First time I went was a good experience. It was a busy night but other than that, great time. I went just recently with my handicap mother. First of all, buying the ticket was ridiculous. I understand that you have to choose your seats prior, but if someone is in a wheelchair they dont want to give away a seat. They expect them to sit in their wheelchair the entire movie. (Why would we pay for a seat and not have one?) Maybe I misunderstood, but the man in the ticket booth was giving us a hard time. Finally, after waiting in line, having a difficult time getting tickets and getting my mother to the theater, I go to get snacks and find out there are no soft drinks. Again, I understand that things happen. Im upset that I wasnt notified prior to purchasing my ticket. I wouldnt have done so if I knew there was no soft drinks (kind of plays into our movie going experience). All the while the staff was extremely rude and unprofessional. When I walked up to the machines and double checked with an employee about the soft drinks, he rolled his eyes at me. I love the theater- very nice and clean and new, but the staff is not the best.

The best movie theatre Ive gone to. Starting with the area which its located, it almost makes you feel like youre in the 1980s about to watch a movie with your bf/gf. Its a really interesting plaza. We bought our tickets with Atom Tickets (totally recommend) because you can reserve your seats ahead of time. Speaking of the seats, theyre reclineable. Super comfy. And they have loveseats for you and your date. Ive even seen people bring blankets. Id rather come to this theatre than the Cobb Theatre in Dolphin Mall. However, the food here is RIDICULOUSLY over priced. I think more than any theater Ive been to. 24 dollars for a large popcorn and 2 large drinks. Unbelievable. The soda machines are the newer kind with 100 different options or so and free refills. Definitely recommend this theater.

I went to see Rogue One: A Star Wars Story here. I have to say it is a nice theater with great seating, sound and visuals if you care about that. Which I do. It is a little hectic in the parking lot but that is kind of standard fare for Miami. This location had been renovated recently and so everything was nice with the latest tech. I personally experieced good customer service as well so all in all I would recommend this location. However the theater I was in was a little small. Maybe because Rogue One: had been out for a while before I went to see it and the other theaters are larger. I do not know, but I guess I will find out next time I see a film here.

With the new changes to the theater, now are now "fewer seats" and reserved seating has been implemented. In the small theaters there, half the seats are at "ground level" meaning that half the audience has to strain their necks to look up at the screen, and they cannot look down at the screen. Because of this, the theater has implemented "reserved seating" which also sucks. This means youll know ahead of time that there arent enough "good seats" for some of the movies you want to see on certain dates and times. This theater was better when it had smaller seats and more seating that looked down instead of up.

Well For a few months now its been under construction, it still is but the place is coming out nice. Used to be a dusty out dated cheap theatre, now is turning out to be the place to be when your not in the mood to go to Dolphin Mall, or for the sake of convenience when you live 5 minutes away like I do. Awesome reclining chairs that are comfy. And your no longer crowded there is plenty of room between each seat in front of you and behind you, which to me is awesome . Came here last week to watch Warcraft and was pleasantly surprised. As long as i live in this area I know where Im going to watch my movies....

The movie theater itself is good but the concessions is a different story. They have this sort of VIP line or whatever and theyll let the people there jump in front of everyone else on EVERY register. I had them cut in front of me like 3 times before they took care of me, and of course it made the line go extremely slow. Then, they took forever to give me my pizza because they forgot to call my order number and they just put it away to the side... Oh and lets not forget only one out of 3 soda machines worked, only one had ice, and the soda tasted watered down. Horrible customer service.

Me gustaron mucho los asientos, son muy comodos, me senti como en casa, aun mejor. Los baños totalmente renovados y limpios. La soda puedes servirte toda la que quieras, en fin, les recomiendo este cine a todos, y eso que aun lo estan renovando, cuando lo terminen estara mejor, me imagino.

Bad customer service I was in line for about 15 min, I asked about the device to listen the movies in a different language, they told me to go to customer service, I went there Another line about 10 min once I was there asked the same question the associate there was very rude told me to they dont have anything like that not even with subtittles, with a bad attitude. On my way out I saw a post of a movie in spanish. She could suggested me that. Instead she was very rude. All associates should know AMC have that service, and they should know if they are providing it.

I love the seats and such. I hate that they dont make sure people actually sit in the seats they bought when it is full or a lot of people. Lastly, we went to see Sing, the two people that came and cleaned left popcorn on the floor and a napkin near our seat. I suppose they were more into each other and their drink than doing their job.Then again popcorn was all over the floor as u came in and near the drink station. Im tired of coming in and having to ask people to move. Other than that , the outlay of the theatre is good.

I absolutely love this place. This was a run down theater that has been flipped completely by AMC. They have out done themselves. The staff is over the top amazing and friendly. The food is great and more importantly there is finally a variety more than just popcorn, hot dogs, nachos, and soda. The seats are phenomenally comfortable. I recommend bring your own blankets like Ive seen other customers doing. The bathrooms are very clean as well as the theater itself. Great move for AMC from mall of the Americas to here.

I finally went to the Palace for the first time since the remodeling, and it was really nice. I love the seats, who wouldnt, but they must be losing money. The reason I say this, is that they lost seating with the new chairs. I did not buy any treats, that will be for another day. The one down fall, they need more restrooms, also (not there fault) was the girl in front of me, who could NOT put down her cell phone...the amount of spaces between chairs, I could read everything she was texting.... I will be back.
