By far the worst movie experience Ive ever had. AMC Deerbrook 24 in Humble Texas is the worst movie theater in the Houston area. I took my 7 year old daughter to watch the 8:20 pm showing of Petes Dragon and the whole theater was filled with unsupervised kids who are trying to be gangster thugs. Between the nonstop talking and laughing to the punks sitting right directly in front of us smoking on vapor e-cigs, we barely was able to concentrate on the actual movie. Then on top of that my girlfriend took my daughter to the restroom and had to deal with another slightly older than the pre tugs in the theater because if found it necessary to use the womans bathroom and try to hit on her when he walked into the restroom. Then we have to deal with all the wanna be thugs while leaving the theater. I can honestly say that if I wouldnt have had my daughter with me I would have probably went to jail because the security around there obviously dont do there job. My advice to anybody that wants or even thinks about going to this theater "DONT" pic another theater. I promise you youll have a better experience.

This theatre is obviously going down hill due to a lack of proper management. The Prime theatre which has amazing sound and video is deteriorating big time, many seats are torn, the glass partitions that sits between the rows of seats are always nasty, covered in fingerprints and smudges.....and this was at the first showing of the day so it should have been clean at least by the start of the next day...chipped paint, torn seats, and just generally dirty....and, the past two times we have gone and spent a totally of 80 for tickets, the picture and sound during the trailers was messed up....one time no sound at all, the next time no sound and the picture didnt take up the entire screen, but left a huge letter box outline surrounding the entire picture.....its going down hill big-time. Unacceptable. We will start going to Showbiz in Kingwood....the seats arent as good, but its cheaper and the pic and sound are just as good....all AMC has going for it is the reclining seats...if Showbiz had that we would NEVER go to AMC....and as we sit here....still no sound, and the picture is still jacked up.

1. Ridiculously pricey!!!!! $21 for 2 people! Then another $25 dollars for a large popcorn, soda and candy!!!!!!! 2. Went to see Woman in Black 2, yes its been awhile but I havent had time to give this review. Went to the restroom and to get some snacks and I soon as I walk out, I have a the most RUDE employee I have ever met, tell me that I needed to NOT be in the restroom and that I needed to be in my seat inside the theatre. Mind you that there were other people and kids just wandering around.She followed me the entire time and kept telling me to get to my seat or leave. While she is following me she isnt saying anything else to the other people. I passed up my theatre because of her following me!!!!!! She called security and they refused to give me a refund!! Never will go back there.

Overpriced, $18 for a coke and two hotdogs. I went to IKEA and they had a coke and two hots dogs for $2.50. Adult ticket is $10.50, then $15 at the concession stand, so if you are by yourself and want to watch a movie, that is $25 just to watch a movie. The seats are dirty and uncomfortable, you can see the stains on them and they are so upright that you are not sitting right the whole time you watch the movie. SAVE YOU MONEY and you BACK, go across the street to Movie Tavern and get your MONEYs worth. Adult ticket is $5, Game day platter is $15 that is restaurant like food. You get a comfortable chair that reclines. Better parking. Better food service, Better Food, and Better movie experience.

this is the worst movie theatre my wallet was stolen i went to who ever was in charge and they said i had to wait because the security was watching a movie......after all this drama they had my wallet without the money im pretty sure they took it because when i got closer to the box they got nervous and they quickly got meh wallet and they said there aint no money in it ......i had 2000 in it.... but they did not take my debit card or information there was just took the money in side it......this happend on july17 2016 and also the movie was ghostbuster at 6:30PM...........I MEAN IT WAS A pretty good movie but ME MONEY GONE.............LORD HELP ME..... anyways thats my opinion.......

Took wife and niece to Fantastic Beasts. They had a malfunction when the previews started, then when it seemed to get back on the sound was gone. Could only hear the before preview commercials quietly in background. When the feature started the got the sound sorted out but at the bottom of the screen was the Windows Start Bar with clock. Very distracting. During all this staff was dismissive when I complained. After the movie I spoke with a different employee who apologized and gave 3 re-admit tickets. That employee was how they got up as high as 3 stars. Hope they do a bit of restraining for both technical and guest services.

I dont like a lot about the theatre.the food sucks, concession stand is always filthy, and the price you pay for popcorn, drinks,etc..is ridiculous seeming as how when we received our items were undercooked, stale, and just not good quality. This is on separate occasions. I always recommend to people to never attend this theatre because of the large quantity of teenagers that attend and ruin the movies most of the time. Theres been multiple occasions ive had to go get a worker or a cop to kick obnoxious kids out. I dont recommend this theatre to anyone at all.

Please be careful and aware i was in theatre 10 to see wonder woman and i sat in the lower area bc i had my sons stroller. I got bit early during the movie on my calf i kept itching and checking with my phone light to see what it was and i got 4 whelps that indicated that i had got bitten by a insect. I thought at 1st it was a mosquito but the next day i woke up with the bites completly swollen and red very itchy and warn to the touch. To my past experience i know that it was a bed bug bite. It is painful and is gunna take a week or 2 to go away. :(

Hate having to go into the mall. This movie theater is better during the week day when everyone is at school or at work. Employees are slow and hard to find. They look depressing, miserable, like their saying "I hate this job" in their heads. Movie screen and sound is ok. Had this one couple that wouldnt stfu. Kept talking throughout the entire movie. I hate when people chat during a movie. Couldnt complain to any employee never saw one unless u go to ticket booth. Wouldnt recommend this theater unless its during the day.
