I decided to finally give this theater a try after so many of my friends and co-workers had told me how great it was. Personally, I had always preferred the AMC on the south side of town, but they were telling me that the recliners at this theater made it worth the switch. I finally decided to give it a try, and when it comes to the movie viewing experience, it did not disappoint. The reclining chairs and the screen quality are both excellent. The seating is assigned which is nice since you can order your tickets online and then not worrying about still showing up early for a good seat. If you like sitting in the middle of the theater like I do, then about the fourth row back is a good place. They also have a lot of innovative concessions. There is a coffee bar, hard dip ice cream, and beer and wine on top of the normal movie theater offerings. Too bad the associates working behind those counters appear to hate their jobs and that attitude bleeds into their customer service. It was lunch time when I went, so I ordered some chicken fingers and fries. The woman who took the order acted as though I had inconvenienced her to no end. The funny thing was, she didnt even have to prepare them, she asked the other guy to. So she literally did nothing but take my money and pour my drink. Honestly, its the only reason they dont get the full five stars. If they want to be the best game in town, they need to have associates who at least act like they want to be there.

I have always liked that Movies 14 was located near the downtown district in Mishawaka, IE a really convenient location. When Movies 16 opened it was the new fresh kid in town and had better food, seats etc. Congrats Movie 14 you have absconded with the crown again you are the current king of cinema in the South Bend area. Your new renovations to both seats/environment and food was much needed and I feel puts you head and shoulders above your competition. One of your employees told me a couple months ago that they know of people who pay just to take a nap in your new reclining chairs! They are the nicest chairs I personally have ever seen in a theater. Bravo I love your new theater and I strongly encourage people to check out the nicest movie theater in Southbend/Mishawaka!

New seats are comfortable and nice to watch a movie in. Very disappointed in the cleanliness of the restrooms. Of something that is constantly used I would expect that it would be constantly cleaned. There were 2 urinals with trash bags over them and all the others were stained with old urine and covered with hairs. My girlfriend said the womens restroom wasnt any better. The toilet seat was cracked and not at all cleaned. If a place that needs constantly cleaned doesnt look like it has been touched in days, then it makes you wonder how often they clean the seats that are constantly used by people who may not be the most hygienic. May want to develop a better cleaning schedule than what is in place.

Went to see a movie with friends. They had the air conditioner on in December! The volume was so loud I went out of the show and asked the manager to turn it down. He said he would. Thirty minutes went by and the movie was to loud to enjoy. My friend went out and asked the manager again. The manager said he would. Needless to say I had to go out again and ask, and of course nothing happened. We left the show and while walking out we told the manager and he seemed not to care. You would think with the prices they charge for food and beverages they could hire a manager who cares about customer service. Crappy dirty theater.

By far the the best audio and seating of any theater in the area. The seats are lazy boy type recliners with electronic controls. Seating is limited, if your going to see a new movie ordering your seats online or through their app is a must! Plus if you pre-order your seats you dont have to stand in line, just go in to the ticket collector and show them the scan image on your phone, theres even a secret snack stand in the back by the theaters to get your popcorn and snacks. As with most theaters today the food is outrageously expensive expect to pay at least as much or more for your food than you did for admission.

This theater is by far the best in the area. Leather reclining seats in all of the theaters, HD digitial screens, live events and retro movie specials, a Starbucks and a bar. Tuesday is $5 day all day which is really cool, no other theater in the area has that kind of a special going on. The only thing I wish was different was their rewards program. It would be more worth it if they offered more things like free tickets or concessions and less things like free wallpapers for your phone or digital downloads. But overall its a great theater, the staff is pretty cool, and again, Leather reclining seats!!

I LOVE the new reclining seats! I like choosing seats and reserving online, then pickup is quick and easy at the kiosk. This is a necessity when going with a group of people so you can get seats together. The bathrooms are pretty old and broken down, some of the stall doors look like they were ripped off then reattached. The concessions are about the same as other theatres; I understand thats how they make money. They have to pay for the films they show and have to make their profit elsewhere. Overall, a good experience with polite staff. I like the sound loud, thats what the cinema is for!

Great theater, especially since the recent upgrades. They recently installed new "luxury lounger" seats and upgraded the concessions stand to include a mini-kitchen and bar. The admission price did not even change after they installed the nice new seats, so thats a plus. Audio and video quality and superb with a complete digital cinema for each screen in the theater. This means between 1080p (full HD) and 4k (ultra HD) video and full 5.1 to 7.2 surround sound. My only complaint is that 9 times out of 10 the theater is super cold. Most people even bring blankets, just to stay comfortable.

I have to say, that the new seats are amazing! Reclining seats that feel comfortable and almost feel like youre watching at home (with the exception of the 50 screen)! Yes please! The only reason I cant give five stars, was for the price of the bottled water I bought, which was nearly five dollars. I didnt even want to ask what popcorn might be, but thats how all theaters are these days. No matter what, you get to watch in comfort; you just might want to have dinner before the movie. :)

This theater is great. They are in process of renovations. When renovations are complete, they will have lounger chairs and serve alcohol. It doesnt get much better than that. I was there recently and experience great customer service from a great girl named Ashlynn. I met the manager, too, and he was super friendly and nice. All the staff were friendly and nice. Bathrooms werent perfect, but far from filthy. Theater room was clean and no funky odors. Ill go here again.
