I have never gone through so much red tape to see a movie that I purchased a ticket. The rules and regulations which are not available until you arrive at the location should be posted on the website. Also to refuse to sale me a ticket to movie that has started and is not full is ridiculous. I had a group of young ladies who are family related (that all live in different states now) wanting to enjoy movie together. I feel that me and the group young ladies I had to escort and stay in the movie with were targeted. A sheriff actually came in and said that there was a noise complaint funny thing is, we were the only group in the theater. When I asked who complained because we were all together he just walked away. Never again will I visit that location. A movie visit is suppose to be relaxing--not stressful and hostile. Also, when I asked management for the customer service number I was given an incorrect and a concessions worker gave me the number.

My husband and I go here frequently, multiple times a month. The popcorn is great and we do get ticket discounts (though not on concession) since were [young] seniors. Joining their rewards club pays off and we get free tickets and concessions a lot! Never seen anything that caused us concern, such as crime issues. In fact the theater is quick to enhance security whenever there is even an inkling that something might develop. Bag searches upon entry began ONLY after the last mass shooting at a movie theater. Theater is clean, as are the restrooms. The only criticism is the "gentle breeze" hand dryers in the restrooms - being replaced gradually with more powerful versions as the older ones break down - but would be a good idea to dump those older ones now!

I love this theatre its my favorite theatre. Its always clean, the prices are more reasonable than most theatres, and to be honest i really enjoy the short walk from the theatres to the bathroom. At the amstar where I live the bathrooms are quite far away and if you have to pee during the show then you miss like 10 minutes of it. I also LOVE the regal card system. Its free (theres an app for it now too) and you get points for every dollar you spend and with the frequency that I go to the movies I would save tons of money if I was using it. I live near pelham/alabaster now and there isnt a regal cinemas nearby and Im very sad about it lol!

Never come here! Its awful! And everything super expensive! So a group of us were trying to go to deadpool and the staff ID us and kept bothering us. And when we got our tickets and everything they still nagged us and even told us to leave and get a refund even when we werent bothering them! And the cop was so rude and said it was my fault when I didnt say anything rude to the cashier lady! I just said she must of gotten confused at all our IDs and she was all hurt about it! I felt bad bad for her but it doesnt require a harrasment from the staff and the cop! We literally didnt do anything! We just wanted to see deadpool!

AWFUL! Dont waste your money. We actually didnt even stay til the end of the movie. The crowd in the theatre with us were so loud and rude. Talking and acting so stupid, so loudly we actually missed parts of the movie because we couldnt hear over them. The employees couldnt even get them to be quiet but wouldnt do anything other than stand in the corner saying ssshhhhhh. Pretty sad you cant even take your kids to watch a movie because people are allowed to act so ignorant. Gadsden Regal Cinemas are 100xs better and cheaper!!!!

Used to be the these were top-class movie theaters but now theyre aging pretty badly and they show it. Projector screens have spots on them, many chairs have broken armrests and worn spots, bathrooms typically arent very well kept, and popcorn is often everywhere on the floor. These are the only theaters in this immediate area, so most locals go here anyway, but if you dont mid the drive Patton Creek Carmike, or theaters toward Hoover are much better experiences.

Ive been there at least 25 times in the last four years. NEVER had a bad experience. Staff is friendly and theaters are clean. Seems they work hard to keep noise down and help you have a fun time. Ive heard stories, but never seen a bad incident. Everything is overpriced, but when the major studios take most of the admission prices it makes the theaters charge high prices for everything else. If you dont like it go to $5 drive-ins.

My pop corn was not prepared the way I wanted. Food and drinks are too expensive. Theater floors and seats (steem) need cleaning and between seats and behind seats. You need mature people who cleans. Too young people working there. The rails inside theater need cleaning too much germs in rails and bathrooms need cleaning behind toilets. THIS IS CUSTOMER SERVICE REGAL CINEMAS NEED TO TAKE PRIDE IN CUSTOMER SERVICE

I have visited the Regal Cinemas in Trussville several times. I must say it has good curb appeal, clean entrances, a nice snack bar (over-priced....but I guess they all are?), great theatre seats, comfortable temperature but the restrooms are consistently unkept. The last visit (on New Years Eve), the restroom smelled strongly of urine....Advice, tinkle before you leave your house and enjoy the movie!

The staff are, for the most part, courteous and friendly. Since we like to go late, the popcorn is not the freshest. Perhaps a bit more attention could be paid to the cleanliness. The staff does well maintaining tidiness, but it still seems dirty and a bit stinky even though the rubbish does not accumulate in the wrong places.Overall, we always enjoy our nights out at the movies.

Ive been going to this theater ever since it opened. Havent ever really had any problems with this place except for the ridiculous prices for not only the movie tickets but also for the snacks & drinks. Which is to be expected. So my advice would be to either go to the Dollar store or Wal-Mart first & pick up a bottled drink & some boxed candy on the cheap. Just sayin.

Overly priced tickets. Try to avoid this place because they do not offer military discounts. Usually nice staff, okay popcorn, expensive concessions. If there were better discounts or cheaper prices in the early day hours Id be happier. I choose to drive to Oxford, a longer distance from where I live, because day tickets are cheaper and they off military discounts.

Usually have great customer service, but last time I was there, the staff and managers were rude, I had one employee stand in front of the movie door and refuse to let me in until they saw Id and the rating was pg 13. btw, Im 20 years old. They requested ids multiple times even after they messed up and we werent even going to a Rated R movie.

I hated my experience because I was searched before getting into the theatre. I will never go there again or any theatre where I am subjected to being searched. The prices for everything was WAY overpriced and the popcorn was stale and the drinks were flat. youve lost the business of this family and friends of this family.
