In general, we really enjoy this theater. It is our "neighborhood" theater so we go quite often. They consistently have a wide range of movies and the staff is very nice. The theaters are clean and so are the bathrooms! My only reason for not giving it 5 stars is that the box office is almost always understaffed. When there are several movies with similar start times the lines to get in are LONG, and since the box office is outside, with no overhead coverage, you get to wait a LONG TIME in the RAIN (hey, its been a particularly wet fall and winter!!) Going into the theater already soaked from waiting is a bit disappointing. Once inside, its great. But how about having more people out front at peak times?

Corporate-owned ten-screen theater with staff who seemed to be doing their best to process lots of people. Go somewhere else if you want personal attention. Even though we are clearly seniors, the person working the counter didnt ask whether we were AARP members and therefore (upon showing our membership card) qualified for a $3 discount on the popcorn/drink combo. We noticed a small sign taped to the counter after we had already paid and, happily, the supervisor was willing to refund $3 of what we paid. Very comfortable semi-reclining theater seats with high backs that support your head.

Stadium schmadium--silly aspect for smaller venues. Every seat has a clear view of the screen unless you are a foot shorter than the person in front of you. One poster complained about the dark lobby. We are living in an age where we are conserving power. This is a norm, in my opinon. I find these theaters to be clean and very well run. It irks me to see people put their feet on the seats. If you do that at home, its your own business. When you act like a slob in public, you are ruining the venue for others. Grow up.

I love this theater. Not only is the staff amazing, but the theater is nice too. Its a bit of a drive from Port Townsend, but well worth it. I also like the fact that you can bring in outside food, which makes it really nice when you have dietary restrictions. And if you are someone who goes to the movies alot, join their membership club and you get free stuff and prizes all the time. Like the next time I go I have a free small popcorn which I will be able to upgrade to a Large for $1.50

Ive always loved movies... And having the option to only drive 15 to 20 minutes to have the best but yet over priced popcorn around and people watch at the same time as seeing a movie on a big screen!! I love it. Yes my butt gets a bit numb and I want to take my neighbors arm rest but hey its a part of the theater experience why change something thats already good.

Its clean, its local. Never a problem getting tickets or finding parking. Yeah, there are nicer theatres across the Sound (and perhaps in Gig Harbor - I havent made the drive) but quick and easy is awfully nice when you decide to see a movie at the last minute. And to me, CLEAN is very important! But the Regal, your tickets are a bit pricey...

This is the closest multiplex, and I come here every week or so, usually. Its well maintained with a fine presentation. A couple times Ive found a popcorn bucket or so left behind in the theater, but in general theyre very clean. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Im happy to make this my regular theater, and havent had any problems.

I would give this theater more stars if I could. As a fairly recent transplant to Poulsbo I wasnt sure what to expect, but I LOVE it! Everyone is so friendly and helpful, a good variety of movies is offered each week, the popcorn is fantastic, the seats comfortable and the sound system is great. I go to the movies every chance I get now.

The theater was clean but the seats were smaller than expected. The lighting is illy placed and distracts from viewing the movie. As far as movie theaters, this one is pretty standard. The staff was cordial and inviting. One note, make sure you check your 3D glasses after you get them because you might need to exchange them.

UPDATE: They replaced the seats!! - Popcorn is good, but costly. - Movie selection and times are good/convenient. - Buying tickets in the rain is not fun. It helps when they have you go inside, but then theres just one line. - They should also take a look at other theaters that offer wine and beer (SeeFilms).

This place is always clean and has a good selection of films. Ive never had a problem with the staff. Sometimes the line for food is a little bit too long, I wish theyd have more people on staff at times. Really the best thing that can be said about this place is the matinee prices are a steal.

I live an hour away, but always go to this theater instead of the ones available closer to my home. The highback seats are comfortable and you can put the armrests up if you dont need the drink holder. Their menu choices are fairly wide and the Regal rewards program is great!

Its always very clean, including the bathrooms. Seating is fine, enough grade so your view isnt blocked. Its important in a small town such as Poulsbo to support your local business and especially provide a healthy form of entertainment for our teenagers! Go!

I would love stadium seating, but frankly, its clean, its friendly and its sloped enough that my view is never blocked. You want to drive all the way to Gig Harbor? Be my guest--Ill stay here and spend my money local. And heres a plus--never hard to park!!!

I have been at this location twice. The Hall ways are too dark, obviously the management is not familiar with the concept that lighting impacts mood, poor lighting depresses the soul, a movie theater should not be trying to depress you.

This isnt "the best" movie theatre youll ever go to but it is more than adequate. I dont know of many other theatres that had tickets to Star Wars: The Force Awakens still for sale the day before premier. Poulsbo 10 did though!

It is a good, clean, friendly theater. I agree with others, that nicer seats would be more enjoyable. The biggest issue is the theater is set back from main road; wish they would in stall a marquee at the road with shows.

Chairs are not comfortable. If you go to the movies to relax I highly recommend AMC or Galaxy. Regal updated their seats recently to allow you to "rock" back, but not recline. Every time to do this they squeek.

No digital 3d, theaters are mid sized, cramped and lacking stadium seating. Get with the times guys. I would rather drive further and go to Gig Harbor for a great movie experience.

Love that they sell Nathans hot dogs at the concession stand! Nice theater with ample parking. The seats could definitely be more comfortable but they arent the worst Ive experienced.

This theater was undiscovered but still has enough screens to accommodate a lot of people. Recent upgrade of seats is not as nice as AMC in Silverdale, otherwise 5 stars.

Im not too sure what the criteria is for rating movie theaters. I got what I wanted before in the past and present. Most recently I saw Rogue One with my brother.
