Compared to my Alaskan hometowns single theater (there isnt another one within 400 miles so it was our only choice), this theater is fantastic. The seating in the theater could definitely be improved because the seats are getting really worn out and some are uncomfortable but I am extremely impressed with how clean the bathrooms are. Back home, the bathrooms are always in a state of chaos, all the 50 toilets left unflushed, toilet paper and God knows what else all over the floor and stalls. When I first walked into this one it was amazed with the imaculate state of it. The pricing is better than home so Im happy with it, however the concessions are ridiculously over priced, though that kinda goes with all theaters I guess. Overall, I like this place and dont hesitate to go here (I just usually sneak in my own snacks).

I like the seats. The sound could be better. Im spoiled from living in Marin County with George Lucas famous theaters there. I have been going to the movies since I was a child in the 70s. I always sit through end credits: not to see if there will be some easter egg at the end, but because I like to read the credits, listen to the music, and absorb the film I just watch. Its a time I use to think about the movie, perhaps talk about it with my viewing partner, and see the movie to its completion. If you see me sitting there after the movie has ended, while the credits role, it is NOT because I am hoping there is some fun, silly, extra at the end of or in the middle of the credits. So, please dont shoo me out while youre cleaning up popcorn and left behind candie boxes and drinks. Thanks.

In response to the person that said the concession was ridiculously overpriced: I felt this way too at one time, but then a projectionist entered our family and I voiced this concern. He told me that this is the only place movie theatres can make a profit. The rental for the movie itself is so high that without the concessions we would NOT have movie theatres! So I no longer complain about the price of popcorn (or whatever) at the movies, and just feel grateful that we can still enjoy a movie at such a nice theatre as the AMC Silverdale...especially now with those recliner seats! What more can one ask for?! My only wish is that they would have an espresso machine. :)

My friend and I went to see Logan on Sunday. Ive been to the silverdale amc numerous times since they have remodeled. The seats are super comfy and recline. You can fill your own sodas and icees now. I ordered a popcorn and two drinks. The worker charged me for 2 popcorns and 1 drink. Only a couple of dollar difference but I wanted to let them know. The manager kindly refunded the one popcorn and this was after reading my receipt days later. No hassle or questioning why I didnt notice right away, which I thought was very nice. Seems like establishments are loosing that type of customer service. Overall, nicest theatre in the area along with seefilm.

We got there a half an hour before the movie and the movie was about to start and there were people rudely staring at us. Then one of the movie theatre workers came over and asked to see our tickets so we showed them. She then asked us to leave because THEY had messed up our seats and sold our seats to other people so even though we got there early and paid they were asking us to leave not the other people. They did offer to refund our drink and tickets but that doesnt make up for the fact that those other people were rudely staring at us and how embarrassing it was to have to leave.

I really like this theater, screen rooms arent really big to make room for comfort seating. To me its well worth it. Nice reclining seats. Good popcorn, good snacks, and very clean. Friendly staff. Weeknights are great! 5$ Tuesdays mean a lot for kids to see movies when in a lower income situation. Although temporary, I love that. I wish these 5$ deals were more often. Even once a month. Many familys just cant pay 13$ a kid. Five is doable. I still dont agree with food prices. It really is rediculous.

I bought tickets for my wife and i to go see the fate of the furious and the lady said it started at 11:20 am but it actually started at 11:00 am and finding our seats was harder then hell when the numbers on the seats are very small. So we just took random seats and they also forgot to take down the closed for cleaning sign. The only half ass decent thing about this place is the pricing for the tickets.

Like the seating although I worry about how often/when they are cleaned. Like fact you can pick your seat before getting there and then just walk in, no waiting in line! Concessions are - meh - dont like the popcorn in that you must put the "butter" (which isnt real, its really an oil) on yourself so only the top parts of popcorn get any "butter." From now on, just the movie, Skip concessions.

My wife and I absolutely love this theater!! We drive over an hour to watch movies here because of the comfortable seats, friendly employees and a really clean environment. The ticket prices are on par with most theaters we have been to around the country and the concessions are reasonable when you factor in unlimited free refills on popcorn and drinks. This theater has ruined all other theaters for me... I am writing this from the lobby of another theater. It is The first time I have gone to a theater other than AMC since they upgraded. The chairs at AMC are rediculously comfortable. I had a really hard time sitting through the whole movie at this theater. "Standard" theater seating now feels unbearable. A bitter-sweet 5 stars.

Bought our tickets at 5:32 pm for the 7pm beauty and the beast showing only to get kicked out of our seats right before the movie started. Another couple had our exact seats come to find out damn ticket lady gave us ticket to the 10 pm showing. We got a refund, but was a complete freaking waste of time and embarrassing to be kicked out of seats we payed for.

Everyone keeps talking about the new reclining chairs and they are fantastic. But dont forget about the new movie screen its curved and makes the movies look better no matter where you sit. They also upgraded everything and it looks and feels amazing. I honestly dont want to go to any other theater now. Best is the kitsap county.

Great new seats... love that. Small popcorn costs over $7.00, which is a lot. My biggest rant is that they will show movies like Office Christmas Party and Bad Santa, but not movies like Loving and other smaller well reviewed movies. I certainly hope you show La La Land when it comes to our area!

No more showing up hours early to sit in line and fight people for good seats because they are all picked at the ticket booth. The reclining chairs are comfy and awesome. No longer is it crowded and uncomfortable during 2+ hours movies. I enjoy going to the movies now.
