Took some middle schoolers here for a few Saturday rounds, we were paired with a few other middle schoolers on our team, then pitted against a very large group of young elemtentary school students. Long story short, one of the young kids got hurt, looked like he might have been bumped by one of his friends, they were running around in a knot of kids together. The manager pulled me, my middle school boys, and the two other middle schoolers on our team into the backroom, without parents, and told them they couldnt leave until one of them confessed to hurting the little kid. He yelled at them, and threatened them, and wouldnt let them into he lobby where there were other adults. Luckily I was in the room, and told him to stop threatening the kids, and forced him to release the kids from the room. Honestly, the entire incident was bizarre and disturbing. When I tried to confront the manager and tell him he cant threaten kids, he sneered at me and told me it was a "tactic to get them to confess to hurting the kid." Thankfully it was our last round, but as a youth leader I will not be taking kids back to this location. Shame, its right around the corner. If youre still reading this, the entire establishment is pretty tired as well. Nearly all the arcade equipment is outdated and broken. The whole place is poorly managed and poorly taken care of. Kids are not safe with these people in my opinion. Shame indeed. Most of the staff were high schoolers who were nice enough. Go somewhere else if you can.

This is the worst laser tag facility I have ever been to. I booked my party online at a different location and was called a week later and told that they had closed the location I had booked and moved me to the Sterling location. The day of the party the laser tag scoring and computers did not work, the air conditioning in the party room was malfunctioning, the arcade machines were not working, and they were understaffed so I did not have a party host. Additionally, I was not provided drinks as per the agreement. When I went to pay, I was charged an erroneous facility fee and not given credit for my deposit. I have contacted ownership several times and they will not return my calls. My advice is to NEVER go here.

So I just went to laser tag for the first time today and was in the area so Lasernation it was. The employees were very nice and the wait wasnt bad at all, however, I was on the yellow team and half of the vests were either broken or low battery and no one seemed to want to take action about it. I saw many people on other teams have the same problem. Also....omg I should not be sweating after a game of laser tag! There was absolutely NO air conditioning on and it didnt look like they had any anyways. I had a pretty good time because of who I was with but the place and equipment definitely needs to be kept up.

We booked a birthday party here - no problems with the booking. The employees tried to be helpful and they all had a good attitude. The equipment however is very poorly maintained and broken - not all guns have laser sights and most had broken buckles/clips. The air hockey table broke in the middle of the game and a kids laser stopped working in the middle of the arena and it was not fixed - he basically did not play the rest of the game.The arena is pretty good but the rest of the place is dirty and really needs to be cleaned.

Im very biased for reasons obvious to those who know me... But I LOVE this place. By the way, they have the newest Nexus Laser Tag packs from Zone Systems. So the problems with the older, unreliable equipment are long-gone.

Watch out! My daughter won an MP3 player in the claw machine. Turns out it is a cheap iPod counterfeit. Even says "Designed by Apple" on the back. The software is all in Chinese.

Went here about 3 times. It is a pretty good laser tag place but there are probably better ones. One i would recommend is Ultrazone which offers unlimited play for $25 a day
