This place is pretty great! Took my 13 year old twins on a monday. ( You can get a free ticket on their website for mondays) The lines were fast, the workers were all very friendly and very professional. You should stop and eat somewhere before or after you get to NRH2O because the food is REALLY bad and the kids working at the food stand were a little confused about how to prepare certain things. I know - I know...it is a waterpark, not a restaurant, so I shouldnt expect too much. But I feel like I really need to warn you about the cheeseburgers...I was like biting into a huge ball of compacted, re-heated Trump hair with ketchup on it. They give you free cups of ice water, which I think is a great idea for many reasons. Clean restrooms, pools, slides, everything was clean (especially my bowels after a few bites of that burger)

Been coming here since the day this place opened. We were having my granddaughters birthday here today. It was a rainey day so the staff was a lot smaller then most days. The park was not busy but because of the short staff service was very bad. Took 45 minutes for me to get a pretzel pizza. Our party was scheduled at 5:00 p.m. But they werent ready at 5. I asked someone that looked in charge and he said they will be right there. They did come with napkins to clean the table of the ice cream and other stuff that was on the tables. After 5, and they didnt use any sanitizer of any kind. Just a plane napkin. This place is usually amazing but today I have to give you two thumbs down. You shouldnt let your guest suffer to save money. I really dont think we will ever have a party here again, because of the poor service today.

I love how family friendly it is here! We recently got rid of our Hurricane Harbor season passes, and let me tell you, we do NOT regret it! This place is wonderful and very family friendly! When we would visit HH I never felt comfortable enough to let my young child go and play on his own (even within eyesight) but here it is no problem! The lifeguards and other staff are very diligent and they are strict on their policies which I appreciate! Another huge bonus is the ability to bring in your own food! It is nice to know that a company is still so family oriented and realises that sometimes paying $10/meal for a family on top of paying to enter just isnt realistic! We will definitely be back, and we will also be purchasing season passes!

Went specially for our 10 yo nephew and we adults ended up having equal amount of fun! Pretty wide spread out and areas/slides for all ages - it was a pure family fun for us! One of the best things is they allow outside food - That helped us plan a nice family picnic. Sharkys grill is pretty good too - fries, hotdogs and funnel cakes were nice and they werent overpriced either. Overall - Very well-maintained facility. Professional staff. Fun place for all ages. We had a great family time together. Our nephew wanted to go there again the very next day!!

Best and cheapest Water Park you can go to in the DFW. They have daily discounts, holiday discounts, military/child/senior discounts as well as printable coupons on the internet that make going very cheap. Not only that, but you can bring a cooler with home prepared foods and sealed drinks inside, no hassle. Its free parking and the lockers are about $8, and you dont have to buy and food or drinks because you can bring your own. I spent around $90 for the day for 4 people, which is much cheaper than just about any other amusement park in the area.

We have season passes and have so much fun here. We really appreciate the free parking and that we can bring in a cooler. Someone in a previous review said that you can go to Hurricane Harbor for just a little bit more money, but we did not find that to be true- you have to pay for parking and they do not allow coolers, and all the food on site is very overpriced. Hurricane Harbor is also dirty, in our experience. NRH2O is clean and family friendly, we always have a good time.

My daughter loved this place it was 100 degrees in the summer... At first we walked in there are immediately kiddie splash pools and slides.. A little further in oh s Dr. Frogsteins Splashatory.. There are several splash slides to cool off on about 6 or so water towers nice overall.. It is ADA compliant but if you cant get up off the slide too quickly I wouldnt try to get on off of it. But overall perfect if you have little ones that are good swimmers.

This place was decent enough for the day. The kids had a good time in the splash pad. It is fantastic we can bring our own food and drinks into the park. They are pretty strict on the height requirements for the body slides. My son was an inch below, standing at 47 inches. The Great Wolf Lodge had no problem with him riding the body slide, but NRH20 is more of stickler. It was upsetting there was no latitude on that, but we still had a good time.

We traveled here from Galveston on Memorial Day last year and had a very good time. My son was cut on one of the rides and their first aid staff was quick and amazing. They patched him up and we were on our way back to fun. I love the option to bring in your own snacks and drinks. Helped me save alot of money. I am a single mom of three so I know snacks can get expensive. Will be returning this year.

Came to have a birthday party and to have some fun. Great for kids but some of the lifeguards arent too attentative, but really you should have all your attention on your children at a place like this anyway. Great experience, no long wait in lines for the rides and the party deal wasnt a bad price. Good place to come and cool off especially since you can bring your own cooler with drinks and snacks.

Greatest park in dfw. Great prices, YOU CAN BRING YOUR OWN FOOD IN SIDE FOR FREE! 8 water slides, life jackets, HUGE kids zone and adults can play in it with their kids! Great staff, tons of tables and chairs, wave pool, lazy river, a big regular pool, volleyball courts, you cant beat it! Most slides have a 42 inch minimum requirement, so your small children can do most of the slides with you!

Excelente lugar para divertirse con la familia y de preferencia ir en grupo de 10 o mas para que salga a $ 18.50 por persona en lugar de $ 30.00 que asi ya cala en el bolsillo.
