The manager (one in particular is very rude). Every time I have been there (its about 6-10), there is always a problem, the management does not handle the customers with care, she is uncompromising (group of adults wanted a lane away from children--which was available, the answer was a rude no, youll take what we have or not bowl)--thats just one example, but something similar has happened every time weve gone. Tonight, I sat waiting on a lane while there were 7 available (nothing wrong with the lanes). When I asked for corporate number I was scolded, then refused a lane. I only go back because its the one closest to me (about 5 miles), its clean and once we are passed her we have a good time. I, along with the group that usually goes, am officially seeking a new bowling hang out because she is there more often than not -- too much of a hassle!

I took our church youth group there for their Sunday night special and they had a great time. The food was good and the management treated us really good. I would highly recommend coming to bowl here and family fun. The entire place is no smoking allowed, so the air is clean everywhere there. They worked it out to get us all our lanes together quickly. We had a large group and they handled us right in stride. When we left i noticed another church had their van in the parking lot. Apparently other churches are enjoying this place also. I highly recommend.

We have attempted to bowl here twice. Once we (2 adults, 4 children) walked in and requested to bowl 1 game. We were told the total would be $94. Thought that was ridiculous and walked out...next time we bought a groupon. We walked in on a Wednesday afternoon (Spring break), nearly every lane was open and the parking lot was empty. The cashier stated there were no lanes available because it was "league night". Really because it appears that every lane was available at that moment. They could have let us bowl at least one game. Rude.

We went around 9:30pm - 10:15pm. On a Sunday night. It wasnt packed or anything. We paid $13 for 1 game for 2 people. This including our shoes and bowling ball. We had no problems at all, people there were so welcoming and helpful. Its very family friendly. I would definitely recommended this place to people. Easy commute. And quiet area.

Over all the place is nice. But the staff is not friendly. I took a total of 6 people there 4 were kids 8years old and under we were there for 2 hours. At the end of 2 hours when our time was up they shut off the lane with only one frame left. I asked to finish the last frame and I was told I had to pay for another game.

The bald headed manager was the rudest person I ever met. Tried to shut down our lane early , and I also asked for help getting the lane unstuck and was yelled at for my trouble. There was definitely a racist vibe from him because I look like a minority.

Nice employees and so generous. I was trying to sell some candies and all day I didnt have luck but the manager let me stay in the entrance and I managed to sell most of the candies I hope the building will receive a lot of good customer

I had my sons 3rd birthday party here the staff Tony and Diamond were so nice and helpful. I had 7 small children come to the party ages 2-3 yo and they tired the little bodys out! Thank you for being so helpful!

Nice bowling lanes,a bit on the dry side, Tuesday are beautiful and affordable for us amateurs. Could use a cleaning machine and possibly remain open till midnight. I mean all this in a positive manner.

What a disgusting place. Super super ghetto. Allows smoking inside. Dirty cups left on lanes and not picked up. Lanes suck and are not oiled. Pretty terrible place
