It was horrible. We had a fund raiser there, so everyone got a wrist band and the color represented your age. They would call you to go to a laser tag game by the color of your wristband. I got pink and they didnt even call us!! I was so mad so I had to sneak in at another wristbands time to go play(I mean, I payed $20 and Im not going to not play a game of laser tag). Later, they were about to make a game of all colors, but there wasnt a work so all the seniors went in and kicked out everyone that was waiting in the line forever. I was in the line for like an hour just waiting to play, but noooooo, the seniors just decide to take the job of the workers and kick everyone out, which was not even fair because most of them were at the very end of the line. It was a total waste of $20, I couldve went bowling with some of my other friends a cherry lane, but I thought this would be funner(it really wasnt). I highly do not recommend going here...EVER!!!

I have sooo many things i want to say about this place, but i will try to keep it short. My sons party today was Everything! The manager joe was very accommodating. The evening manager was cool too, i just 4got to ask his name. I started off at chucke e cheese on Michigan but the manager was being a butt so last minute we switched locations & ended up here. I cant believe i 4got they were here, it was literally everything my son wanted to do for his birthday under 1 roof. It was clean & the staff was Super helpful n friendly. Well definitely be back. Our only complaint was it seemed like the fryer n stove was up too high, a few food items were on the dark or crispy side lol, but overall AWESOME place.

Every other time ive been here it was really fun, but this time the staff wernt very nice and there was a group of kids that looked to be about 9-15. Th e group of kids told my 3 friends along with me to kill ourselves several times, spit in my eye/face, hit my friend, ran, swore at us, ect i know the staff cant do much about it now but my one friend was calling for a ref and nothing was done about it. The oldest girl in the group was by a worker saying how she was going to fight my friend. There was a ton more that they did but out of all of it i would say not to waste youre money here.

5yr old grandson likes the putt putt, $7 for adult i can understand but i do think 7 for a child is alittle much. He seemed to dig the skee ball and video and other games they have and getting to cash in his tickets but for .50 a game shld give out more tickets. Place was clean for a kids type place and even as pricey as it is I will take him back. They have food but we never ate there

Snap Eliminator

I like the fact that its got more to offer for the kids like the bouncy area as well as bumper cars but I think they are over priced compared to Chuck-E-Cheese. 15mins in the bouncy area isnt enough giving that kids enjoy that area a little more (at least my kids did) and the fact their rides some required 4 tokens. Bottom line, its a nice place to visit if you havent.

It was pretty good, but I would not advise using the key master. Turns out they are literally rigged and only let you win every 700 dollars. Save some time, money, and aggravation by not playing at all. Also, it is mostly for kids, so if you are above 12 this wouldnt be the best setting for you. Pretty nice though.

The arcade area was nice and large and lots of space to move, with plenty of games. Only down side is I feel it is mainly geared for small children. Also, while playing laser tag, some immature person pulled an alarm and it ended our game. Overall it was nice but could use some improvement.

The Lazer tag is so much fun to do with my 9 year old boys. The mini golf is really fun, and all the arcade games. The party rooms are worth the extra $. The staff keep everything so clean and neat. Bathrooms are spotless. I like when my kids ask to go here because its fun for me too.

Service was excellent and all the games seemed to work well! Laser tag was an absolute blast and the glow in the dark putt-putt scenery is extraordinarily beautiful. They run amazing specials and I cannot wait to have my daughters next birthday party here!

One of my kids favorite places to go! Great selection of games/activities. Can be a little expensive with a lot of kids. Some games and a couple rides have maintenance issues at times. But all-in-all, a great outing for the family!

One of the better Zap Zones I have been to, the laser tag area is big, they have a lot of games and have a bumper car area that is fun. Though it is kind of expensive if your trying to spend a afternoon there with the whole family.

This place is awesome for children and adults. Nice, clean rooms for birthday parties. Prices are good and so many games to chose from. Staff is super friendly and service was great too

Theres noi losing at this place..the kids always win so many tickets , the big kids do laser tag while the little ones do the bounce house . Definitely a good place for families .

First 3 games my kids tried stole their coins. Most games require 4 coins, playtime on one that took 8 coins was less than 2 seconds of gameplay. Place is a rip off.

Miniature golf was incredibly miniature (it was the smallest course Ive seen). The prices are astronomical. Fun time had by all.

Great place for family fun, arcade games, glow golf, bumper cars and bounce houses. They also offer pizza and snack foods.
