I cannot express how absolutely flawless my wedding day was at Fairview farm. The owners were very accommodating, flexible, organized, prompt and easy to contact with any questions or concerns with swift responses and helpful solutions. The way they provide a wedding coordinator in the package makes ALL the difference. (Angela from XOXO is such a sweetheart, but a decisive boss lady who takes care of business). I literally had ZERO stress. The usual wedding concerns were none of mine. A Plan B for weather? They have options for indoor and outdoor ceremonies, so no need to worry about the weather. Decor? Forget spending an arm and a leg on crafts store wedding decor that youll never be able to reuse, as the entire venue, in the barn and outside it, are Pinterest-chic; designed in a rustic, antique style from floor to ceiling. Food? Instead of hunting down every catering company, they have a list of preferred caterers to choose from, all of which are reasonable. (But IK Catering is honestly the best, ladies). We had brunch food and my goodness, it was perfect. Every tour and visit went swimmingly. They didnt rush us, and let us explore and ask questions. Deborah regularly checked in via email on my personal booking progress to make sure everything was going okay. (Keep in mind if you dont book from a vendor on their preferred list, you have to buy 1 day liability insurance for that DJ, photographer, etc. if they dont already have it. Its like $125 or so, which isnt a huge deal). Overall, everything was perfect. Everyone had a blast. This was honestly the first and the last venue we looked at; we were sold immediately by its charm. Im not being bias when I say it was the best wedding ever thanks to Fairview Farms!

This venue is everything my daughter had dreamed it to be. The moment you walk on to the property you are smitten! We had toured the venue in May 2015 and signed the contract the next day. My daughter is getting married on 11/5/16 at this phenomenal farm. The ambiance of this property had me amazed at every step of the tour. Debora Gordon, the owner, is so genuinely warm, friendly and has a contagious excitement that surpassed ours. Not only did she give a tour of the grounds, but after the tour she sat down with me, my daughter and her fiancé, Since this was so new to me I was overwhelmed with what to do next or where to start. Debora had it all mapped out for us step by step on the planning, prices, vendors, and accommodations. One of the deciding factors was the accommodations. Being that this farm was 2 hours from our home, we were concerned about transportation for the wedding party. The all inclusive venue allows up to 13 people to stay 2 nights which solved the immediate concern, What I thought was extraordinary was the volume of information given to you to choose on local vendors. They had an open house last year and a multitude of vendors were there to help in the decision on this most important chapter in our daughters wedding. From May 2015 till present January 2016 we have been nothing but extremely pleased with the entirety. I feel I have developed a friendship with all involved ( especially Debora and the photographer Shannon Hennessey) that will surpass the ceremony. Its a really good feeling that there are still honest and genuine people that still exist in this world today. Thank you for all that you have done so far and I know that you will continue to do.

When I say that I have no words- I truly mean I have no words! Debbie and Blanton have been absolutely wonderful to work with and have the most beautiful property I have ever seen. They are so responsive to emails and always answer any question I may have- no matter the time of day. Fairview was the only venue we looked at and when we toured we just "knew!" On our tour, Blanton really took the time to show us around each house and the venue sites and answered any questions we had. We met up with Debbie and she was so sweet and really personalized our meeting. The vendors they have selected are wonderful also- we just could not have asked for better! We love their all-inclusive package and are so thrilled to be able to have both of our families and bridal party stay on the farm the entire weekend with us! Everything has been so easy for us to plan since we live 2.5 hours away and cant be there at the drop of a hat. We cannot wait for our April 2018 wedding!

This place really makes wedding planning so easy! After planning a wedding for over a year at a barn venue in Amelia Virginia, I was soon learning what kind of disaster I was in. My mother called Fairview Farm, and fate stepped in! My date was open! After speaking to Debra I had no more tears and sleepless nights. She has been working so hard to help me plan my wedding in in one short month. With my wedding date being only 5 weeks away she coordinated more with venders in a few days then my former venue did in a entire year!!!!!!! When I met with her in person I was greeted with warm welcomes and hugs. I am actually excited about my wedding day now! Thank you Debra and her amazing team for making my dream day actually come true! I highly HIGHLY suggest Fairview for any bride looking for a beautiful stress free wedding!

This beautiful venue is the perfect backdrop for your ceremony and reception! It feels so "at home" with the benefit of being a destination location for families near and far, as you can spend the weekend prepping and being pampered getting ready for this big day! A great resource that the venue offers is a list of wedding professionals who know the ins and outs of the space and what works well there, trust those wedding pros! Fairview Farm Events is an amazing venue with beautiful scenery and wonderful facilities. The view of the barn when the sun is setting is one of the most breathtaking in Virginia. It will leave you staring at the skyline in awe and if you are lucky enough you might see the outline of mountain ranges to the west. All of the preferred vendors are amazing and provide outstanding service!!! The owners are very nice and accommodating to your requests. You cannot go wrong with booking your big day at such a lovely venue!!

Fairview Farms is absolutely stunning. The owners make everything so easy and they have a payment plan. There are preferred vendors that give excellent discounts and know the venues ins and outs. We were also provided with a complimentary day-of event planner who we will meet with before our wedding and go over everything and anything that we need. It has been the easiest process to plan this wedding, and we cant wait for our fall wedding at Fairview!
