Hollywood casinos event center is the worst place to go see entertainment, because it does not have stadium seating. I attended once and I could barely see the person on stage because I was sitting behind a big headed man. Shame on Hollywood casino for cheeping out on their entertainment venue! With all the money they make, its disgraceful that they would build such a cheap entertainment auditorium!!! You failed your patrons Charles Town Hollywood Casino! I hope you correct it, because we all know how much money you make from your patrons!!!

While the theater venue is quaint and professional, the casino may consider diverting theater traffic on a different route other than through the cigarette smell wafting about the slot machine floor. Also, seating in the entertainment center is cramped and unaccommodating. Stretching your legs means hitting the seat in front of you. Sitting with your back against the seat means pressing shoulders with those on either side of you. You go to see world-class performers; you remember feeling painful cramps throughout the show.

My 1st visit - seating is a bit cramped and uncomfortable. Need better cushioning and more personal space per chair. Every time the woman beside me smacked her leg in laughter, my leg was also smacked because we were so crammed close (although she was also very loud and aggressive but that part isnt something that the Event Center can control!)
