This is hands down the worst AMC I have ever visited, but I guess thats due to the ghetto location. I am used to Southern Californias awesome AMC quality and south center is amazing as well. But this one here is a sad excuse of an AMC. The sound quality was crappy as well. I am an AMC Stubs member thats why I came here but looks like Ill officially be switching over to Regal while I live in Northgate. This place needs a MAJOR renovation which it will never get because of the location I am sure.

Oh Oaktree, what to say. I used to come here a lot years back. Its definitely a lot cheaper than other theaters. However, its questionable whether theyre going to have the movie you want to see. I was able to see Hidden Figures and Beauty and the Beast here recently, but it seems like theyre able to provide less of the popular titles these days. As for the theater itself, the seats are pretty comfortable and the floor is usually quite sticky.

I was a little wary of this place when I pulled up. They were the only theater in the area playing a movie I wanted to see, but it kind of looked sketchy. However, it was not as bad as I was expecting. They have some pretty good sized rooms that can fit a lot of people (even the small one I was in was a decent size). I thought the layout of the bathroom was a little weird... One way in and one way out (into this tiny room with another door).

Nice, empty theater for those who like a lot of space. Interesting movie selections, not usually what is in the bigger theaters. Often going by ones self serves alot of purpose as you are free to pay attenion to this great theater and all it has to offer. It represents all of the charm in this around the corner movie theater has to offer.

Even though I dont require alot of leg room I appreciate the fact that there is. Its nice to very rarely have my chair kicked or bumped into while I am watching a movie. The theaters are so large you never feel packed in. And that is very nice too. More people should go here so it wont close like some neighborhood theaters have. enjoy.

Cozy n Friendly. The staff are excellent. Extremely courteous and helpful. Quite a nice neighborhood theater. When they install the upgraded seats it will really be nice. Parking is plentiful and convenient. Where can you find those two qualities in Seattle??? We will take our grandkids here anytime.

Great theater. Nice and close to where I live, the prices are GREAT compared to Regal or pretty much any other theater. Morning matinee price of $6 as of Jan 2012. Only 6 screens so this one doesnt get all the movies, but its easy to pop up to Lynnwood for whatever the Oak Tree doesnt get.

This theater doesnt invest in infrastructure as my seat was completely devoid of cushion or back support. Other less preferred seats (off to the side) were still in good shape. For the price theyre charging for concessions, they can fix their seating.

I think I remember the last time this place was renovated, but Im getting old. Eighties décor would be cool if it had been better maintained. Still, the dated feel and somewhat inconvenient location mean you can usually get a good seat.

I really enjoy this theatre! It is old and therefore cheap, with easy parking, and a good selection of current movies. I get too into watching a movie to really appreciate super cushy recliney seats anyway so I dont mind the digs.

Best kept secret in the North end. Never a line and you can always get the best seat, even for new releases. I think everyone else is at the bigger, newer theaters, but this one is still decent. Been going here since I was a kid.

This is a bit of a run down theater. It plays a nice selection of movies. The seats are pretty good but our theater actually had a leak in the ceiling so smelt musty. They also keep the theaters really cold so bring a jacket.

Pretty small quaint movie theatre. Movies and showtimes are limited, but I liked that it isnt usually packed. Pretty okay clean facilities. I liked the location and the fact that it wasnt as big as your regular theater size.

The popcorn is fresh and the staff is friendly. The films played here tend to be of the "oscar-bait" genre but they definitely include a varety of other genes. I like that it isnt an overwhelming several floor Cineplex!

Clean theater with a great neighborhood feel. Not usually busy and staff is friendly and helpful. I almost hate writing a good review because this is such a great hidden gem and we love it that way :)

Decent theater but needs some updates. During one visit my chair actually broke in the middle of the movie. Plenty of parking and usually not as crowded as some other theaters in Seattle.

Surprisingly cheap movies in an older theater north of Green Lake. I might make this my theater of choice due to its low price compared to other theaters in the area.

Fun theater without the crowd. HT Market near by has great candy that you can typically take in. The interior is a little dated, but the staff is super friendly.

From the outside, its hard to know this is an AMC Theatre. The prices are great and the lines are pretty short. Lots of parking! Next door to an asian market.

Seats arent staggered enough - sit behind someone your height or taller and your view will be blocked. Parking often a challenge. Facilities dated.

Some say it needs an upgrade/renovation yet its got plenty of parking, friendly staff, cheaper tickets, and good popcorn...I like it.

Staff is nice, their isnt alot of them. The building is old and needs work, the theatre inside is nice "ish".
