I do not want to even give this place 1 star. I went there and took my 2 kids, niece and nephews, 6 Kids under 10 yrs of age total. We bowled for 3 hours and my bill was over $150 dollars for just bowling! I used to be able to go bowl with them for 2 hrs, buy pizza and rent shoes for half the price. I was always charged up front. This time they charged me at the end like a bar tab. Very disappointed. Never go there again. Very deceitful in their pricing. It was just little kids bowling, really? I am going to write a letter to their corporate office and ask why their prices have gone up so much? Max Bowl is closer to my house and has cheaper rates. I always went to AMF because I was a loyal customer. I even had my sons birthday party there. Needless to say, be careful if you are the Aunt that wants to take your nieces and nephews bowling just to show how much you love them and want to spend time with them. :(

Terrible customer service & lanes that need to be worked on. They are always breaking or cutting off which ruined our whole night. The staff was unhelpful and stared at us very rudely. Unable to accomadate when asked for a refund or a free game because we were having so much trouble and problems. The lanes were dirty with old popcorn and there wasnt even enough bowling balls to use. I would never go back. Dont bring your family or waste your money. This deserves negative stars. They even seemed racist when they decided who to help and when who not to help. They picked and choosed and were so unhelpful to my family. They definitely hated their jobs and the people who came who were trying to have a good time.

I usually dont leave bad reviews but was so disappointed. This was my the first time I had been tho AMF Bowl since I lived here. Any time I came bowling it was usually with someone and they never brought me here now I know why. One of the ladies behind the counter with the ear piece was very rude to me and my son. Wont be going back. Was planning on bowling for hours but only bowled for one hour. Such a shame. Smiling and greeting a customer instead of staring at them rudely goes a long way. The grey chairs were dirty definitely need to be cleaned better with disinfectant. Main Event here we come. I do want to say the other girl behind the counter was ok.

We ordered cheese sticks and after a full game of bowling, about 45 minutes, and they still never came out. We cancelled the order and manager said we needed a recipient, which is understandable. Except that we didnt receive one. Manager said there is nothing he can do about it. That guy is a complete power hungry douche. Save your money and stare at the wall your time will be much better spent. The prices here are a lot higher than most but I was willing to put up with it to avoid the wait at Max Bowl. But the customer service is the only reason I will never be returning to here and would recommend you not to either.

I came to this place as a first time visitor. I am in customer service so its a big deal for me. The staff was probably the worst I have dealt with in years. I waited at the counter for food for probably 10mins while the lady walked around doing things with no acknowledgement to my presence. Then she finally decided to go to her register to take my order and she just looked at me. I expected a Atleast a How can I help you? The guy at the counter was no better. No people skills these people just seemed like they hated their jobs. If you hate your job then get a new one!!! Never coming again

They take part in a summer program where kids bowl free (3 games per day) up to 4 kids. Adults can be added for about 30.00 to bowl daily with the kids... Catch is its only M - F and you have to be there and on a lane by 6pm. This is not well planned for parents who work the norm 8 to 5pm job and have to pick up the kids from daycare. Max Bowl also offers a program like this and you have until 8pm to be on a lane and they include Saturday and Sunday on the programs. Much better program at Max Bowl, but I sign up for both and do both.

I Enjoy the finer things in life. Purchasing Ferraris, significant condominiums, investing in the stock exchange, fine wine, and, my favorite, bowling. To my absolute delight, AMF has pleasantly delighted me with a bowling extraordinaire. They have supplied me with the most delectable hors doeuvres: Pizza of many cheeses, and Coca-Cola. I highly recommend this extraordinary establishment to anyone who has the money (and cheek) to do so. See you on the lanes! *Guffaws Harmoniously*

The last few times we came we had HORRIBLE service by the staff. One time we stood at the register for 20mins waiting for someone to help us. The girl at the concessions register called him 3 times! And today hours before a league they cant open one lane!? I know it doesnt take that long to clean a lane. They are always rude with an attitude and seriously needs to be shut down. I dont know why we keep coming back but definately wont anymore!

Way expensive! We could have bowled at a bowling alley closer to us for a third of the price, but they were closed due to Memorial Day. And our whole game ($71 for 5 people for one game) there was left over beer on our table from the prior players, and we were all minors. Could have definitely gotten someone in trouble. We even went back in 5 minutes later, because we forgot something, and it was still sitting there.

Been coming here for 15 years, and I will never be back. Came tonight, paid $40 we asked if we could put up the bumpers and he told us no it was for young ages only. I came at the beginning of the year and had bumpers. My boyfriend asked again, and the guy argued and raised his voice at him. Very bad customer survice. Id rather go down the road to max bowl and be treated nicely instead of someone yelling at me.

AVOID this place! Nothing but crooks! If you are reading this be aware that the people that run this place are nothing but a bunch of crooks. They try to rip off people by charging more than their advertise price. Also they are known to tow their own customers cars. I learned this the hard way. Went their and had to pay 125 dollars to get my car back!!!! Better off if you go to another bowling place.

Attempting to be modern and cool...Well at least they are trying. The main problem is that bowling here was so ridiculously expensive. Took my little boy and we bowled 3 games in a little over an hour. Total cost: $50 with shoes. Im sorry but one hour of bowling for 2 people is never worth $50. This is absurd. Now I know why we were the only people in the entire place upon arrival at 6:30 PM.

Horrible service. The staff doesnt acknowledge you. Actually two young ladies there. It seems as if you bother them when you ask them for anything. They talk for minutes amongst themselves even though you are there waiting in front. Never turn to even ask you what is it that you want. We had to ask the guy that works there for help every time.
