Filthy dirty is the first and last impression! Im sure it was beautiful when it was a new establishment, however its obvious not a penny is placed into up keep or cleaing any of the equipment. EVERYTHING is WORN OUT AND OLD. Mini Golf course is slippery with worn out greens that are wrinkled and slimy. All the games inside the arcade have worn off paint. The air hockey tables are worn through the graphics and the table surface is worn beyond the painted finish. The air puck was so dirty thats it is black with grime and will not glide donw the table. The carpet is nasty, if your drop anything you will want to run to the sanitizer to clean your hands if you dare pick it up. How they are allowed to serve food and drinks is beyond imagination. The basket ball game has 3 balls that are filthy as is the soda splashed greasy grimy back board. The balls are mismatched and there are only 3. The go carts look like they have a million miles on them. The seats are faded, cracked and worn out. The bats in the bating cages are filthy and have no grips on them. The water ride boats are nasty, dirty and faded. The entire place has never been maintained period. Its sad because you can see it was once a great place. I have been there several times and it keeps getting worse if thats even possible at this point. I will not go back until they clean it up and update it or a competitor opens next to them and shows them how to run an establishment. I could go on but you get the point.

I would not ever go back to this place in my life. There is algae all over the place, so of course the water is green. Who wants green bacteria all over them. Oh & lets not forget the car break ins at this place. Me & my boyfriend went over there last weekend for our first time and we got a nice little welcome gift......OUR VEHICLE WAS BURGULARIZED!....Then when we went back inside the manager said that there was nothing he could do....he wouldnt even let us use the phone...what a poptart. Luckily some of the employeess there did. When the police came we asked how often if at all does this happen....What he said next I couldnt believe it..." IT HAPPENS AT LEAST 2X A WEEK".....what the poptarts! I wanted to know if it happens so much then where the poptarts is security? The officer said he had been telling them that they need to get security but they said, " It would be too much of a liability." Well guess what ...not having any customers come back is also a liability you inconsiderate poptarts. I hope this place shuts down.

Took my children there And it was horrible. Guy at counter told me my oldest son was tall enough for rides outside So I paid..once outside, they said my son wasnt tall enough. When I asked for a refund, he refused. Bumper boats sucked by a long shot. Water was super filthy And my kids were afraid because they couldnt see from all the algae in the water. Golf course was not Well lit at all once it started getting dark. We went inside to play games And 80% percent of games were not working. The ones that actually worked wouldnt give tickets or take ur tokens. Once I asked for someones help, they said they would come but never did. Once we left, there were a few kids outside looking in cars. We rushed to get the hell out of there. We left around 9 which is when all the grown folks smelling like pure weed started to show up. If ur looking for a safe fun outing for ur family..keep driving. Its the smart thing to do. OVERPRICED FOR NO REASON

Great deal for birthday party. I used a promotion online and the kids had lots of fun playing golf and driving the go Karts. The video games are not the greatest and are expensive but we did not go there for an arcade we went for outdoor activities. It is best to not rely on party host they are like teenagers and will constantly disappear. be organized to keep things moving along so the kids dont get bored while waiting for the next activity. as far as cleanliness- it was mediocre about what you can expect anywhere you go so I was neither disgusted nor impressed; it was just about middle of the road. Overall I was happy with my party and the kids had fun and it was definitely something different to do besides Chuck E Cheese or a bouncy place. I would recommend this activity as something different to go and try.

The manager their Lisa is a old bitchy granny who takes her job too seriously! The whole place is filthy and smells of old sweaty gym socks!! I took my kids to play mini golf and as we were walking to the next hole I find a USED condom!!!! Seriously??!!! DISGUSTING!!! The people working the go carts are lazy and rude, most of them have even tried to resell me tickets!! The bumper boats are REALLY old! And the water in their SMELLS as if they were to NEVER change out the water! This place is the WORST!!! OVERPRICED AND NOT AT ALL WORTH IT!!!! PAY THE SAME SOME WHERE ELSE AND GET BETTER SERVICE! this place needs to be shut down ASAP!!!

My husband and I have been going to mountasia since weve been kids and yes it was not the cleanest place but it was worth the while and they have mini golf. Its still in the same conditions except now the management is incredibly rude. Everything is off a card instead of coins and tickets and their prices went through the roof. If a game doesnt work they check your card and go off that. We had two different games take the points and didnt work but they did nothing about it. For the price you pay you might as will go to Dave and Busters or Chuck E Cheese. Dont waste your money here. They definitely need better employees.

My husband and I went to Mountasia last week for his birthday and we had a great experience. We went around noon on a Friday so there werent many people there, but that is what we were hoping for. The service was superb and on par as well. The lady that checked us in and gave us our bracelets was friendly, knowledgeable, and even gave my 25-yr old husband a birthday sticker which was just hilarious. I believe she was a manager, but either way she was great. The rides all functioned well, they had new balls and putters for putt-putt, and overall just a great day.
