The experience above all was great! From the first moment we walked in the person that was there, (I cant recall her name, I believe Sandra, a Colombian) was very nice, she sat with us, listened, and understood everything I asked for and wanted!!! She was great!! The food tasting was also a great experience! We went and both Sandra and another lady, I believe the one that was in charge of the decorations, were very attentive to our choice of food!! The person that sat with us to get our choice of decorations Witch had been at the food tasting with us was great!! Im a very picky person, and very hard to please, and when it came to the wedding event I was just expecting too much, and this lady made it seem like she was dealing with the easiest person! She understood me! Even though it took a little longer than expected, she got me!! So the choosing of the venue was the easiest with these 2 people!!!! They were just great!! The table decorations, the cake, But.... The day before the event, we took our sparkling grape juice to toast with, 25 bottles. And we took some mint and coral petals that I asked to be placed along the runner outside where our ceremony took place. Along with a few other things, however, when I get to the aisle the petals are not there, our ceremony was at 530 I did understand earlier that "morning" it had been raining, and not even pouring rain, just drizzling.... So even though I dont agree that they didnt have the time to go and place them before the ceremony, I guess its an excuse Ill have to take. The 25 bottles of sparkling grape juice.... Where were all 25??? I dont know!! So I liked that they were cold when served, but not all 250 people attended our wedding, not even close to 250 people went! So I go and I ask the lady that was there through out the event if she knew about the bottles and if she can bring them out because we were about to toast, she seemed like she didnt know what I was saying, so I walked to the kitchen and ask the people there and they said that they were told to hold them in the kitchen, whatever I thought! Maybe this lady had had a long day.... So were getting ready to toast, and it is brought to my attention that the champagne cups are no longer on the table!!! So how did they leave the lemonade and iced tea out on the tables with no cups???? So I go back to the same lady and ask if she can have someone bring back the cups!!! She says theyve already been picked up and washed!!!!!! Okay, We have two hours remaining before our event is over can we have something we can use? She brings out teeny tiny plastic cups!!!! I would have given this venue 5.. 6.. 7.. 8.. 10stars if possible if It wouldnt have been for this lady that just seemed not to care!!! If I could remember her name I would mention it! you all should have dedicated people actually at the event, not just the 2 other people you meet before the event, it made me very upset to have my close family toast out of plastic little things!!!!

Hola, el pasado mes de diciembre fue la celebración de los 15 años de mi hija, aquí en el Salón Venezzia, y esto fue maravilloso!!! La decoración, las flores, la cena, el pastel, la atención y toda la organización en general, fueron exelentes!!! Sobrepasaron todas las espectativas que tenia para mi evento. Yo sólo contrate el salón y sus servicios, y todo su dedicado equipo de trabajo se encargó que este evento fuera todo un éxito e inolvidable para nosotros. A todas aquellas personas, que esten pensando en un lugar para una celebración, altamente les recomiendo el Salón Venezzia, al hacerlo, a usted sólo le tocará disfrutar de su fiesta, créanme hacen su sueño realidad, y todo, absolutamente todo lo hacen ellos. If I could rate them negative stars I would! So if anyone needs to plan a wedding, quinceañera, or any type of SPECIAL event and you want it to turn out the way you expected it, paid for, or according to the contract you signed ... Then I strongly recommend that you do NOT plan it at the Venezzia on Paredes... Just a heads up they do not keep their word nor do they make up for their mistakes. I didnt want to say anything, but my wedding was a COMPLETELY different party compared to the contract I had signed. I wouldnt want this to happen to anyone that wants to enjoy their special day. Venezzia has HORRIBLE customer service. Cake was old, all they gave me was carnations (I paid for roses), staff/waiters were eating the food I brought for my guests, I purchased coffee and it was never served, the food that was catered by them was a completely different meal than what I ordered (it tasted horrible too), I took cookies for my guests the day before (as the wedding planner requested) so many of them were full of ants!!!! The list goes on and on about everything that went wrong.... When I brought I to the attention of the wedding planner she hid in the "employees only" area ALL NIGHT... When I brought I up to the OWNER she refused to apologize and took $50 off of the deposit that was supposed to be returned to me so instead of receiving $500 I only received $450..... NEVER AGAIN!

Thank you Venezzia Venue for making the vision we had of how we wanted our wedding to look come true. Everything was so beautiful. We loved the flowers, decorations, and food.
