This is the best run drive in movie theater I have been to. I recently moved to Wichita from the Great Lakes region and have been to many drive ins. They are mostly falling apart and hanging on by a thread to stay in business. This place is very clean, has good security, great food, the price cant be beat and you leave a little smarter about the drive in business. They take the time to explain why they have certain processes, like parking in certain locations so everyone can see and the importance of picking up trash. I am looking forward to taking my family back for another show.

Absolutely the best!!! The only negative I could have about the drive- in would be the patrons who arrive late snd who cannot seem to disconnect the lights on any part of their car/truck. And selling light up toys to folks who dont know to limit the use of such to between movies rather than during... I mean who can watch planet of the apes while some brat twirls a light up baton in front of your car? Prices are great, screen is great, concessions are great (funnel cake anyone?) Just love, except for the idiots...

The staff is great. The screens are big and just like old drive-in with little speakers. Great place to have a date night with your hubby or a family night with kids. Bathrooms are normally clean. They have great concession stand with candy, burgers, nachos, popcorn, cotton candy, and funnel cakes with more. The price you cant really beat weather it per person or a car load. We love to go on my husband nights off. We know we will always have a great time.

Fantastic and affordable place to go if you are in or around Wichita, Kansas. It was $13 a car load and they have a snack bar with okay tasting food. This place is great because you can go get food to go somewhere in town and have dinner in your car during the movie that night. Also, pay attention to the colored poles to make sure you get a good parking spot and so that everyone can see the screen. When parking theyll give you a paper that explains it.

Drive-in Movie Theatres are a dying breed, and its good to know theres a good one near me. Tickets are cheap, and people still come in droves. They play all the hit movies, and have a concession stand that goes unmatched compared to local theatres. Also, its a good bonus to be able to offer a double- or triple-feature presentation for the same price as one matinee at the local chain! And the same high-quality projection to boot.

Everyone should visit Starlite at least once for the American drive-in experience. I LOVE our drive in! Its one of my very favorite things to visit in Wichita, and its something the entire family can enjoy. Open every night in the summer with double features during the week, and triple features on the Fridays & Saturdays nights. I adore the old drive-in intermission cartoons.

There are two screens to play all the major movies here. They are usually open on Friday or Saturday. Recently, they made the change from film to digital, but I still miss it when they used to play film. There are radio speakers to hook on your car if you are outside, or you can tune your car to the Starlite radio station for audio to the movie. Awesome drive in!!!

Great deal when they have a one price per carload night. The food is horrible and the speakers on the posts are tore up. But having their own radio station to tune to is nice and there is a police presence so its relatively safe. Overall, Id go again. Just make sure to pack a cooler and if like it loud like I do, be prepared to use your vehicles audio system.

Ive been coming to Starlite ever since I was little and now I get to take my son. So many great memories here. So affordable too, even without the carload pricing. Where else can you watch 3 movies for under $10! Even the snack bar is decently priced. Bugs never seem to be an issue and sound/picture is great. I hope the drive-in stays forever.

We have gone here several times never disappointed this is the best drive-in theater you will ever go to and one of the last try it you will like it especially on a nice evening with kids take your SUV back it up and open up the back just like camping and the concession stand is clean and awesome nothing but good memories

I love going to the Starlite Drive-In to watch movies outside in our own vehicles I think its better than these inside movie theaters, you have people talking and throwing popcorn and sodas at you and they are unclean. This is why I prefer to go to the Starlite Drive-In Theatre outside in my own vehicle.

Easy to get into. Movies are always more fun when you can watch with a group of people and even better when you can sit in your car and listen to it without having to be next to distrubtive people who talk or text the whole movie. Besides the process is great! 3 movies for 1 price, thats great!

First time at Drive-in. Excellent all around. They dont take cards at the gate, just cash, but theyll take your ID and you can come back and pay later. The ATM charges 2.50 though. Good stuff though, good foods and nice, even in a mini could see the screen and good sound via radio.

3 movies, funnel cake, and so much more! The parking is arranged so smaller vehicles views arent blocked by larger ones as long as people listen to the staff. I had a chance to talk with the owner, he takes a lot of pride in his work, and the funnel cake is delicious!

The star-lite drive in has been a family tradition for as long as I can remember, and Im so happy that it has lasted as long as it has. I will continue to support it for as long as it stands. You really cant beat the prices or the experience of an outdoor theater!

One of the last remaining drive-ins in the USA. It has been a staple for Wichita for many, many years and a family tradition for my family. Nothing better than sitting in the back of a pick-up watching movies outdoors with the ones that you love and hold dear.

I have loved this drive in since I was a child and it had hardly changed since then. The only thing that I would change is to offer a different cheese for the pretzels it did not taste right at all almost as if someone had poured vinegar in the cheese.
