Found this place on groupon, paid $25 for 5 people for 2 hours of bowling & shoes. Was very excited to spend the afternoon bowling . place isnt all that , but i wont judge a place by looks . So i went in waited in line, manager (Tommy) was on register told him i had bought a groupon he immediately started giving me an attitude saying i was not able to redeem the two hour bowling i asked why , he gave me ever more attitude said they had to close all lanes by 5:30 because of a fundraiser i said thats fine . gave me receipt. I was waiting for him to ask for size of shoes he didnt, i asked um, shoes? he said go get them around the counter, again with an attitude. we all got our shoes, had to go up to him again because he did not give us our lane number, he said 11!!! i was like wow , okay at least i wont have to deal with him anymore. he set us up in a lane without bumpers, when we have kids with us. I said well lets just bowl we only had an hour. my son was not knocking any pins down i finally gave in went to go ask another employee if we could get switched to a lane with bumpers he told me i had to speak to his manager , so i went. he gave me attitude and said lane 17. Thats all. So rude! My son went to go play a quarter game, my son asked for another quarter i asked where the ball was at, he said it took the Quarter and didnt give him a ball , i again had to go tell him and he took his wallet out put a dollar in register got quarters walked over to game to put his quarter acting like i was doing something wrong, putting the quarter . It happened to him as well, he just gave me two quarters and walked away. Ive never felt so disrespected, i understand they were having a fundraiser and he couldve been stressed but there was no need to him to have been so rude towards me, and other customers that day. Manager names was Tommy. WORST EXPERIENCE IVE EVER HAD!!! ANYWHERE!!!

*updated* changed to 5 *s Now that weve been 3 or times, were treated like family. For a nice, simple and inexpensive bowling alley that you can take family and friends, this place cant be beat. It doesnt have the latest hi tech screens, but that shows in the price you pay If you want an inexpensive place to bowl with family and friends, this is your place. This place is classic vintage bowling. No graphics on the screens, but the lanes are all good quality. The retired Marine (semper fi) that runs the register can be gruff. Give him some slack. Hes a good dude at heart. 21 years is hard to unlearn. It has a nice little bar and the kitchen cooks up standard bowling alley fare at a decent price. The crown jewel of the place is the super swanky special events room behind the bar. 8 private lanes. Access to the bar. Its straight 1960s cool. Theres even a small arcade to help settle side bets.

I was there yesterday around 10 pm and needed to get some bowling shoes approached the desk and I believe the manager was standing at the counter and I asked if I couldhave my shoe size he went on the microphone and called another employee to help me with getting a size the other employee even asked him " you cant get them shoes?" I honestly didnt know that task was so hard for anyone to do, and the employee was helpful and gave us the shoes. I went back to the desk because my shoes were extremely big and needed a smaller size as I was standing there in front of the counter he sees me and for about two minutes sits and continues to do some paperwork, until I finally ask can I get another shoe size he ignores me andwaots another minute to fill out the paperwork then helps me. Fyi if u hate your job that much just quit because theres no point in sitting around living miserable

I brought my son and his friends for Spring Break. Parking took a minute because they are under construction... The boys had a great time! The price was great considering I had such a big group... The staff was friendly and helped us with our scores, brought the "helper" ramp to our lane. The lady at the counter said they are adding a game room, more lanes, and a bigger snack bar/bar area... I think this is one of the smaller bowling alleys, but I liked the fact that I could keep track of everyone and not worry about the boys wandering too far... The music was good and they take requests which I liked. Will definitely bring the boys back this summer to bowl and see the new game room; will also plan "Mommys night out" soon and go for ladies night! Great place to bring the kids and relax!

***update, I did go back, but went early during the day, much better crowd, great prices, great food, great staff. Glad I gave them a second chance! *** Pro shop guy is awesome, customer service was pretty good, but I went on a cheap night and the crowd was horrible. Ghetto music blasting, drunk thug looking guys screaming, yelling, and hollering every single shot. Rude, inconsiderate bowlers, that arent aware of proper etiquette. It was just too much. After one game me and my party had to leave. I really wish the experience had been different. As I said the staff was great, and the facility was super clean, but the crowd, and crowd control needs to be worked on. Im sorry, but wont be going back.

"Best birthday party ever," said to me by both my 7 and 9 year old after their joint birthday party today. Bailey was our hostess and although it started a little rocky, the manager and general manager more than made up for the mix up. Bailey was attentive and handled everything beautifully. I have a blended family of 5 kids, and the youngest is 3 months old so I didnt have free hands to do things like cut cake, get drinks or hand out pizza. Bailey took care of everything. I was able to take care of the baby, and talk to my guests and not worry about anything else. Great party and even better pricing. Thank you so much for all your work, today. :)

The only reason we go is because they are cheap but whenever I can find another bowling ally I do because the staff are very rude they make up there own rules literally they dont run by other ally sales and prices one week its this and the next week its something else and the cashier will argue you down about it even though you were just there the week before we bowl here as a last resort if you dont mind the lanes breaking down and waiting a while for a lane this is your place and terrible service at that but I have to say they have some good frys

RUDE EMPLOYEES! We went to Oak Hill Lanes today since they have a family rate published on their website. When we approached the desk, the employee didnt even acknowledge us. My husband asked for the family rate and the lady put her hands up. She said she didnt have any lanes and didnt we know it was league day. She actually smirked at us and walked away. No, we didn’t know it was league day….we normally work during the week. Will not be returning….
