I would give it ZERO stars if I could. It is the saddest most ran down theatre ever. Manager is careless and teenage clerks are wandering around giggling together without being helpful. Bathrooms aee in horrible condition. This theatre has ruined my weekend plans TWICE: once I sat to watch Alice through the looking glass 3D and for some reason the projector wasnt working properly and I had to leave the theatre and let someone know but I could never speak to a manager and I actually missed the first part of the movie. Then again I went to catch Angry Birds 3D and I got there just to find out that they have messed up the schedule and wont be showing the movie at the posted showtime online and again I couldnt get a hold of the manager and I had to leave. Dont waste your money and your time in this place. Outrageously careless management. Never again.

Super cómodo. Tan cómodo que casi me duermo! Los nuevos asientos están excelentes, puedes acomodarlos cada vez que te sientas cansado en una sola posición. Super comfortable. So comfortable that I almost fell asleep! The new recliners are excellent, you can adjust them every time that you are tired of just sitting in one position.

They put in some better seats, sure. It seems everyone is quite distracted by that. What Id rather they have upgraded was their screens and projectors. The screens are comically small when youre in one of the big auditoriums and the picture is far from sharp or clear. Theres only one reason to go to the movies and thats for an audio visual experience that cant be reproduced at home. My seats at home are better. My food and snack options are better. My audio system is better. And when sitting ten feet away on the couch my TV at home seems bigger and way more HD than their tiny screens do when sitting in the middle row. Ill stick with the BigD screen in Plainfield and the IMAX at Showplace.

On Saturday Plant Pure Nation was shown. There were very distinguished guests there for the showing. Dr. T Colin Campbell and his son and staff are touring the nation attending the showing of this very important film. Over 150 guests were there excited to see the film and listen to Dr. Campbell speak. It was EXTREMELY rude for your theater to run music/advertising/previews during the Q & A time. It should have been a very easy fix but it continued. It not only should be embarrassing for your theater but we in the audience were embarrassed for the state of Indiana. We have a poor enough image around the nation. I do believe you owe Dr. Campbell and his staff a sincere apology.

The manager on a busy Friday night was so kind and patient with us! We had looked forward to a movie premiere, purchased our tickets on Fandango, only to show up with people in our seats. We went back to the usher who called the manager. Upon further examination, we realized I had purchased tickets for Thursday instead of Friday. She said she would get us vouchers, and then gave us tickets to the same showing in a different auditorium! I thought for sure we were headed back up and she really came through for us. This was way more than I expected. Thank you Regal!

I like the updated chairs, but the seat assignments are just silly. Dont fix something that isnt broken. Is this elementary school? All that does is add wait time to get tickets and increase lines, as we just found out. And what happens when you cant see from your assigned seats? Were supposed to go wait in line again to get a new one?? Also, why is the volume consistently so loud that you cant even focus on the screen?? The volume made my ears hurt so bad, I left the theater feeling like Id been on a long-haul flight & had airplane ear.

This theater isnt to bad. but once it hits 4:pm. prices go up to 11.80, and thats just for regular 2d. Overpriced soda and they dont even have the new freestyle coke machines. I do like the new recliner seats, but none of the screens are special. The theater in plainfield has a BigD experience. The theater in Brownsburg has Digital Giant Screen. So they need to at least upgrade a couple of screens. other than that. its alright. I prefer the theater in Plainfield over this joint.

I love the renovations that they invested in! The reclining chairs are very comfortable and accommodate those with back, knee, and neck troubles. The only trouble that I have seen (witnessed but was not personally involved in) was with people not respecting the assigned seating. You pay for the specific seat you want at the door that corresponds with your ticket. Much like a concert or live performance event. Theater personnel are very helpful if you run into this issue.

Do not go to this theatre. The rooms and screens are small, I had to move twice, the first seat was broken and way too close to the balcony rail, the second had a smashed seat cushion. We had to send someone to tell them the sound wasnt working. Worst of all it sounded like the speakers were blown. Throughout the entire movie there was a constant faint garble, just enough to ruin the experience. The other rooms may be better but Ill never go here again to find out.

Its been a couple of years or so since seeing my last movie (or at least the last time seeing an action or sci-fi movie where the below critiques mattered) here mainly because some speakers were clearly blown and the projectors were using visibly older technology and screens. I have heard that this theatre was being modernized, but I am not sure if that was just the addition of stadium style seats or all of the above.

Movie was supposed to begin at 7:10, I know they tend to be 7-15 minutes after the expected time. Us customers have waited over 50 minutes for the film to start. Weve got ahold of them and it wasnt a mistake on their part. The manager was awesome and refunded us and gave us two free movie tickets for other movies. Were to catch the later showing for free. :) Excellent customer service. Unfortunate incident.

One of my favorite Indy theaters. Friendly staff offers you deals on refreshments to help you save money. They are currently putting in all new, comfortable seating. Movies are top quality, always start on time. I once accidentally left my sweater behind. I called the manager. They found the sweater and kept it until I returned for it the next day. Five stars for Regal Cenemas Shiloh Crossing!

Dont go. Dont go. Dont go. I bought a 4 dollar bag of starbursts then later came back to get a medium popcorn, the man behind the counter saw the bag of candy in my friends hand and rang it up along with the popcorn. When we told him we had already paid for the candy (before he swiped our card) he said "well I guess youll have to get another bag. Worst theatre ever.

Was ripped off by Regal Shiloh tonight. Paid $1.50 per seat plus the cost of the movie and outrageous cost for food. There were eight people in the movie. Excuse: it was reserved seating. They never even asked me where I wanted to sit to start off with. Will not go there again. If you have been ripped off by them complain. Stop this madness.
