Great course, but in really rough shape. The layout and course design is fun - not overly challenging but not too easy either. Course is very open, so losing a ball to brush or the woods is less common than at narrower courses. That said, the rough is very long and the fairways arent much shorter. Greens were either great or awful. Tee boxes were rough to put it gently. #8 has golfers hitting off dirt - theres no grass left except small clumps. The fairways are about the same length as the rough at some other courses in the area - there are spots where you cant see a fairway drive until youre almost on top of it because the grass is so long, and on a few holes it was hard to tell where the rough starts and the fairway begins. Unacceptable. This course could easily have become one of my go-tos (friendly staff and fellow players, fun design, cool bunker shapes), but the grass is just too bad for me to go back until I hear of improvement.

Great course for a quick 9 or play twice around 18. Grounds are well maintained. 8th hole is a pain in the neck but fun.
