We had a work function there and thought it would be a good way to give back to a local business. Well needless to say we will never go back due to how we were treated. The staff was RUDE and has no idea how to work with the public. I am in management and if I had a business or was an owner in small town and we held parties for the public I would make sure that they had GREAT treatment, so that I knew they would most definitely recommend us to others. Needless, to say I have nothing positive to say and would never go back and pay for that kind of service!!!!!!!! Here is a good idea....Change up your staff in the bowling area and maybe you will see a difference in YOUR traffic.

Fiesta Lanes is located behind the HEB on Walnut on New Braunfels. It is easy to drive by since it is located off of the main road. The facility itself is clean and has many lanes. I would suggest calling ahead since they often host parties and leagues. Which use all of the lanes. The bowling balls they provide are okay. 6/10 I would say. You can find nice looking balls with no chips or cracks of you look for them. The have 6lb balls up to 15lb. They have a bar and provide food. Prices are a higher then other lanes but only by a few dollars. Overall I would recommend the facility and encourage those who like to bowl to go here.

I called and spoke with Mike today about booking a party for 12 little Daisy Girl Scouts for their celebration party for all their hard work selling cookies and earning petals, well he and another co-worker told me I could not book a party if no one was celebrating a birthday. They also said we could not book a group party because we do not have 25 kids. How does any of this make any sense? A party is a party even if no one in the group is having a birthday that day! We will not be going here as a group or individuals ever again!

Having bowled at this alley for many years, I find that it only continues to get better and better. Lanes are always in nice shape and Ive not had any concerns using my own ball. The bar has been remodeled and is a nice place to sit while you wait for a lane. Lunar bowling is fun and an inexpensive way to spend two hours. However, note that lunar bowling tends to be loud and slightly chaotic with the teenagers and kids bowling. But the management will deal with any truly crazy people who are disruptive.

We love Fiesta Lanes! Our first time was with scouts four years ago then again for a birthday. In the summer of 2014 my grandson tried their summer camp where he received a bowling ball when he completed the session. Last year he joined a league. The Management at Fiesta is very accommodating. They allowed my grandson to join a Monday evening League even though he really did not qualify. They were able to get him up to speed so he fit in anyway. We plan to got their again this weekend.

Id have to say this is the worst establishment in New Braunfles. What type of bowling establishment doesnt sell condoms in the vending machines. Im absolutely appalled by there service too. I walked in and they seated me as quick as possible like what is that. I want a nice and slightly long talk and wait at the front desk before being seated. Absolutely terrible will never go there again.

The attendant working the counter (Ellie) was rude, and the GM (JoAnn )was a piece of work! Never ever am I stepping foot in this bowling ally again! The worst customer service I have experienced.
