I want to start by saying I have been to OKC over 25 times and use to really love this place. Had I reviewed it a year ago I would have easily given it 5 stars, but as a customer for the past 2 – 3 years, I can see that this place has started to lose what made it so special in my opinion. If you are not an avid race fan, but looking for something different to try, you will most likely love this place. The prices and the track are good, and the karts are pretty quick. I don’t want to discourage anyone form enjoying this place, but I want to point out some things that, as a longtime customer and race enthusiast, have really disappointed me. 1. The speedy karts have been broken for over 6 months. I have driven from Tampa to OKC to specifically drive them, only to find out they were still down (this was after calling and asking if they were back up, and was told yes on several occasions). 2. They started a racing league then shut it down right before the final race. 3. They no longer will split up a groupon, so if you buy 6 races, you are using all of them that day whether you want to or not. If this is your first time racing, 6 may be too much. 4. Some of the staff is very nice, but there are also some that are very harsh. 5. All of the regular karts perform very differently. Seeing as you are going there to get your best lap time, this can be extremely frustrating when one kart is 3 seconds faster than another. I actually feel bad giving them a 3 star rating seeing as I have had so much fun here, but like I said, I am a long time customer and feel there is no initiative to try and keep it that way. I will not be returning until the speedy karts are running again.

Easily one of the best karting places Ive been to. Only the track at Sepang in Kuala Lumpur or the big track in Dubai are better imo, but safety regulations at both those other places are... somewhat more lax. My favorite track in the US so far. The karts themselves are generally quite good, though since the seats have no adjustment some karts are quite uncomfortable to sit in. They are hit or miss as far as power goes, though that is normal and to be expected. The track itself is very well laid out, with a nice balance of long straights (one of which has a radar trap with display, highest I saw was 42mph) and tight corners with some technical sections mixed in. Liberal use of the brakes is a must if you are to have a fighting chance at a good lap time (which is about 40 seconds on the short track). The first time I went I got to go on the long track, where I believe about 70 seconds is a good time, though dont quote me on that. Being that is is in Florida, where pop-up rain showers are the norm, I was worried about closures due to rain, but to my delight they kept going on a wet track. On my third race it began to rain, and racing on go-karts with slicks in the rain is quite the experience. Power-sliding changes from disastrous to absolutely necessary if youre to have any chance of getting around corners, and brake stabs and Scandi flicks are the order of the day. Anyway, its a real hoot, and if you have some time to go out in the middle of nowhere and about $60 to blow (one race is not going to be enough, I promise you), I recommend you take a trip out! Bring water.

Awesome experience, very friendly staff, very professional! My family came down to Florida as we do every year to watch our daughter play college softball. Needless to say, we are all adults by now and always looking for a good time outside of the Disney type attractions which we have all grown out of in a way. My son looked up things to do around Orlando and a couple of go cart tracks came up. One was indoor and looked nice and had electric go carts. However it was a nice day out and we figured we would take advantage. Keep in mind none of us have any go cart racing experience and these were very much go cart racers. Not the chinnsy go carts you find at parks. I will say that the drive in was a bit sketchy and we werent sure we were in the right place because everything in the area is very industrial. Lots of trucks and warehouses. There is no foot traffic so we were a little hesitant at first. Walking in the door though we could tell the place knew what it was doing. The counter girl was very friendly and pretty to boot. The prices were very reasonable. We picked out helmets and sat through a short two minute safety instructional video. We were then put out in the carts and let loose. Let me tell you what a FUN and exhilarating experience it was. My wife and I who are in our 50s were able to do this easy. My son and daughter had an absolute blast racing each other. I would totally recommend this place and hope it continues to be successful. When we went which was a Monday afternoon, we had the track to ourselves.

Tried here last week after picking up a leaflet from a mall, wish I hadnt waisted my money we were a group of 5 two ladies and three men, we are familiar with go karts as we own a rotax Max in the uk, anyways we get into the track and all is good then we are getting warned for racing!!?? Isnt this what karting is about?? The workers are plain rude and seem to pick at people my husband didnt break on a bend he got flagged! He didnt need to break he handled the corner correctly giving that our go kart back at home is twice the speed Im pretty certain he is more than capable, also three Mexicans who clearly come regularly were litterly bumping into you if in way basically racing didnt get warned once, so disappointed as was expensive but felt be a different experience than the U.K. And it was just like ripping money up! Never ever again I read reviews before arrived and thought it cant be that bad surely? And decided it was likely customers driving dangerously and thats why there were warned but no its if you are seen to be overtaking there control your speeds!! Ideal for kids but defo not adults!!! Dont waste your money or time

My kids and husband had a blast. My experience was not as pleasant lol. I had slowed down for a wreck and was turning the corner when I had another go cart at full speed hit me and run completely over the top of me dislocating my right shoulder. Luckily my husband and I are in the ems field and were able to put it back in place. The staff was very kind and helpful and gave me a bag of ice and a Gatorade. The young girl at the counter was very sweet and kept asking if I needed anything and apologizing. The manager of the company should be very proud of his staff they handled the matter professionally and kindly. We would definitely come back again if we lived in Florida. Just a freak accident and the guy was not driving responsibly.
