Wow, what can I say. Ive been coming to this theater location ever since I was a young child. I remember asking my parents for $5 to see a movie here with my friends. Witnessing the prices increase year over year has not been fun, but I have seen the many improvements that this location has made. I prefer this location than other ones just because it is centrally located and usually pretty clean inside. Now, I do have to mention that, like many people know, concessions are very pricey. But if youre like me, you know to sneak in some candy. Tuesdays are $5 movie tickets all day every week. This makes it fantastic for friends and family to come at least once a week and watch a movie. I try to go as much as I can. There are a variety of movies to watch, from animated to thriller. The service is pretty standard - not different than other movie theaters. It doesnt get packed much except when big blockbusters arrive. I also like that they play older movies and try to get people excited about classics. I will keep coming to this location as long as they keep $5 Tuesdays.

I worked here for a few years, and I have always recommended to friends and family not to come here. For one, management is extremely rude to its employees (Diana Sawyer) and it just rubs off on their employees which I decided to check out just recently (2017). At that point I would give three stars, but my second reason is why I usually one star facilities that offer a snack bar, cockroaches. You heard that right, cockroaches. When I worked there a little elder lady was pointing and laughing as I was about to get her icecream.."Oh look at that little guy! There he goes!" ... Their solution? A few cockroach traps (those black square traps) here and there. Now, every cockroach hater knows itll take a lot more than that to rid of such a problem in such a big facility. I am good friends with the maintenance that used to work there, the infrastructure is being lopsided by a ginormous root growing near the center of the facility. I couldnt imagine what would happen if an earthquake knocked it off balance. Stick to the legends theater, its better in many ways.

Its very clean and kept up but the problem is they allow dogs in there and its not ideal at all. Many people are allergic to dog hair and they let a women in with her chauwawa, and they claimed they arent allowed to ask if the dog is a service dog and she claimed it was but had to certification and said the dog wasnt trained to be a service dog either. The manager didnt tell her that they dont allow animals and no one told her to leave. Security even walked them to their seats because he thought the dog was cute. A service dog is a certified animal with real training to help their person with all sorts of things but holding a chauwawa in your arms everywhere you go doesnt make it a service animal! And just because you ordered the vest online doesnt make the animal a certified animal. PLEASE STOP ALLOWING PEOPLE TO BRING THEIR PETS INTO PUBLIC PLACES WITH NOT CERTIFICATION FOR OTHERS SAFETY.

My husband and I like to come to the movies on Tuesdays for the $5 deal. We went out last night, November 22, 2016 to see Bad Santa 2 at the 9:35 pm showing. Thats when we were told that wed have to pay full price of $10.75 ea. because it was the premier night of the Bad Santa 2 showing and is not included in the $5 Tuesday deal. I was really disappointed as all day I was really looking forward to seeing Bad Santa 2. We had already paid $10 for a cab to get there so going back home was not really an option. We wound up seeing a different movie that really wasnt all that good. I went back to the Century Park Lane website and could not find anything anywhere saying that a premier movie wasnt included in the $5 Tuesdays. Im really disappointed.

Super rude management! This location lacks costumer service. If you ever need help and require to speak to a manager forget about it youll just be shut down. I had an experience in the middle of summer where the A.C. in one of the theaters rooms stopped. It was a full room and it hot hot quick. Went down to speak to the "supervisor " to complain she looked at me and simply said ok. Maybe she already had someone looking at it or maybe she had no clue and just didnt want to do anything about it. There was no apology just an ok. This place is definitely run down as far as the seating not being comfortable. Most of the seating is stained and dirty. For the same price you can go to the one at the Summit with reclining chairs.

Very disappointed in the action taken toward an incident at Kung Fu Panda movie. Upon sitting my grandson was hit in the head with a full large soda and the child in front also soaked from the soda. Several other children were hit with candy from someone behind the wall. when the two dads talked to the manager they were told the tapes would be reviewed and that was all. Personally the two children hurt should have had their tickets paid for and a sincere apology made. I know this was probably the action of teenagers (which personally I do not have a clue as to why they thought this okay) but the theater should have responded in a more sincere manner.

I went to a matinee at the parklane theatre today and noticed a family with about 3 kids and a baby come in. About halfway through the show the baby started making lots of noise. I would have thought one of the parents would take the child outside, but they let the baby keep fussing. Then one of the kids started in. I know its a matinee and I should expect kids, but isn;t there some kind of policy about making noise? They tell you to turn your cell phone off, but I guess it ok to bring your fussy baby in and annoy the other people who have paid money to see the show. Oh well, just needed to vent.

Average movie theater clean but not an entirely friendly staff. Young male manager (had a suit) tried to look busy and avoid eye contact when I wanted to order a drink. Let the only counter staff finish what she was doing and walk out to ring up the customer ahead of me. ##the check out is at the end of the line, think cafeteria aside from the manager seeming to be above serving a customer. It is a clean theater with a single free refill on large drinks (keep your receipt)

Staff is not friendly, guests are rude and loud. My wife and I were there watching a movie there and the person next to her knocked over her chips and popcorn. When we left she was wearing it instead of eating it. That person didnt say sorry or offer to replace them. People were also on there phones during the movie, phones ringing, squeaky chairs, very dirty theatres. Will not be coming back to many bad experiences. Weve been there twice and both times were horrible.

you have to be 17 or older to watch a scary movie . my kids went and theyre 19, 16, & 15 . they didnt let them in . because they ALL have to be 17 . they just wanted to watch Anabell . also, the lady giving the tickets told my kids they have to have a guardian with them, so my oldest son is 19 hes their guardian, the lady still didnt let them in..
