Poorly designed place. For example, one course has equipment that is in parts suitable for a 6-year-old, but one part where you have to be of adult height to reach the monkey bars. Some staff members, instead of helping the children through, chose to yell at them for skipping some difficult areas of the course. At the foam pit, there is space for two kids to jump in at a time, but nowhere for them to exit going forwards, so they actually have to turn around in the pit to slowly climb out where they jumped in, where kids in line are waiting, and a staff member is yelling at them to wait until the pit is empty. Slow and cumbersome process, purely by poor design. At the upper level, where kids and adults are placed in the same area, they all wear harnesses to slowly get around an open course. The main problem is that the harness link has to be unlocked and then reattached every 15 feet or so. This can be time consuming and difficult for a child to do, specially since they are standing on a tiny platform to do this hooking and unhooking, and there are often adults who take up much more space trying to get around the young children in a tight space. Very uncomfortable situation. Also, I observed a child get the harness rope tangled in the equipment. There was no way for the staff or parent to quickly help the child, but instead the solution was for a staff member to loudly yell instructions for how to get untangled from a distance. Very upsetting and frightening situation. Overall, there are some nice features of this place, but the bad unfortunately strongly outweighs the good. I would not recommend this place for any children under 14 due to the poor design and the behavior of some staff members.

This is a great place to go if you want to have fun with your children. I absolutely recommend this place over rockin jump or skyzone because all they have are trampolines and a few other things. Meanwhile Zava Zone has a course where you are chained so you dont fall and then you go through a course. Zava Zone also has a parkour course, an epic slide and more rock climbing and trampolines. The only downside is that it can cost upewards of 100 dollars for 3 people to go here. The money is worth the fun though. Finally, a minor downside is that this place is in the industrial part of rockville so some people might have to drive 10-20 minutes to get there. Overall, this place is amazing and you should definitely go there.

Sorry to say it despite the beautiful setting and the nice atmosphere, BUT after I purchased tickets on line the management declined me and my son access to the facility because they claimed that a small clause at the very bottom of the website had some black out dates visible only after scrolling down quite a bit. Too bad that the system allowed me to buy and charged my card regardless. When I asked for the refund at the desk, I received two completely different answers. Then, only after I stubbornly stayed with my son crying, they allowed me in. Please, be prepared to desk with very uninformed and non polite clerks and managers.

Well, today I was at a birthday party for my friend, and we were gonna do the higher obstacle course together. She wanted to do the bungee jumping so I was gonna do the high obstacle course alone. So I got there, got my harness on and things, got hooked up, then I realized THERES NOTHING TO CATCH YOU IF YOU FALL!!!!!!!!!! I was pretty much scared out of my mind sounds went downstairs (I was crying at the time, thank GOD my mom was there) and, yah, dont recommend the higher course for younger kids.

I came in with both of my kids. The experience was terrible. One of the coaches, the guys tajen care of each station was acting rude with the kids, not friendly at all. I spent $10 in one of the machines and never got the change back. I went to talk with the manager, and he said "sorry we subcontract those machines" really, for $10...you lost a client.

Quite possibly the rudest staff Ive ever come across. I get it s packed and kids are screaming but dont pay someone to do a "job" then. Some watch kids, others talk with each other but nobody really cares or gives a damn. Check-in and pay this....bought an hour stayed for about 6 minutes. Felt better leaving, than staying here the 54 minutes.

We came expecting a trampoline park, but this is so much more - there are obstacle courses, rope courses, dodgeball, and, of course, trampolines. Weve never been to a facility with so many options. Be sure to take a number for the ropes course as soon as you check in or you may not have a chance to try it out.

Had a great time for my second time here. First time it was soon after they opened and it felt like they still had to work the logistics and staff. Now it was a much better experience, the kids had a blast and the ninja course was really tough. Nice place to enjoy a good workout with the entire family.

My 7 year old daughter and her 6 year old friend LOVED it at zavazone. It was a little more expensive than I would have liked to pay and that was with a 30% discount.... The top floor is only for people who are almost 5 ft tall. And you cant just drop off your kids. You have to stay and watch them.

ZavaZone is an excellent rainy day activity! We walked in and started playing immediately. The staff were friendly and even better, the teenagers were being courteous and helpful to the little kids! It may have been beginners luck, well definitely be going back!

Next time I get a band for myself as well. My daughter had a great time climbing and running courses. Excellent facilities but could fine tune a few issues such as timed entry to upper rope course, wasnt explained at entry causing unneeded delays later.

Great place... Too expensive... They seem to charge 19 bucks an hour, but later stick you with additional 6 bucks for socks... Since they charge per hour, make sure to go during down days... Otherwise, you pay for long waiting times...

No salmon ladder. No warped wall. No ultimate cliff hanger. No spider flip. Lots of other "similar" obstacles. However... the kids love the trampoline section. Sky obstacle course. Wifi. Sitting area for parents. Friendly staff.

Great activities! For kids or people who never grew up. Whether you want to train for American Ninja Warrior or just want to play trampoline dodge ball this is the place to go. Great ropes course and parkour tracks. A must visit.

My kids love this place. There are a good variety or jumping climbing interaction area. Lots of activity and my kids come home tired after lots of good healthy exersize. Good parent area to relax while kids play.

No very well staffed. Half of them seemed annoyed to be there. My kid could not get on what she wanted because of a ticketing system to schedule play time which is always booked beyond the block of play time.

It is sooooo fun! It has everything that a kid would want. It is a mix between a trampoline park and a obstacle course, so you only have to go to one place for everything! I really enjoy going there!
