I LOVE this movie theater. I will give an honest review though. Aesthetically, its not as nice as AMC willowbrook or a Cinemark. But its DECENT. The price is DEFINITELY better than most other theaters. Adult tickets are 7.50 for regular 2d movies. What I like about this theater is that its never packed. Movie premieres arent as packed here as in other theaters because of the demograph. I have to be really honest about that, there are mostly Hispanic and Black people here in this area, so they arent really the demograph interested into being the first ones in line to a midnight premiere of the Man of Steel movie! I know that sounds racist, but its TRUE. Im hispanic and a little nerdy. My friend came from Katy all the way here because he said all the Katy theaters were packed for the man of steel premier and when we got here, there must have been about 30 people TOPS in the trailer. I experienced this as well with the last Harry Potter movie premier as well as with Twilight. THE SEATS ARE GREAT! THey are more comfortable than any other theater ive been to. I sincerely recommend this theater just because of the seats. They are comfortable leather recline-able seats! So all in all, its a CHEAP PRICE, GREAT MOVIES, GREAT SEATS, its a great theater. I recommend it! The food is ok. not GREAT, but ok. On wednesday my Wife and I went to go see the "Were the Millers" premier ( which had about 50 ppl TOPS) and paid about $24 for two adult movie tickets, a large drink, and a large popcorn!

If I could I would give zero stars. We went today to watch the Spider Man movie and I just cant believe our experience here. To begin with there was this family with a new born baby in a stroller with a car seat on top of it blocking the main walkway of the room. Just when I thought the baby was going to be a problem no this crazy lady kept coming in the room screaming for her child because she couldnt find her kid named Juanito. Mall security had to come in turn on the lights and take the crazy lady out ruining the experience. My husband and I walked out asked for a refund ( given back with no problem) and left. This by far has he been the worst experience at a movie theater ever.

i wasnt going to write a review because I didnt want to blame the theater for the worst customer service. This place is full of homophobics. Tall light skin guy refuse to take my service because I was with my wife. He looked at us with discussion and I didnt feel comfortable at all. I walked into the theater and it was filty I asked to talk to the general manager and they said she wasnt available. I was really disappointed with the service and I wouldnt recommend it to anybody.

I went to Premiere Cinemas Renaissance 15 back in May to see Captain America: Civil War with my best friend and her mom, and I enjoyed my experience there. Box Office and Concessions employees were friendly. I had just traveled from Las Vegas to Houston on vacation, and this was one of my first stops the next day. Interior and exterior were both clean, as were the concession area and restroom. Seats were comfortable. If I ever return to Houston, I will visit again!

staff members were rude the boss is a low-life lady not a good place to go see a movie with your family we got kicked out for nothing saying my baby was crying in all that time he did not cry he was looking at the movie and he wasnt the only child in the theater on top of that they did not give us a refund back the staffs kept on walking in and out disturbing us from our movie that we paid for then got kicked out for nothing I gave it a very poor

First time here and its trashy. Screen is extremely small. I wont be back. No fresh popcorn. The icee machine was out. Prices are ridiculous for the experiences. Workers dont have manners. Looks like the workers just dont clean and stuff it in the back of the seats. You can barely hear when they talk. All they care about is not getting their nails dirty. Stay away. I would like to meet the District Manager. See where these standards are okay.

Omg where do i begin... kitchen is a hot mess ordered hot dogs there they had mold on the bread winnie smelled gross when told to the staff all looked confuse...refund my money and when i told manager he went to check if i was telling the truth and came back just to say sorry about that and tried to change to subject ...never will i ever step a foot in this place very dirty....give thumps down!

Trash everywhere inside and out, and kids standing in the middle of the street even though I honked my horn tgey had the nerve to just look away and stay... next time Im just gonna run one over for being an idiot for standing in the road. It was never quiet in the theater to many unsupervised kids that wouldnt shut up.. worst theater Ive ever been to.

This place was great! Nice atmosphere and people(except for that 1 bad apple cursing in the back at another worker). The price was affordable considering the niceness of the theatre. Was quite clean, even the bathrooms were clean(if you can believe it lol). OVERALL its great considering the hype about the neighborhood its located in.

I love the theater with the exception that they never have cotton candy. they only make cotton candy once a day and once its gone youre just screwed. other than that its great. Im partially deaf and they offer wireless headphones. pricing is average compared to other theaters both movie prices and snack prices.

As far as theaters go Premiere Cinema at Greenspoint Mall in North Houston is the cleanest theater around North Houston and the seating is mostly very good except for the occasional bad seat but the maintenance at this theater is much better than any other in the North Houston, Kingwood and Humble areas.

Really nice an organize, theater layout is perfect. Use to go AMC by willowbrook or spring they smells stuffy, but this theater smells fresh an clean. Really nice and comfortable seats. Ive being to theater every where in Houston an non can beat the price or level of comfort.
