Worse service I think I have ever had. I went out to get popcorn and stood in line for at least a half an hour. We watched them restock everything behind the counter slowly one item at a time. They had 2 workers behind the counter. They would take an order and then leave the register go to fill the order and would be out of something like straws. So the same person would walk to the back room and get like one box of straws and come back then refill the straw container then come back take and the money. They were in no hurry whatsoever even though the line was all backed up. I couldnt have moved that slow if I tried. And so we watched as the same the same thing happened at least 8-10 times with cups, bags, etc. It was unbelievable. One could have ran back and brought everything from the backroom. One could have taken orders and one could have filled orders. Neither worker smiled at anyone and the girl had a hard time counting change. Someone who seemed to be the manager walked up and put money in the drawer and then proceeded to walk away without even looking up at the people in line. If he had he would have seen the irritated faces although I am not sure it would have mattered. The movie I was seeing ended 5 mins after I got back. It was my first time at the theatre and my last. The woman in front of me said it was her last time too. Sad because it is a nice theatre. If it were my establishment I would be very upset if I saw this. I have not been inclined to write a bad review for years. It takes a lot to upset me. But this was ridiculous.

Im downgrading my review from five to three stars. My first problem is that they close the concession stand/bar in the VIP lounge at 8 PM. If Im paying a premium on tickets for access to this its completely unacceptable to close the primary perk in the middle of a movie. This isnt posted anywhere on the web site or in the theater that Ive seen and I was not notified. My second new problem is that theyve changed their online ticket pickup from a person who can just hand you real tickets to a terrible system using iPads where you have to either print out a confirmation (I dont order online for the inconvenience of a whole sheet of paper I have to remember that just goes right into the trash) or type in a long confirmation code with a clunky touchscreen keyboard. It takes longer than just telling the person at the counter my name, showing ID, and getting tickets. Additionally it doesnt save any manpower as they still have to have someone on-hand to help people who cant figure out how to use them. So it takes longer, is more inconvenient, and wastes resources. It is a perfect example of companies that dont understand technology trying to use it to fix problems that dont exist.

We rented the party room for my sons 9th birthday and watched The Lego Movie. The staff at SEEfilm was exceptionally helpful and friendly throughout each phone call and email to set up the party. Even though we had to change the party start time a couple times and I was probably annoying with all my questions, they never hurried me and were always polite. They treated us like VIPs when we got there. The party room is very nice! It is cute, clean, modern and has everything you would need. The kids had a total blast! They each got a tray with a small candy snack, lots of popcorn and a small slushie drink. They were in heaven! The staff had also roped off a few aisles of seats in the theatre so we all got great seats. We watched the movie first ( I recommend having your guests show up at least 30 minutes before the movie start time) and then had the party room for an hour afterward for games, cake and present opening. I would totally recommend renting the party room! I am still in awe of how friendly and helpful the staff was to us and every party guest. Thanks Seefilm!

This over priced over done cinema is the epitome of why I do not ever go to cinemas ever! 3 Children and 2 Adults with a Military discount was 56 dollars, then 3 Icees 1 large soda, a medium soda 2 pretzles and a thing of nachos was 46 dollars!!!! So for a hundred dollars I watched a crappy 3d movie, the movie was good, but I wish I had never even gone!!! You can get a year pass to the Pacific Science Theater and watch an IMAX movie in 3d for about 30 bucks more... Then the stupid guy behind the counter laughed at my being upset at the price. There were 7 other people in the 6:45 showing of our movie, this is probably why!!!! I wish you would lower your prices to a decent level at least by god the concessions!!! I can eat at Olive Garden for an extra 10 bucks and thats for all 5 of us! You are ripping people off

The worst experience I have ever had here was tonight. On Thanksgiving my sister and I decided to go see a movie, she has a 9month old and a 7 year old. My nephew wasnt screaming or crying, he was just making noise like he was trying to talk. Some asshat decided to complain about the disruption of a 9month old. During funny parts of the movie people were laughing to where i couldnt hear it, you dont see me complaining about that. No instead one of the personnel came up to my sister and told her if he makes noise she needs to step out of the theater and calm him down. When we saw Moana, not a single complaint, not one person was upset with a 9month old making noise. This place is not a family establishment. My family was disrespected and we are not coming back here.

Wow! This was downtown Bremerton? I didnt know this was there until recently. Its a nice start to modernize our small city. Hope there will be more to come! The theater itself is really nice with parking on the streets with enough time to watch a movie or their own parking garage which is very convenient. Its pedestrian oriented and the sidewalks are easy to navigate without worrying about speeding cars. The surrounding area needs more attractions, shops, restaurants, or strip mall. If only the government would sell that building across Burwell St. that the ferry traffic uses then that would be very nice urban development project for downtown.

It has great chairs, and a selection of popcorn seasoning for anyone. The prices are very reasonable. The best part is they offer a special needs showing for your child once a month for a popular childs movie. They go it before the theater opens and it is half the price for everyone. So if you need to leave you wont feel like you spent and arm and a leg. I personally love this feature and think it is a great feeling to have families there who wont give you a hard time if your child is acting out. You can call the theater before a movie comes out and get the info of when they will or if it is showing!

This theater is state-of-the-art! Shows a variety of popular movies, has adequate parking, very nice interior, comfortable seating with good views, great customer service, clean restrooms and theater rooms, friendly staff, and good ticket prices as well as military discounts -- the whole package! This theater is also very community-oriented. I know the owners of this theater personally and know that they brought this theater to Bremerton as an investment in the community. Their investment is paying off, in my opinion! Best theater in the county.
