Haunt industry worker for years. Third time back at Screams after a few years. Everything was clean and staff was very friendly and helpful. I did, however, have two critiques: I was disappointed by the lack of actors both in the houses and roaming about, and we went on Friday, 10/21, quite close to Halloween when Id expect theyd be staffed up. I saw only two roaming actors (one scary male and one non scary female) the entire time vs when I was there in the past and had the crap scared out of me around every corner, be it getting tickets or a beer. In my past visit there were tons of opportunities for photos because actors were everywhere. As I mentioned, the houses felt thin in actors as well. The other big bummer was with group spacing: we ran into the group ahead of us EVERY time, in EVERY house. I sensed this might be an issue in line while watching groups go in on top of eachother. Unfortunately, even with me leading the group as slow as I could, in each house I saw nearly every actor we were approaching reset, resulting in me maybe being genuinely startled twice. Im aware of the pecking order when trying to startle a group and that the front usually doesnt get it quite as bad, but seeing every upcoming scare resetting really kills the magic. I think this is truly just an issue of sending the groups in too quickly. All in all, I had fun because my friends scare easily and I enjoyed the atmosphere. I think beefing up the acting staff and putting in long enough pauses between groups would take this haunt to the next level.

Nice concept but the execution comes up just a bit short. Number one is they need one or two more people working in the haunted house. Better fronts on the haunted houses (accept for the castle) would help alot, add something to help the boring long lines (TVs, or recordings that describe the haunted house theme. It would be nice if credit cards were accepted. This was my first time going, hopefully they reinvest some of the profits to get better each year.

If your looking to take kids. Okay... Not scary at all. Old and needs something new. Owner needs to invest in this every year and give back to the goers that have supported it for years. In each haunted house there were very few employees/ characters. Need I mention, its too expensive. As I said they need more... Same as every year I've been. Try Reindeer Manor if your looking to get scared and not taking kids.

We went last night to try out ourselves. Gave it the benefit of the doubt despite the reviews I read. Its a FUN place for the whole FAMILY. At one point we were going into one of the attractions in a group with two little boys that were by themselves. They had to be at least 7 and 8.thats how scary its NOT... Will probably be back when my kids are old enough to enjoy it. Definitely not an ONLY ADULTS thing to do.

This is not a haunted house for people above 5 years! There is NOTHING that scared me. One of their haunted house had only one actor!! The lines are too long for nothing. The parking is so bad, I need to change my cars tires now. Everything you want to do inside would cost you money. It was lame experience. I do not recommend this place unless if you are going with your young kids (5years and less)

Absolute bust. For anyone looking for a frightful experience, find somewhere else. The haunted houses are short, disorienting, & get crowded almost instantly. There isnt enough staff within the houses to scare you, instead its automated machines that are designed to scare you but instead leave you with disappointment. Overall it leaves a bitter taste.

I worked here for years. And its only gotten better. I love going back. The atmosphere is perfect for a haunted house attraction, and its kid friendly. They scare the kids, but not in a way that will traumatized them like some haunts. Lots of great actors, roamers, and staff here.

Not scary enough for adults. Went on saturday night. The speed pass is worth it otherwise youll be in lines forever. The clown maze was really annoying. Theres 5 haunted houses but not enough actors in each. It was sad.

I do not recommend this place to nobody. Most employees are very disrespectful, hunted house are very short. Really Racist place!!! All cops are racist I was kicked out for talking in Spanish..

Awesome place to go to the maze thing at the haunted house is also cool as well to I miss 10 years ago in 2006 when ever me and my step brother hector and gatlyn went here so awesome here

Best value for your money. 5 haunts for one low price. Houses have been updated and the frights are great. Cant wait to see what th e next season brings.

Not for adults. The haunted houses were not scary. The only house kinda could is the maze honestly good for younger kids but not for teens/adults
