We recently had a wedding and used your hotel for our out of town guests. We ended up with 20 + rooms.... and, not only that, but we planned our rehearsal dinner at your hotel too. When we were planning the dinner we kept getting a promise of a mailing but did not receive anything but the menu with our choices and alternatives we were not told that there was a fee of 150.00 to just reserve the room until we sat down with the planner one week before... I really thought that with all of the money we spent there we could maybe catch a break you made money hand over fist on our family.... not a comped room...not a free movie...and breakfast? Almost every hotel now offers at least free coffee, but not the good old MarriottHad to pay for everything...and if you are going to hold money on peoples debit card maybe you should let people know in advance....it was a total embarassment......Needless to say we have another wedding in May 2014 and found a really nice local hotel for about half the price and free breakfast and coffee or tea 24/7 Sorry you couldnt make it right for us... but we had at least 16 rooms tell us how they felt about your lack of hospitality, you know how many times I heard " I will never stay in a Marriott" and these are people from all over that travel quite a bit Lets see 16 people, and they tell 16 people......and on it goes

I cant explain how wonderful this hotel is a a the staff. The hotel itself. Beautiful clean newly updated rooms. Best sleep I have ever had in a hotel in a long time. The staff. Remarkable. They advised us before our arrival a lot of teams were going to be there this weekend and they would do all they can to keep them in a certain area of the hotel. I asked them if I could get a top floor room since I had a baby. Didnt expect it , I know its my problem I chose to travel with a baby,,, but thought I would ask. I was instantly accommodated! It was a beautiful quiet floor away from the teams. Nothing against them but we werent part of the action. When we arrived we were asked if we needed anything more. To advise if we did. All staff said hello. Asked if we needed anything. I just cant think of one single thing to say negative about this hotel. I will never even think twice if we come back where to book !!!! Thank you Marriot rochester staff for making our families visiting a 20 out of 10!!!!!

Our flight was canceled so we selected the hotel that was claiming to be near the airport. It was anything but near the airport. Other guests were partying on our floor until 1:00 am. When checking out I shared my deep concern regarding this and the representative just shrugged his shoulder and said sorry. Then we proceeded for breakfast and we got third degree that we didnt have complimentary breakfast. That was an oversight on our part. However, their training lacked courtesy. They made us feel like we were trying to get a free breakfast out of them. The only good experience we had was th driver you took us to the airport. They need to let him train rest of the staff. Never staying here. We were staying at a Hampton Inn prior to Marriott and they know what customer service is.

Id highly recommend this hotel! I didnt have any expectations since it was chosen by the bus tour company, but for my surprise the cheap price I paid for the night gave me one of the best hotel experiences Ive ever had. Stuff in the hotel is very polite, always had the answers to my questions, gave me complimentary items such as toothbrush and toothpaste, as well as a deodorant stick. I didnt expected, but hotel was either recently built or renovated. Everything in it is brand new. It has a 24/7 open fitness center, swimming pools - large and smaller one for kids. The room was very clean and neat. The bed had a nice quality queen size mattress.

The Rochester Airport Marriott is in a super easy to find location right off the highway, and has great desk service, so for a place to get in, and it quickly, its perfect- with plenty of meal (including coffee and breakfast) options nearby- and for room of service if you prefer to stay in. The beds are comfy and the rooms are homie. Definetly recommended for any occasion whether for business, a concert, or even just a vacation. Do note it has a breakfast, however its not complimentary, but as stated earlier there are also plenty of other food options nearby.

Stayed at the hotel for 2 nights during a hockey tournament. The location is good because it is right off the highway, but you cannot hear the highway noise. There is a gas station, several restaurants, and many other conveniences located right there. There is a restaurant and a bar on site. My only real gripe is the in room fridge was very noisy. After the first night they were supposed to have some one look at it or replace it, yet no one did. It is difficult to sleep with a humming and buzzing fridge.

The most Beautiful Hotel in Rochester The exterior approach has mini-gardens surrounding it. The Lobby, Restaurant & Bar are Lovely Very comfortable plush furnishings throughout. The Rooms are beautifully decorated & the Suites are exquisitely designed and plush. There is so much more to elaborate on but I would be writing a book, there are many amenities the Marriott has to offer. The Marriott is a convenient beautiful hotel for Business, Leisure & Family. I had reservations for one night with two beds. I called a few days before our arrival to make sure we would get two beds because there were four people in my party. When we arrived I went to the room and it only had one bed. The front desk appologized and said they were booked and there was nothing they could do except offer us an air mattress that would only sleep one person. it barely fit in the room. The fourth person had to sleep on a small soft.

The hotel is modern, has a nice lobby area. Rooms are relatively big and have nice amenities like a computer drsk, a small sofa, and a fridge. Bathroom was ample and clean, and with a lot of handicap aids. Even though the room seems relaively new some things were broken, like the power strip on the wall, and the shower head had tape to gold it together. Overall it was a good hotel for the price.

I arrived here after a very trying day at work to relax before heading out in a few days for another business trip. I was greeted at the front desk in such a way that it wiped out all of the stress I had experienced. Once I arrived in my room, which was well-appointed, I ordered some dinner. Lets cut to the chase the entire staff food and value is exceptional.

My fiancé and I stopped in to have a drink at the bar and check out the facilities as we are searching for a location for our wedding guests to stay. The bar and front desk staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The decor was modern, clean, and beautiful. We will most definitely be choosing this location for our guests to relax for a couple nights.
