This theater is great. Lots of rooms and its hardly ever packed. Im writing this review to warn others though. After going there several times, my wife and I were always itchy and developed bumps on legs and arms. Well, Theyre BED BUG bites!!! No I dont have them in my house, its only happened after coming back from this theater. My recommendation to you is to take some plastic sheets and drape it over your seat, or spray the seat with DEET before sitting down. If youve experienced this, please post your review to warn others. Ill be calling corporate to notify them.

Ive watched 3 movies there so far: fast and furious 7, inside out , and insidious chapter 3... not once have I been disappointed. You guys have the best theatre rooms and the employees are always happy and nice. When I was there they are so polite and the location is so wonderful and close to where I live. I appreciate the kindness of the employees and the wonderful service. I will always go there for my movies because you guys are the best and so close

We love going to Harkins Theater Queen Creek. It is a beautiful facility with yummy snacks at a reasonable price for going out to the movies. I gave them an extra star because yesterday when my daughter forgot her purse at the theater they found it and when we picked it up everything was in it. It gave me renewed faith that there are still a lot of really good people in the world and we appreciate it. Thanks Harkins! We will be back in a few weeks.

The movie theatre is great, been there twenty+ times. The other people who visit it, however, dont seem to understand common courtesy. Every time I go to see a movie, someones kicking the back of my chair, a kid starts crying, multiple people texting on their phones. Theres always distractions- not the theatres fault, though, so I still recommend. Most theatres in the Phoenix area are like this, so I cant recommend visiting the metro area.

I absolutely love Harkins Theatres, in my opinion they are the best theatre chain in the country. Highly recommend coming to this location they have great service and I have never had a negative experience working with their staff. If you go to the movies often be sure to invent in a loyalty cup and shirt, trust me they are worth the initial cost if you go to the movies more than three times a year!

The theater just opened in 2016, so as of the time of this review (January 2017), the building is still brand new and fantastic! Theater seats are comfortable and there are many rooms, so there are a lot of options to choose from when deciding which movie to see. I love the futuristic feel of Harkins theaters and this one is no exception. Its great to have such a nice theater in Queen Creek.

I used to love this location because it was out in the middle of nowhere and no one went here. Now it is always crowded. I would also like to see Harkins take a stand with rude patrons. Every movie I see in a Harkins has someone talking or on their phone or something and I just wish that Harkins would check theatres or have a better system for kicking people like that out.

The theater is new and very clean. Staff was friendly; however, both time I went the outside credit card machines didnt print my tickets. I wasted more time at the customer service counter having the manager try to pull them out of the machine and barely made my movie the second time. They really need to fix the machines especially when they know there is a problem.

My family (of 3) and I went to the movies Black Friday. We walked into the theater walked up and down and there were no seats available. The manager on duty was amazing. He issued us our choice of refund-we chose vouchers and refunded our drinks (even though we told him it wasnt necessary). We were very impressed and wanted again to say thank you very.

Conveniently located less than 1.5 miles away from my home. My experiences at this movie theater vary, depending on what day and time I go. You may get annoyed when trying to go see a movie on the weekend. Especially in the evening because it gets too crowded. And finding parking is tough. Best to catch a matinee.

Best movie theaters in the valley. They have the best theatre popcorn anywhere, and they have free seasoning to put on it. Buy a loyalty cup and you can get $1.50 drink refills for the rest of the year, also can get free popcorn for the year if you buy a t-shirt. Great deal if you love going to the movies allot.

Large theatre with a game room and also a kids drop off so parents can see a movie solo. Kids have to be potty trained to take advantage of that service. Lots of employees on concession so rarely a wait. Can rent theatres for events, typical theatre food, comfortable seating.

I have watched multiple movies heres however staffing is an issue. Normally the wait for popcorn is long as well as the line outside. The token machine at the games took my money and when needing help I had to wait almost 20 minutes for them to help me due to short staff...

Love this Harkins over the others even if its farther away for me. Its brand new and very modern. The people here are great and friendly. Definitely recommend getting the totally cup, saves some money. Overall I would always recommend Harkins.

It has good workers and HD 1080p quality. It has great seats. The only downside is the price for the candy is like $2 or $3 for some skittles maybe more. That doesnt affect anything though because you could just get some candy at Walgreens.

We love this theater! Its very new & modern, clean and seems to be well run. Parking is good. Dedicated parking spaces close to the entrance for motorcycles, too! As with all theaters, the concessions are outrageous.

Was able to make it to the Grand Opening celebration. It was wonderful. Saw a movie here for the first time last weekend and it was a great atmosphere and I am so glad they finally have a theatre out in Queen Creek.
