My husband and I had our wedding reception at Profile Event Center in the Casablanca hall this past July. I don’t even know where to begin! For starters, the food was absolutely amazing. We have never had a better meal at a wedding, and neither had our guests. We heard COUNTLESS compliments on the food and the staff. The chef went completely above and beyond by including specialty touches with the entrée’s and ordering edible flower garnishes that we mentioned we loved. Heather, Patrick and Giovanni were nothing short of saints throughout the planning process. They helped us with EVERY planning detail, and made sure on the day that everything went perfectly and turned out beautifully. We could not have had a better wedding experience. We went with one of Profile’s in-house DJ’s (DJ Kyle), and he was nothing short of remarkable! The dance floor was packed all night and EVERYONE was dancing (from 2-92 yrs. old). DJ Kyle was on his feet the entire night and so were our guests. Our friends in their twenties and grandparents all had the same response, “that was not only the best wedding I’ve ever been to, that was the best party I’ve ever been to!”. We couldn’t have been happier. We ordered our cake from the in house pastry chef at Profile, and also had them make our ice sculpture. Their staff did an amazing job making both the cake and the sculpture gorgeous, and they were exactly what we had designed/described. We also heard that we had the “best tasting wedding cake” and many of our guests wanted to know where it was from. Profile was simply a one-stop shop to an unforgettable wedding. Two of our favorite things about the Profile Event Center were the Bridal/groom’s suites, and the BYOB style bar. We had many children at our wedding, and were concerned about kid’s running around and misbehaving. However, the bridal/groom’s suites, outfitted with Xbox 360 and all, came to the rescue. At the end of the night, neither my husband nor I remembered seeing/hearing one crazy kid. And to make things even better, all of the kids said it was the “most fun night of their life”. The suites were such a priceless amenity! While the kids were having fun playing games, the adults were having theirs at the bar. It was such a blessing to be able to provide an open bar ALL NIGHT for our guests without breaking the bank. In fact, all of the alcohol for ~300 guests for 9 hours cost less than our friends who gave their guests a couple of drink tickets and one keg during cocktail hour at theirs (at another reception hall of course). We never thought that we would actually SAVE money by offering an open bar, but we did  In addition, the bartenders from the Minnesota School of Bartending were sharp, professional, friendly, and kept our guests entertained throughout the night. Lastly, Profile recommended Atomic K Records and Productions to us for our Photography/videography, and we could not have been happier with how things turned out. The pictures and HD video from the day/night were amazing, and the staff was such a joy to work with! We saved a lot of money by going with Atomic K over other options, and would recommend them to ANYONE who is in need of photography/videography for their event. Overall, we whole heartedly recommend the Profile Event Center, and hope to be invited to a wedding there in the future. Profile is truly “beyond ordinary, extraordinary”.

We recently had our wedding reception at The Profile Event Center and couldnt have been more pleased with everything they provided. The staff was top notch, the food was delicious, and the hall was decorated beautifully. We couldnt have asked for a more beautiful reception that had our friends and family raving about how great it looked and how wonderful the food was! Everyone weve talked to is shocked at how much they offered and for such a great value. Michaela was our wedding coordinator and she did a phenomenal job both leading up to and the night of the reception. I would highly recommend The Profile Event Center to any couple looking to maximize the bang for their buck and to take away some of the stress and hassle that comes with wedding planning as The Profile basically provides you your own wedding planner to take the stress out of your big day!

I have no complaints about my experience with PEC. My coordinator was Sarah L, and she was more than helpful. She really listened during our planning process. She was on point during the ceremony, making sure we were following our timeline. She was so involved and personable. The set-up was perfect and our vision truly came to life. Food was delicious and our cake was beautiful!!! Its an all inclusive venue, which made set-up and clean up, hassle-free. I would recommend PEC for your wedding and reception. I got married at PEC this last Saturday and had the most amazing experience. I had so many guests tell me they had the best food ever that night. the staff is so amazing, they are so accommodating. I honestly can not even dream up a single complaint about the entire experience with profile. I worked with Michaela and she was so spectacular. I originally underestimated how nice it would be to have my own event coordinator and that came free with profile. Profile is the absolute best venue in MN!

Literally just got married here last night. Not only is the venue gorgeous and I must say very reasonably priced, which was a plus, the whole staff, especially Patrick, were so accommodating the whole planning process and night. There was not one thing that went wrong and Patrick had the night run so smooth. The food was amazing, the drinks awesome, the sound system amazing I could keep going, all I can say is I had the time of my life and I wouldnt hesitate to recommend this place to anyone!

My Husband and I held our reception at the Profile. It was fantastic! The staff was helpful, professional, and lovely to work with. During the event itself our guests kept on telling me how impressed they were with the space, the bartender, and the appetizers (especially the cheese appetizer). The space (Diamond Hall) is very modern and interesting with multiple levels. It set a new standard for what Ill look for in a all future event spaces. I highly, highly recommend this event center.

I highly recommend the Profile Event Center. We worked with Patrick and he was phenomenal. He was prompt, patient, and accommodating. He was very easy to work with. We had so many compliments from our wedding guest about our wedding decor and food. The food was delicious especially the steak and salmon entree. I must say the salmon entree was by far the best salmon I ever had. As for the decor, it was very magical and beautiful. The twinkle lights gave the venue an elegant touch.

Everyone there worked so hard at giving us the best wedding reception we could imagine. So many people told us they LOVED the food and had a great night. Patrick really made things go smoothly and was so accommodating the whole night. We had so many options in terms of decorating and food choices and they were always willing to try new things if we wanted something else. I dont have anything bad to say about this place!
