I recently visited Players a couple of days ago and was VERY unhappy with my experience. My basketball team and I went to celebrate our season. As soon as we got there is was very weird because there was one family there and other than that the place was empty. As a matter of fact only one employee was seen in the entire facility the whole time I was there (which was not very long considering the circumstances). After the team bought out tickets to go laser tagging, we went in and played our 15 minute game. About 5 minutes through the game my friend noticed her laser gun was not working and after the game was over, told the employee. The worker said that it wasnt their fault and that they were sorry. Soon after my friend went and got a refund of her money and we left. All in all, it was not a good experience and I would not recommend it to anyone.

This is the second year in a row that our company, Brody Brothers Pest Control, has had Players help with our Holiday Party! Our employees absolutely love this place! This year they even had a choice between Players and speedway racing, and they chose PLAYERS! The bounce house and laser tag are just some of the many things our employees get excited about and enjoy! We have had the pleasure of easily working out scheduling and GREAT package deals with Derrick Clark each year, he never disappoints! The customer service and communication is impeccable! They accommodate our team so well! Our company is a family and they let us have some good ol’ family fun! We recommend using Players Fun Zone for any family party, business party/event, or some old fashion fun!”

Never Again! They had the wrong name for my son and turned away a guest which whom I STILL had to pay $20 for. The managers reply was, "Oh well". A simple apology rather than attiitude would have been fine. Our pizza was burnt, hot dogs were cold, kids were left sitting waiting for our host to direct us to the next activity. We were rushed from one activity to the other. A little girl at our party was pounced on and hurt in the moon bounce by a teenager! Absolutley no supervision for the moon bounce or the play gym. This was a birthday NIGHTMARE! All of our guests were disappointed.

I recently took my nephew to Players for his birthday party. As soon as we walked in, his eyes lit up! The staff was extremely friendly and they know how to work with kids, which is sometimes hard to come by. While the kids were enjoying the awesome attractions that were included in the birthday party package, some of the adults decided to try out the batting cages, and others hit the arcades. Everyone that attended the party had an awesome time, and walked away with some really neat prizes! My nephew is begging me to take him back this weekend!

Maryland Construction Network hosted a networking event at Players Fun Zone on November 17th. Our guests had a great time! I was extremely impressed with Derrick Clarks professional skill-set. It was a pleasure to work with him; refreshing. Players Fun Zone is exceptionally clean with all of the amentities for young and older to enjoy. I would absolutely host another event and will certainly tell my friend and family about this unique Carroll County find.

My experience @players fun zone for my sons seventh birthday was truly exceptional. The customer service was great from start to finish the manager Joe was extremely helpful and very polite as well as the two party captains Brooke&Sophie who went above and beyond to accommodate me. The venue was spacious,clean,kid friendly all that I hoped it would be plus more. This was my first time here and it surely wont be my last!!!!!!

I had my sons 7th birthday party here and it was awesome! We came all the way from Baltimore but is was well worth the drive. The staff was great, the facility was clean, they were organized and I have absolutely nothing bad to say about the place. Everyone, parents included, loved it. We had a blast. We will certainly be back!

Celebrated our sons 8th Birthday party at Players Funzone Zone! Our personal event leader took care of running the show. It was probably the easiest party weve ever had! They supplied paper supplies, Pizza and sodas. We were free to bring in cake, chips and anything else. Great experience!

I got a card for 1$ & 50 cents played a claw machine I press the drop button then it doesnt even drop down half way and grabs in the air and comes back up I ask for my money back but one of the employees says No way its not possible it works fine dont whine to me because you lost

We had a company event for about 145 people of all ages. I think the adults had more fun than the kids, and they had a blast. Thanks to Derrick and his wonderful staff for a great evening. We will definitely be back soon. Thank you

Awesome indeed!!! Even in the mist of my work with the children on an field trip. Ive purchased an Official Fun Zone Card filled with as much as possible loading which will last an lifetime guaranteed. In the near future. Kudos!!!

Attended a birthday party for 2nd graders. Kids had a blast and loved all the inflatables. Everyone had a great time Playing Lazer tag, adults against kids. Debit card system for all the games. Earn points to redeem for toys.

They have gotten a lot better. Went to a party this weekend and all the games were working. My kids had a good time. They offer laser tag, arcade games, bumper cars as well as the batting cages.

My sons baseball team uses the cages here on rainy days and our other kids stay busy the entire time in the bounce area or playing arcade games. Always clean and the staff is always pleasant.

Great place to take your kids. Good for a rainy day, or even just because. Its not expensive at all. Staff is friendly. Kids and adults can both have a blast.

Reasonable priced family fun. Get the combo for 3 attractions and an added value card. Cant upgrade once youve made a purchase. Gan get busy during parties.

Not a bad place for a kids party....BUT, games are mostly chance games- its like a kids casino. Awesome lasertag. Moonbounces- there are 3-4. Batting cages.

Could have a better selection of foods. Other than that this place is great. The only other thing I could advise is getting a rock climbing wall.
