What a total rip off! Be aware… This bowling alley charges per person per game meaning if you only play two games, or so you think, they will charge you eight games, as they charge per person. Appalling! What a sloppy place and establishment youre dealing with. Ive never spent that much on two games- what a rip off! You would think there would be a higher end bowling alley option in this area, especially if your paying baller prices. Monday night visit so maybe thats why but… Old-school, no servers, greasy pizza ladened bowling balls, remnants from previous bowlers left in alley, mediocre drinks, food is basic at best, Costco Im sure. Pre packaged food- nothing is fresh nor remotely healthy. Hoping to not completely go off my idea of normality, I attempted ordered the turkey burger but unfortunately theyre completely out of turkey. Asked if I could bring in something that actually taste good and that was a solid "no".

We spent the last time in your establishment Saturday!!! Its unbelievable how much you have raised your rates on lanes with such sub par balls and the conditions of the lanes. Also the food is outrageous and the the bar tender a large margarita was $10.00 and when ask how much a small on was she said QUOTE"you dont want one of those you cant even taste the Tequila in a small one" Our son who goes there with his handicap group almost every Saturday normally gets a discount on his games, not any more the ass. manager said they stopped that. So we will not patronize this bowling center and we encourage others to stop as well. Almost $90.00 for 4 people to bowl 4 games each is ridiculous!!!

THIS PLACE IS NASTY! Because a bug literally crawled on my leg! The staff seemed rude. The guy that rang us up seemed like he doesnt wanna be here. The fries I ordered for my family and my self was cold. We asked for another batch of fries. But never got what we wanted. Instead, they just refried the fries and it came out overdone. Did not taste as good. If I could give them a negative star, I would! I rather go eat at other places which wouldve been cheaper and taste a whole lot better than what they gave us! I would come back because I had a great time with family and friends bowling. But I would not eat here!

The Money Conductor

Its kept clean but the the experience was awful. I never leave reviews on anything, so please keep that in mind. I like to think that everyone is entitled to having a rough day, but this was really bad. Went up there for a buddies birthday party and ended up waiting for 3.5 hours to just be told that they didnt have any lanes open when there were clearly 7 lanes that were not being used. They were severely understaffed and you could tell the staff was very flustered and started to become ill tempered because of it with the guests. Would not reccommend!

Doesnt even deserve 1 star.. dont even waste your money. Managers and employers there dont deserve your money. All of them are straight up rude & disrespectful. They BS their policies. Supposedly its against the policy to give their customers their property back? Says the rude old white man. Theyre all lazy trying to get easy money. My friend had left behind a valuable belonging, we went back, they ignored us, & refused to give it back to him. Also, Asian boy at the register is a disgrace to the Asian race because of the lack of manners & knowledge he had.

Only rated a star because I couldnt rate a zero. Manager Rich has absolutely no customer service. Then, towards the end of the night our game was cut off early & he claims it was bc someone didnt pay. We each paid. But he claims some ONE didnt - didnt pay $2. Really? $2? & youre causing a scene bc of $2 after our group spent well over $1000. He not only lost the more money we wouldve spent by staying longer & buying drinks & snacks, but any future outings our group does. Not only that, but we will be all writing reviews & telling all locals we know.

the man at the front, is very rude and dis respectful. Honestly think some staff is racist besides the two managers that are friendly. The guy name is Steven I believe so. I always have a big group with me and honestly this bowling alley will not receive any of our money any more. Horrible experience to pay to bowl somewhere and be treated bad. The prices are fair not too bad, but if you want to be in an environment were your watched and rushed out of some where. Go here if not please find another alley.

My son had his 6th birthday party there yesterday. I was not there but my wife and mother attended. My wife was furious by the way the manager treated her and our guests. She did say the rest of the staff was very helpful but the person running the place had no business in customer service. He was rude and short with her on several occasions. Here words were, "he acted like I was an idiot when I had a question". She also mentioned the upkeep of the business. It is lacking as well.

The rating speaks for twelfth. Awful bowling experience. I go way more often than Id like to because Bowlmor is so far away and I live only a few minutes away.... but then S bowling alley is just awful. Decent food, good looking environment, but service, policies, and comfort level are simply awful. I have a bad experience here about 9 out of every 10 times I go. I drive to 290 when the traffic is not so bad just to avoid going here. Awful! One star is too high a rating.

The mgr is very nice and took care of any problems we had. Most other staff around age 18 all sucked but im convinced todays youth have no idea how to provided good customer service so I will not take it out on AFM. Food kinda sucks, but all deep fried foods do. Minimal wait and plenty of balls. I think there shoes are new too. We had a good time and will be returning soon.

I dont understand all the negative ratings. I bowl here more than once a month and the atmosphere is way better than the average bowling alley and the staff is always courteous and helpful. Smoking is allowed, but it never smells too smoky. I have only asked to change lanes once because the people next to me were smoking cigars. The staff was apologetic and understanding.
