This so called "Bowling alley", is a crumbling building that has lanes that are in such disarray that no two lanes are the same. The finish on the lanes are beyond poor in such a way that there are what I call "Craters on the moon" large dents in the lanes no matter what your angle is it will not follow the proper line. The ball returns distroyed 3 of my personal new balls. During league play half way through the first game our ball return damaged 9 balls. The "owner" Wayne just looks at you, if he looks at you, and shrugs his shoulders and sayes, "oh well" im not replacing or repairing your balls, BOWLERS BOWL AT THERE OWN RISK. What is this a swimming pool. Its all about the money not about repeat customers or customer satisfaction when you first walk in you will see waht I mean first the smoke its you in the face then it just goes down hill after that. There are no qualified staff members that can do regular daily maintenance hence the equipment , lanes, pin sets, ball returns, are so bad that almost every game you bowl your waiting on someone to come and fix the equipment or retrieve your ball. Scoring is never right you have to watch closely or your score is way off. During leugue warm up first ball down the lane and the equipment fails and 8 players have 10 minutes to get practice on 1 lane while the everyone else wonders why wasnt this taken care of earlier today. Customer service is POOR. There a few employees that really care like Vinny but the other like Jose dont really have people skills and would rather argue and talk down to you and has no clue of what a service oriented business takes to operate. I live less than 1 mile from this so called bowling alley. And I will never bowl there again. I used to bowl once a day dropping at least $15 to $20 dollars a day there plus league fees, and im treated like a came from a third world country. So if your looking for a enjoyable time pass this place up. Poor customer service Poor lanes Poor education of business ethics Poor facilities I do have one good thing to say is I bought 3 balls from the pro shop. And was treated like a king. And alway got taken care of in a timely fashion. Drive to San Antonio trust me you will enjoy the true essences of what bowl should be not what they want to give you. The place is falling apart and no intention to make repairs or even care. WAIST OF TIME AND MONEY. Below you will find pictures of my brand new Ebonite MissionX, 17 chippes in less than 7 frames. The yellow one the finger holes where just crushed and the other cyclone I just got and its also chipped up really bad. BOWLERS BEWARE OF EAGLE LANES IN PLEASANTON. THIS IS NOT A BOWLING ALLEY ITS A DUMP WITH A CEILING ABOUT TO FALL IN.

It was our first time going and as family we were looking forward to bowling. When we arrived we were having fun until we went to the game room and saw a dead rat, and time after time our bowling machine kept getting stuck. This place needs to be cleaned up especially for serving/ selling food. After seeing the dead rat I will never go

Thought Id give this local place a try instead of driving to San Antonio but that was a big mistake. From the second you walk in and the stench of cigarette smoke hits to the unbearable frustration of having your pins n balls get stuck every other frame, this place was a total waste of time n money.

My daughter took me bowling for my birthday in October. Staff was friendly place was clean and no problem with pins or lanes. Had a very good time! (And cost was very reasonable)
