Seriously a terrible experience. First, the lines were extremely long, as you need to stand in the same line for tickets and concessions now. Theres not any reason to buy tickets online and pay the extra fee. The sodas that we wanted were out. When we got into the theater and the film finally started, there was Nothing. But. Talking. Its was so disruptive and rude. People were walking into the theater in the middle of their movie. Ive never been to a theater before where there are not employees walking through throughout the movie to ensure that this kind of thing does not happen during the movie. Movies are not cheap anymore, and to spend this much money on a movie that is going to be filled with disruption is an absolute waste. I was half tempted to get up and leave in the middle of the film to ask for a refund. Ridiculous.

Really looks goofy that they tore out the box office ticket sellers to try and consolidate box office and concessions together, which I can imagine could make it MUCH slower/awkward when there might be busy times. The property itself has always been a little screwy since it was originally built in such an awkward tucked out of the way spot. Shouldve built the property with better access to enter and leave during busier times, plus in a better spot where it could be noticed better. Plus the staff is rather laid back/slow (most all from what weve seen). Stood there right next to the ticket taker staring at them for a minute or more before she could bother to take her eyes off her book to take our tickets.

Its the best, love the seating always the best experience, lines r never long unless you go on busy days but than what theater doesnt experience long lines, lol, I think the set up ny is way better it use to be way worse and I missed movies... Now I never worry if we get there right at time I never noticed any bad smells and if I have a bad experience I will alert staff if they cant get the ppl to stop disrupting I always get refund money or tickets whatever they offer... The fluke power outage I understand why ppl were sent without and got later do u know how many ppl could be there and the craziness if they ran out of supplied refund tickets.

The theater allowed you to purchase tickets online, but still required you to wait in line in order to get your ticket before going through to your theater. Also, the line for tickets was the same as the line for food, which caused for just a really bad experience for everyone. Multiple people around us in line ended up leaving because the line was so ridiculous. This place needs to upgrade their technology with some ticket kiosks or staff another person to sell tickets separate from the food counter. That was a mess... As someone visiting from out of town, if I am ever back in this area I definitely will not be visiting this theater again.

Would rather watch movies in a space station surrounded by robots then this theater. When this theater was Carmike in 2001 there were 4 tickets booths, numerous concession stands, game room, tickets takers on both entrances, and was always cleaned by the staff. Then Carmike sucked. When they bought the Saucon site, this site went downhill. There was no ticket booths and everything was handled by the concession stand. Game room fell into disrepair, and they closed 1 of the 2 entrances. Then AMC bought it. This is not the AMC on Tilghman. This is the forgot AMC.

This place use to be good. Now i have only been there once and their was only one line for concessions and tickets. I end up missing the movie and just went to redbox instead. Now if they where to get their act together and open up more lines they would get more customers and better reviews. That would mean more money for those that dont know. Also it is really hard to contact them for info on anything. Me giving thrm 3 stars was generous and because the carmike was good. Hopfully the amc will get there act together and then they could get better reviews.

The last couple of times I went. The movie started early. I know people dont like 20 minutes of ads. But thats actually supposed to be built into the system. They sell tickets 20 minutes after the showtime and take it off the docket when trailers end. But I went to see a movie and got their 10 minutes after the start time and the movie had already been on for 10 minutes. Thats trash. The ads are there for a reason. Its also just generally gross. Cant stand this theater. No rhyme or reason to when it starts. Would not recommend.

I went here last Saturday night and was appalled by the service provided by the theater. First of all, you have to get your tickets at the snackstand, which is ridiculous if you are not getting food. There were only two people working (on a Saturday night mind you) so the line was ridiculously long. We were almost late to our movie because of this long line. They need more workers, and a separate place to tickets. Until this changes, I will not be going back here again. Extremely frustrating experience.

They no longer sell tickets at the ticket counter you have to stand in line with about 50 other people as if youre getting popcorn when youre only getting tickets. Even if you pre-ordered your tickets theres no kiosk you have to stand in the popcorn line to get your actual tickets. We all know how long it takes to get popcorn at any movie theater. I dont get the popcorn but I still have to stand in the popcorn line to get my movie tickets on a Sunday afternoon. The movie was good

Would of loved to give it zero stars but i couldnt. Dirty well actually FILTHY, poor screen quality, unfriendly associates, overly pricey for movie and snacks ($6.50 for a soda). If they spent money on upgrades and cleaning versus security guards who stand and do nothing I may of given them 1 true star. Place needs to be looked at by AMC corporate and start to do something, was much better as Carmike. We will not be going back again even though this used to be our go to theatre!

This theater have people buying admission tickets at their concession stand. I went to see a movie today and it was almost thirty people in line buy tickets for the movie and snack which made the line go slower than normal. This is ridiculous because I wasnt buying snacks and I had to wait and wait until everybody who was buying snacks finish. I almost miss the first part of the movie and I got bad seats. Loved the movie and the theater but they have to do better.

As soon as I walked into the theater where the movie was showing that we were seeing, I noticed an awful smell. It was a combination of mustiness or mold, and just plain filth. It was hard to sit in there and watch the movie with that terrible smell! My throat and nose even seemed irritated by it, which tells me part of the smell was a mold or mildew problem. This was about 3 weeks ago.

So I bought some tickets and lots of food and drinks for 5 kids and while watching the movie a worker came and told us kids arent allowed its a new rule and made me leave only refunded tickets but not food! That was not our fault we should have been notified prior or buying food and sitting down watcghing the movie to take us out during the beginiing mind u my kids made not 1 sound!!!
