie and this theater offers no collectible cups, buckets or anything of the sort. Also what is annoying is that you prepay for your tickets but if you want to pick them up via your credit card, you have to wait in line. Ummm.. so what is the point then exactly? The prices for snacks is just ridiculous but I wouldnt mind if they offered what other theaters offer, which is having collectibles for big movie openings! Not very happy and sadly will be traveling farther to ensure satisfaction.

The SEATS! LOVE, LOVE, LOVE the seats. They recline, they are big, you can see the screen no matter what. Its nice to have an assigned seat and if you order your tickets for the show you want early enough guaranteed best seats that you want. That way you can get there for a really popular movie and not have to stand in line dor an hour hoping you get good seats. They are remodeling the concession area right now and it is really looking great. This is my go to theater. My family who live in Florence will make the drive just because of the seats.

So I have never been a fan of this theater until it was recently bought out. They have installed all leather electric reclining seats with almost 3 feet of space in front of each. You reserve your seat upon purchasing a ticket so you dont have to worry about bustling around to find enough free seats in a row. An usher walks you to your seat upon entering the theater. My feet no longer stick to the theater floors. The prices havent changed at all. I hope the customers strive to keep this place as nice as it is.

My friend Taylor and I refer to this as "our theater". She and I see movies almost bi-weekly, and we ALWAYS come to this location. This wouldnt be particularly notable, however, we both live in Oxford and its a ~40 min drive (one way) depending on traffic. There are a few closer theaters to us, but were in love with this location. They have student discounts toward the end of the week, and half-priced tickets on Tuesdays. The reclining seats are the best Ive yet to experience.

This location has gone through quite a few changes throughout my life on the Westside - the current owners are doing an amazing job. On Tuesdays, you can see a movie for only $5.50. On weekends, everyone pays the standard $10. Some theaters have those electric-powered lazy boy style chairs ; the theater is more intimate and they are really comfy. With the Danbarry gone, this is the closest place to see a movie without heading to Newport, KY. Plenty of parking as well!

Everything Was perfect, the way movie viewing is suppose to be! From the moment we arrived with our pre-ordered tickets, to the concessions counter, which has "Starbucks Coffee" now, and making our way to our pre-selected seats that recline and are wide enough to accommodate the average American. The temperature, the aisle width, and even the the lighting in the theater was perfection! Thank You Cinemark...

First of all; the workers dont care about there job. It shows when they take there granny ass time with the concessions. On top of that, the seats are a huge plus to the theatre but not when everyone is sitting in there wrong seats and people are standing up turning on there phones to look at there tickets. Not only that, but when we told the manager, he acted like he couldnt care less.
