This AMC is about as good as any other theater in the ghetto, tickets and food are expensive but understandable and the people who work their are a hit or miss, depends on the day. But what really makes it a one star is the people who go there, Ive only been to this AMC twice and both times where horrible. First time I went to see Dont Breathe and there where to girls sitting behind me and a friend who kept yelling and talking during the whole movie, and this was a movie that is only good if everyone was quiet, they. They also wouldnt stop kicking the back of our seats even after I asked them to stop multiple times. A lot of people where annoyed to the point of wanting their money back by the end of the movie because of them. Second time was during IT but instead it was 90% of the people where talking or yelling during the whole movie, people also kept checking their phones (some with the brightness all the way up), some people ecen turned their phones flashlights on and someone even started watching a video on their phone with the volume all the way up. If the theater wasnt closed by the time we left I would have seen about getting a refund. I will never be going back to this AMC again and I will most likely avoid AMCs from now on. But if you love constant talking and distractions during a movie you pay $14+ for then this is the theater for you.

If Im paying $20 for food, I want the food I ordered. I asked the cashier for a #3, it comes with 2 hot dogs and a drink. One hot dog was ready but they said another one wouldnt be ready for another 5 minutes... The other one was for my boyfriend so I told her my movie doesnt start for another 15 minutes, Ill just stand to the side and wait for it. She relayed that to the Manager and asked if its okay if I just get it when its done and the Manager just goes, "NO." Just snaps at the poor girl and offers no explanation as to why I cant wait for the hot dog to be ready. I told her just to charge me for the 1. Not like I can speak to the manager about not letting me get my $7 hot dog. Never getting food at the concession stand again, but the seats were comfy and the movie was good. I dont normally get food at the concession stand but it was a blood sugar emergency, then I get treated like that.. Yeah, not happy.

Okay so I have no idea what happened with this place. It used to be so nice and mostly clean but now I have no idea. The place is always dirty, there is almost never anyone at the door to take tickets, no one seems to notice at box office that there is someone in line. Most people are on their phone. When in the movies you can clearly see the grime on the screens and no one ever does checks during the feature because there is always someone on their phones. Prices are killing me too, but they cant control that... Much room for improvement.

What a trashy theater! The place feels run-down. How about some cleaning for the upholstery? Ive seen various films here over the years, but Beyond the World of Interstellar in April 2015 was disgusting. The seats in this small theater were threadbare and uncomfortable. They werent cushy and had little padding. Nor did they recline much. At least as problematic was the screen. It was tiny, seemingly 2/3 the size of most. I also dont remember it being anamorphic. Nor did the sound impress. A mediocre theater for a mediocre mall.

Dont come here if you want to see an IMAX movie!! Probably the worse IMAX Screen out there! Their faded worn out giant IMAX screen distracted and ruined the whole show of STAR WARS The Force Awakens. YOU can actually see lines and blemishes in (bright) daylight scenes even in 3D. Dark scenes you couldnt tell. But it was So irritating and distracting watching it for 2 hrs. Eather go to IMAX Kent, Pacific Science Center, or any other IMAX theater if you dont want to be distracted! Waisted $15.

A complete movie experience. From the moment you set foot on the escalator with the gigantic screen enveloping you in scenes of entertainment, to the walk around the food court (with all its tantalizing smells, ending in an open wide expanse of foyer with a view of Mt. Rainier on clear days, patrons will feel their anticipation rise. Once inside, the theater (no matter which one you enter) delivers as do the snacks! One of the best in the King count area, perhaps THE best!

Went in theater #3. The screen brightness wasnt uniform, dim everywhere except the center. Most likely because the owners cheaped out by not replacing aged projector lamps. Looked like the screen needed cleaning too. Sound was good except center channel was overly loud. Seats werent great. My first time at a movie theater in years.. dont know how they manage to charge over $15 for this when home setups can easily provide better movie experience.

Totally disgusted with the person taking tickets. Wouldnt let my son bring in his own soda. First time ever happening. My son has diabetes and I always pack him a special drink and treat so he can go in and feel like everyone else. He wouldnt hold onto our beverages and we didnt have time to put in our car so we had to make a decision to throw away. I think we will be joining the millions in staying home and waiting for video.

The seating is not comfy. I might as well bring an ass doughnut because 45 mins into the movie Im shifting and trying not to sit on my tailbone! The nasty seats make me ichy whenever I come here. This theater cost more than the cozy remodeled theaters not far from here. I only come here as a last resort because its the closest theater. I am in love with the CINEMARK CENTURY THEATER in Federal Way!

We went to see Les Mis, great movie experience, but my sisters wallet got boosted out of her purse during the beginning of the movie. She lost a lot of cash!!! Beware for movie creeps scouting your belongings in this theater. Lesson: Keep your possessions on your lap not the seat next to you. There is an on-screen warning about this before the movie. Heed it!!

I really dont like the attitude of the staff there. They stole my joyfulness on the weekend. Im really sad about this. I cannot watch the movies I like. I know that is the rule but they went to the theater and get me out. Im really feel they dont respect the customer. They made me feel so ashamed. I think Im not gonna go there to watch movies any more. T_T

Went to see Ant Man and there were issues getting the projector to work. The showing got cancelled. One of the managers refunded the popcorn and drink I had bought and gave me a free ticket for a future movie. Good job on keeping customers happy!! They probably didnt need to refund the concessions but did anyway.

I like the automated ticketing system for quickly getting tickets. The theaters are just like any other AMC...very spacious and clean. It may be me, but 3d films dont seem as bright with those glasses on, but that is more of a generalization of all 3d movies and may not be this particular theater.
