Movie theater is great, but service with one employee was just plain awful. I wasnt able to get her name, but it is the older lady that takes tickets normally on tuesday nights. This would be the third bad experience i have had with her. This was the worst. My friends and I went to see baywatch, but she wouldnt let me through because i forgot my wallet and didnt have my ID. I was upset and she didnt care to get a manager so i went to talk to him about a solution. I understand this is the rules, so i want upset about not being allowed in, i was upset about the way she went about telling me i couldnt. She was very rude and didnt care for how she treating me. I ended trading my ticket in, and having my Mom came to see Pirates of the Caribbean, while my friends went ahead and saw baywatch. When i went to give the lady my ticket she very rudely told me if she catches me with my friends she will kick all of us out. I feel she had no reason to say this, especially in the manner she did it. This upset me very much, and my mother was unable to come see the movie, so i ended up just leaving. Management was very nice, it was just this one employee who i have had multiple problems with on multiple occasions.

I will never go there again. This is the 2nd time with problems with the assigned seating. This afternoon I got to my seat for the afternoon movie. The lights were on. I sat in my seat. There were 3 people in there. The lights went off. The theater started filling up. It filled up for 30 more minutes after the lights went off. No one could find their seat. I was asked to move. I moved. That move along with others doing the same thing, left us all bumping up and down like popcorn popping. It was hideous. I left mad after getting a refund. The manager (I question that) said that I should have come downstair to get someone. Heres what should have happened, rather than telling me what to do...the lights need to stay on longer so people can find their seats. The 1st time, the assigned seating allowed a young mother to look at me and walk out with her phone on while playing games. My guess is that she felt safe with me babysitting. I was mad that time, too. But, we were halfway through Dinosaurs. Assigned seating is a bad idea for movies.

Love the recliners, the special perks we wouldnt have known about if we didnt have the app. Like FREE MOVIE DAY=August 20, 2016. Was a Great day movie & created new memories for my granddaughter, loved it. Its too bad the elder workers seem to have very little good customer service or manners, let them stay home & hire people with these skills! I had a bad encounter from right after buying our tickets, next time well stick with the Richland Hills location!! Or have a good manners & customer service class & retrain these employees at The Rave!! The 2 young people at the concession stand were a few crayons short of a crayon box, I had to say my order 5 times and they still just stood there, like they didnt understand my request & I was speaking loud enough too because they didnt reply with a huh, or excuse me or what mam. I dont think they knew they were suppoosed to be working. BAD EXPERIENCE AT "THE RAVE", BUT THEY DIDNT RUIN MY DAY WITH MY BEAUTIFUL GIRLS, we made are own day wonderful, by tuning out the MORONS.

Seats are super comfortable, and the reserved seats are the best! No worries about not being able to sit together or get crappy seats. Just book your tickets ahead of time. This is the only way we go to movies now. Love it! Our family does movie day at least once a month but often its more. The theaters are clean, the seats are leather so no worries about things embedding into the fabric and catching a ride home. We go during the week when its not packed and have never had any issues. When you book in advanced you can either print out your confirmation or just bring your phone with the confirmation on it and had it to the ticket checker inside the theater right when you walk in the main theater area (not where the kiosk or ticket counters are) and they print the tickets for you right there, rip them, and hand them to you.

I had a good time; the seats are cool. We did buy our tickets/pick our seats the day before so we had no trouble getting good ones. I can see how some people would find reserved seating to be a pain if you decided last minute to go. However, it was a good theater. Plan in advance to possibly have to go up two flights of escalator though; wasnt expecting that. Also, you have to physically print your ticket at a little kiosk inside the door which is pretty lame and obnoxious as the confirmation number is 14 digits long (yes, I counted) and the machine makes you completely start over typing it if you mess up. They should get with the future and send out scannable QR codes or even bar codes to save on time and paper/ink waste. Parking is terrible because it is attached to a mall.

Im giving 1 star due to the fact that there is absolutely no way for them to check a reservation without you showing up and swiping the card you used to purchase the seats. I used the cinemark website, but it gave me an error screen after I submitted my card info. I also did not receive an email confirmation. I checked my online banking and saw the card was charged. I called to see if they had properly reserved the seats, but they couldnt tell since they dont have the names of the reservations. The seats I wanted were no longer available, but I wasnt sure if someone else had reserved them during the time that I was checking everything. I just hope I dont show up with my kids and it turns out the seats were not reserved.

Went up here on a Tuesday night just expecting to see a nice movie and when we got up to the counter to buy our tickets the guy rudely told me he needed to see my ID. He didnt even address me about it but rather my boyfriend. Granted it was a rated R movie he only requested to see my ID which rubbed me the wrong way. I had left my ID in the car so we quickly went to get it and returned to the same guy. He didnt say a word to us and took my ID and rung up our tickets. After we walked away from him we realized he gave us tickets for a different movie! Luckily the movies were at the same time so we didnt have a problem seeing the one we wanted but the experience with this employee was awful.

Would love to have been able to review this theatre but unfortunately never made it past the ticket taker. Now I know the deal, no outside food or drinks but as long as you hide it no one cares. Except for one (mean/rude/disrespectful) lady. My wife forgot to hide her Starbucks and she says sorry no outside drinks. Ok no problem we go outside hide it in my coat, no big deal, right? After going back in she asks to feel my coat! Are you kidding me? No you cant feel my coat! But she grabs it anyways and wont let us in! Ive never been treated this way at a theatre ever! The manager was nice though and gave a refund and was very understanding.
