I enjoy the comfortable seating, fair prices and early matinees on the weekdays. However, I do have one complaint. It happened twice and ruined my overall movie experience at this theater. I usually stay for the credits and possible movie clip at the end. After watching The Mummy, the credits were half over and the cleaning crew came in and stood near the first row seats. This made me uncomfortable so I got up and finished watching from the bottom isle. Later in the day I went to see Pirates of the Caribbean. Shortly after the credits began, the same cleaning crew came in and turned on the overhead lights. I got up and told them that I wanted to watch the movie to the very end. They didnt say anything, took their quick minute to pick-up garbage and left. Obviously, they could have waited until the film was completely over. There was plenty of time before the next movie started. I paid to see the entire movie from beginning to end without interruption. As a paying customer, I should be treated with more respect. I should not be rushed out the door. In one of these reviews, corporate provided an e-mail. I wrote to them directly and never got a response. I would have given this theater four or five stars, if it werent for the rude treatment from their cleaning staff that day on June 19, 2017.

We had a very frustrating experience here - bought tickets earlier in the week on Fandango for a Sat night movie. When we arrived, the person who scanned our ticket did not tell us our seats had changed from what the App showed. Our digital ticket showed us a different auditorium than where the person who scanned our tickets sent us. Long story short, we ended up moving auditoriums and seats 3 times. After the movie had started, we had a manager come up with some other people who thought they had our seats asking to see our tickets AGAIN. We missed the last few minutes of a key opening scene and Im sure bringing up the bright ticket on my phone disturbed the people sitting around us as well. I feel really bad for the couple who didnt get to see the movie who also thought they had legit tickets. I hope the managers comped them well. Obviously, they had technical issues with their sales and reservations that night. I wont be trusting their seat reservation and purchasing systems anymore.

I have decided to not go to this theater anymore, not were they more expensive then the theater at Sea-Tac Mall (newer, better seating, and better cliental). Not only did I pay a 1.75 more than I did the a few night previous when I went to SeaTac but the service was extremely poor. I remember as a high school student working at a theater and busting my butt trying to make sure that the customer was satisfied promply and with great service. My pleases, thank-yous, and Mam/sirs didnt even put smiles on these teenagers kids. They were slow and obviously not happy to be there. Since when does it take 5 minutes to get a soda?? The lines were long and yet not one of those kids behind the counter were showing that they were working hard. My suggestion is not only to bring a lot of money but show up with lots of time if you want food. Oh and be prepared for the stupid car ads and JCPenney commercials that youre sick of at home as well.

I quit going to theaters because the volume was so loud I would get a headache part way into the movie and I got tired of wearing ear plugs. Figured I would wait until the movie came out and I would rent it. Last night I went with the family to celebrate my Grandsons birthday. The Movie, Petes Dragon was really a great family movie. We had a coupon so it was very affordable. The employees were helpful and so friendly. The volume was perfect without ear plugs. Enjoyed the whole movie without getting a headache. The theater was so clean and the seating, for those of us that are handicapped, was amazing. An area to park our walkers or wheelchairs right next to a full sized recliner with a drink holder. I so enjoyed this evening out with my family. Thank you Regal for making this just that amazing and enjoyable.

Came here over a year ago and hated it. Came back because of the reclining chairs, which are meant in my opinion to distract you from old decor. Poor customer service, dirty, and the chair which was "reserved" for us didnt work. Blurry picture and then the lights went out. Sat there for 10 minutes, no one came. Had to find someone, said 10 minutes. 10 minutes later another movie watcher said he was told 15 minutes. Waiting some more finally someone came in and said it wouldnt be fixed tonight. Paid cash and they said no to giving me my money back because no power. After explaining we dont need power for cash was given a refund.

Absolutely disgusting - the assigned seating is retarded!!! They treat us like corralled animals. The front row is all that was available. Due to schedules I rarely have the ability to see a movie. Forced to sit up front I have no choice but to deal with the pain in my neck and back from such a terrible angle. Then when I get here, theres nasty ass GUM on the floor that I stepped in. Good job paying attention janitors. The theaters only give a damn about the money not the comfort of the customers. This is what happens when corrupt business men puts the almighty dollar first. I will never come to this theater again.

Be ready to fight the savages...... Went to see Wonder woman. Great movie seats were great etc. However, their reserved seating IS NUTS. Because as anyone who works In retail can tell you. People have trouble with counting and the alphabet. 200 seats 17 people. We were certainly in the right seats as confirmed by the forth time challenged " I think your In our seats". Having to show people the well marked isles and seats to figure it out. My advice Regal hire some people to control the idiots before you have a shooting over a reserved seating. Sounds crazy? Well thats what people are these days.

Best theater Ive been to in decades! The seating here is amazing. Electronic recliners that are very comfortable. Each seat is large and provides a great deal of spacing with the armrests. The aisles are large and people can easily walk past you even with your legs fully stretched out. Bringing a blanket and pillow for an additional level up in the comfy department would have been the next best thing to do. I didnt bring any, but that still didnt stop me from falling asleep a bit. Ill never go to another theater without this type of seating setup! Its also a clean theater with friendly staff.

Ive been going here for over 20 years. They have all new leather reclining seats. You get to pick yours seats which is awesome! but it can be an inconvenience for people who are unaware of this. We had an experience during a movie where people would not stop talking and they made it up to us with free tickets for us both to come back twice! I love the management there, I wont say her name but shes awesome. I have also had a few people who apparently cant count to five try to argue that I am sitting in the wrong seat, which is annoying but the seats alone are worth it.
