I came here and am still alive so I guess that made it a perfect experience. The staff here are all very friendly and joke around with you to make you feel at ease. I first did the bungee jump, being my first time, they certainly eased my nerves. They make it sound very easy and are always encouraging you to do it, but they dont do it in a manner that takes you out of your comfort zone. The girl right in front of my on the plank ultimately decided she couldnt face it and the staff very easily helped her to climb back down the ladder. The best thing of this park has to be the free fall. You are literally raised higher than you were on the bungee jump and can easily see the entire Dallas skyline. You get to drop over 50-100m from the sky in free fall. When you see the video of your drop, itll only last a couple of seconds, but let me tell you from experience that it certainly feels a LOT longer than just those seconds. Its a great rush and youre helped with friendly staff.

Came in from San Antonio so, I read some reviews beforehand.. The staff was beyond friendly & "cool". They definitely made me feel comfortable & they most definitely knew what they were doing. Their "attire" did not effect their knowledge of the rides or equipment. Id suggest just listening to their instructions on how to position yourself to lessen your chances of getting injured. The place wasnt that big, but I dont see a need for a bigger place. I did the "Nothing But Net". It was awesome! Sure I got a little whiplash, but what do you expect after falling from that height & speed?! I honestly thought the prices were extremely fair. When I first looked up the prices, I was expecting to pay a whole lot more than $33+tax for one ride. I also bought the video & it looks amazing. Talk about an adrenaline rush. Ill definitely be going back!!

I did the 16 story free fall and tore my ACL and obliterated my MCL and I just had reconstructive surgery a few days ago. I probably wouldnt be so disappointed if they had acted like they actually cared or if they had some proper procedures in place in case of accidents. Their ppl literally stood around watching me for mins (while I regained the feeling in my legs) trying to figure out what to do next. You cant pay me to believe something like this has never happened before. They make you sign a waiver so they wont be liable for your medical bills and so they can continue to boast about having the perfect safety record. You guys have save that perfect record because Im here to attest that its simply not true.

Poor customer service. Was left in the air on the skycoaster because they didnt check the video. Didnt get my video for Nothing but Net because they didnt think to check the camera before sending me down. Offered to compensate me by putting all my videos on a flash drive and only charging me for one. After my 2 1/2 hr drive all my videos WERE NOT on the drive and when I called back the manager said it was deleted and I was welcomed to drive back the 2 1/2 hours to get another one. Dick!

Fun park. A little over priced, but it was still a lot of fun. The staff is all very young but seem to know what they are doing. Their attire is lacking in professionalism. Extra star for safety checking eachothers hook ups. But lost a star for profanity and personal chat from the staff on one video and failing to give us our freefall videos. On the freefall, they tell you to keep your elbows in for a reason. Dont end up like me (picture)

Overall we had fun bungy jumping but when we asked specific questions about a ride, they flat out lied about what it did. They also overcharged us and failed to tell us of a special they had going on.. When one employee asked if we got the special, another one was quick to shut her up. After already overcharging us, when we handed them cash to pay they asked if we needed our change back. Duh!! The staff is a joke.

Fantastic customer service, and a unique thrill ride experience. If bungee jumping is on your bucket list you should try this place out. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly, and will walk you through the experience step by step. Bungee is only 70ish feet tall, so its a baby bungee jump but perfect for that first jump to see if you want to go a step further and try a bigger jump. I loved it

Staff was friendly and a nice assortment of semi extreme rides. I only rode the slingshot and the skyscraper. Personally I feel the drive there was scarier than the rides but I seem to be a bit of an adventure junkie and been told I may just be a little desensitized to these type of rides. Overall it was a fun experience and would recommend it. Just keep in mind additional rides cost extra.

Employees were the worst!! Safety is horrible, we had to recheck our own gear and bought all USB drives for all 5 jumps but they didnt load em all. Make sure to check your USB drive before you leave or u could end up with other peoples rides on ur video and they do nothing to reimburse. Not worth the money unless u have 125$ a person and dont expect much.

So we just drove from Mansfield so my daughter can ride the Texas Blast Off just to be told that they are not selling any tickets because they are short staffed and they have a huge group of people! All she wanted for her birthday was to ride this ride! I would not recommend this place! Total let down! Waste of time and gas driving out here!

I went on a monday and 2 of the rides were down. I wanted to give it 1 star because im here visiting and they said they didnt know when will it be ready. I called on Thursday and they were back on services. I got the videos and everything. It was worth the wait. Thanks team dallas.

I LOVED IT!!! For all those dare Devils who are looking for the next big dare...Zero Gravity is the place to go!!! From my experience I felt totally safe with their heavy duty equipment,trusting staff, and a accident free record!!! I would definitely recommend this place!!!!

So much fun! The free fall is really fun but a little rough on the head/neck area as you fell into the net really hard. The spin thing (not the bungee) the one that spins while going 70 mph is SO MUCH fun! The guys and shift supervisor were also really nice!!

One of a kind place with thrills you wont find at Six Flags. Workers are safe and experienced. Pricey for the amount of time youre "riding", but its a one of a kind experience that makes for a great, unique gift.
