Ive been going to the Legacy Center since they opened. I love it but each year I find it harder and harder to get a membership. This year, I will NOT renew my familys membership and I will not enroll my children in any of their programs. The main attraction for us is the pool; swimming is the only excerise one of my family members can do (due to disability). While they boast member only hours, they are inconvenient for us, and the times we have been during these hours it is so busy, weve had to leave because we were unable to wait in line for a lane. After member hours, they only leave 1-2 lanes open (still wait time). It took a while for them to add 1-2 lanes during swim team hours, but theres still a considerable wait-time to get a lane. It is difficult for members to go either for laps or open swim when trying to work around the various programs that shut the pools down. I can see it is getting more and more difficult for the Legacy Center to serve three communitites (Lehi, Eagle Mountain, Saratoga Springs) and this issue not only exists in the swimming pool, but in other programs. For the recitals/graduations for their children programs, they have first-come first-serve seating policy, if you arent there within 10 minutes of the doors opening, EVERY seat is saved or taken, people will save ENTIRE rows, and this last time, no one would spare 3 chairs. I complained to a manager they condoned it by saying "well, it is first come first serve, if you didnt get here in time, oh well." -Mind you, I came 10 mintues after the doors opened. They do focus of customer service and if I do have a complaint, they are usually responsive (minus the seating issue) but the crowds have just become too much for me and my family.

This is a great facility. Ive been taking my kids here for years. We dont even live in Utah County anymore but still go there when we can because of the huge indoor pool that had the warmest water of any other rec center or gym around. The staff had always been attentive and the facility had never had that smell that poorly sanatized public showers and toilets always suffer from. The basketball court is clean and well lit, albeit very popular and hard to find time to yourself in. I have never used the weight room here as Im always playing with my kids, but to me its worth the drive and the price of entry just as a family activity center.

The facility itself is great. Most the staff is great. But the lady who is there in the mornings. With that fresh bob haircut was the most disrespectful person Ive ever met. She talked like she was above us ( despite the fact that we are both college graduates) she spent ke degrading and she changed rules to not let us in. She is the most discriminating, and rude person we have yet to meet in Utah.

Its nice to have a community center, with multipurpose rooms, pool, limited climbing wall, exercise equipment, but I feel like it isnt laid out very well. The track is short, and the machines are in large cages. Its a little hodge-podge like they didnt prepare for the future or they just didnt hire a functional architect. The pool is always cold. I wish it was closer to my house.

They have great programs for the youth! My kids love it and I love that they have the parents do a FANS test and get a number to keep the parents positive instead of the poor sports we sometimes see at kids games. The pool and gyms are clean and well organized. If your going just for a day or have a membership the prices arent to expensive.

Affordable place to go swimming with family. It has enough "playground" equipment to keep younger kids entertained as well as areas for teenagers/adults to just go and swim. Most of the pool is indoors, but theres a section of the lazy river that runs outside through large doors that are open when its warm enough.

The Sunrise Yoga on Tuesdays and Thursday is FABULOUS! The instructor, Cami, is very knowledgeable and is good to keep things interesting with new poses. This is more of a power yoga, so you definitely get your work out in! I only give it 4 stars because I wish they had the Sunrise Yoga every day!!!

Im just rating the aquatic center. We live out of state, but this pool is a must-do every summer when we visit grandparents. I love that most of it is indoors, so I dont have to worry about my kids getting sunburned. This time we went with five kids ages 3-13 and they all had a great time.

The legacy center is great, but the weight room is over used. By that I mean the equipment is beat up and broken. It is the same equipment that has been there since the building was open to the public. The barbell is bent and I have personally been injured on some of the machines.

Always too crowded. Swimming group lessons are always hard to register(you have to wake up at 3am),plus Ive experienced good instructors for my kids group lessons in the past five years, but really bad one as well. You never know. I would rather recommend to take a private lesson.

We had a great time using the aquatic center. Please note part of the water fun is outside, which was not clear from the website, so bring sunscreen. Its a very busy pool so be prepared to rent a locker for peace of mind regarding your belongs. Price is excellent.

We love the Legacy Center pool in the summer time. My boys (ages 4 and 20 months) both love the big bucket of water that fills up and splashes down on them. They also love the water slides! I love that it keeps them entertained on a hot summer day!

Great place for the kids to go swimming they also offer a variety of classes including gymnastics soccer dance rock climbing and more. Swimming is decently priced although the member fee is a little expensive for what they offer at the center.

Fun indoor pool. The kids love coming here in the winter. Swim lessons were a bit unorganized in the beginning but turned out great! Teachers are fun and engaging. My kids learned to confidently swim here. Thank you!

We love this pool. It was a perfect summer day for us. Our favorite food were their pretzels and cheese. The lap pools are great, the lazy is strong perhaps too strong for little kids. The life guards are great.

Nice place. Pretty decent for a place owned by a city. Staff is super young. Customer service is lacking but pretty good. All depends on the kid ya get. Im impressed sometimes by the maturity of the staff.

There are a lot of factors to consider here. Crowded? Yes. Nice pool? Yes. Good equipment? Meh - limited selection and quality of weights. Overall there are many programs for kids, adolescents, and adults.

If you have little kids, the Legacy Center pool is a blast. Our kids love it! I love that its mostly indoors so we dont have to worry about sunburns. The track is awesome, and they only charge 50 cents!

Not expensive with a coupon. Lots of things to keep the whole family happy. Theres an indoor and an outdoor section, baby play areas, splash pad, slides for all ages, and a lazy river. Great pool!
