To keep short the place does seem as it has potential to grow and attract many customers. Only reason I gave one star is because of the operations manager Tony. 1/13/2017 I arrived with my family to bowl, I spent nearly 200 dollars on just bowling and food. When I went to the bar I was notified by the bar keep they had run out of draft beer. On a Friday night before 10 pm? How can this be I wondered. So I asked for a manager. Tony arrived shortly after and apologized for the inconvenience. I made him aware that this was his error, yet what can he do to help me out as the bottled beer was very overpriced at 5 dollars a beer. He told me he could not do anything for me and will have to pay full price for everything. I told him that was fine but I felt that this was not satisfactory for me. As I am a manager of an establishment I told him clearly he must be able to work something out. He seemed to get frustrated and than bluntly told me that doesnt even have to serve me. I agreed and told him fine but I want to be refunded for every dollar I spent. Tony clearly has no idea how to appease his customers or make sure he is stocked for the weekend. He has a lot to learn and I feel he should not be in the position he is in as he treats his customers as if we were beggars. I will never return to this location. I hope only the owner reads this so he can do what he can to make this bowling alley what it should be, a fun family place.

The first lane we tried broke 3 times during our first game. Since the call button was also broken, each time we had to try and find someone who could help. The place is understaffed so this took way more time then it should have, and all of the employees seem to have an attitude like we were annoying them by asking for help. Not cool. After the 3rd time they switched us to the next lane which was also not working. Each time it set the pins down it would drop a couple or sometimes more than 5. Another time it needed to be completely reset and so I lost the frame I had (only 1 pin left and opportunity for spare.) The prices were also ridiculous. Roughly $6 pp per game and $5 pp for shoes- for 4 people to bowl 2 games it came out to $65. All around very disappointing. I wont be going back.

I had a great time thanks to the manager Oscar. He took good care of my mentally ill brother George and he even offered discounts for us because a customer was being rude to me. I noticed that the people next to us had an issue and Oscar was there in less than a minute with assistance. He was professional and well mannered like a true gentleman. His English was proper and he is definitely the reason why Im coming back and referring all my friends and family. Thank you, Oscar. We will be coming back in a couple of weeks and even thinking of hosting a couple of parties there now.

My nephew and I went this Saturday for unlimited bowling. They said there was a list and there were 18 people ahead of me. There were other people coming in signing after me. They started giving lanes to people on the list. I waited close by and saw the lady giving lanes to people who came after me. There were alot of lanes open. I dont know why we waited so long and why the lady had no integrity to stay according to the list. Bowling closes at 1am why isnt the kitchen open till closing time. I havent bowled there in years and now I see why. VERY BAD EXPERIENCE.

Have been here two times. I dont really have a problem with this establishment. I guess some just have their opinions. The staff is great. Alot of people do come to this location, and the staff do their best to keep up with business. Food is good. Bowling is fairly priced. Cheaper on sundays. And pool is GREAT. Only $1 dollar to play and there is no time limit. And darts is great too. Very cheap. Only 75 cents per game. All around a good environment. Good place for family and friends. Love coming here

Went for $2 Tuesday for my sons 5th birthday. Wanted 2 lanes 1 for kids 1 for adults. Waited in line for 15 mins. Asked for 2 lanes together she said there were none. We needed the bumpers up she said they didnt work. My little sister slipped on water. We only stayed 20 minutes because the kids balls all ended up in the gutter and there was no one to get them! I saw 2 people behind the counter, 1 in the bar and 1 in the kitchen. Got my money back no questions asked. Staff was not a problem.

We found this place to bowl with our newly graduated airman because the bowling alley on base is so darn packed. The woman who must have been a manager was extremely kind and paid for our bill. Obviously its nice to get free stuff, but this woman did it because she cares for our military personnel and appreciated his service. If Im ever in town again, Ill be bowling here. Extremely kind staff and great environment.

Last night i took famiy for a night out to bowling from the minute we arrived at the bowling alley we were greeted with a big welcome and manager Felix was always checking up on us making sure we did not need anything very proffisonal and very friendly staff. I will take family to this bowling alley again. With service like that who would pass that up. THANK YOU FELIX! "KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK"!

Went to a birthday party there on a Sunday afternoon, it was not crowded at all. The staff was fantastic, the manager was amazing. The food was surprisingly good. There was a little trouble with one of the lanes we were on but we just moved to another one no problem. Some of the equipment was faulty but thats to be expected with an older bowling alley. I will definately be going back.

Overall its a decent place the prices though are not great they do charge per person and per game they do have deals on certain nights the drinks are good and the food is good. It definitely has more potential with the price of games. I really dont find it necessary to charge per game and per person to me thats overcharging for 5 people and two games it was almost $60

Dont go here if you want a family experience. Didnt have shoes for people and if you did get a pair, shoes were horrible. No socks provided. Long wait for food. Not enough lanes for people. Rails arent automatic, either up the whole game or down the whole game. Staff was low, only saw 4 the whole time. Too small and crowded. Go to a better bowling alley, dont bother.
