Waited 15 minutes to get a lane and we were second in line. They couldnt provide my 5 year old son with a ball to accommodate him because they were all being used which is understandable if they are busy ...but they werent. I was told a lane server would come to our lane to take our order but no one ever came I got someones attention after being there for an hour he took our drink order but never brought them out. At that point I didnt even care we were almost finished with our last game and as we were going to pay out he came to and apologized for the wait supposedly he had to change the soda and he gave us our beverages for free which were flat anyway so he didnt even actually change the soda bag I still left him a few dollars for a tip. Ill never return to that place.

I was kind of leery of going here based on reviews. Im glad I gave it a try! The reservation process was quick and smooth. Ariel helped me in booking a group event for 15 people. She explained the package very well and gave me full bottom line cost up front. At the facility, Michael was great and very helpful. He made sure my group had their shoes and made sure our lanes were ready right on time. The pizzas were brought out quick, hot and replenished in a timely manner. We booked for 1.5 hours and when I asked Michael if we could pay for another half hour, he gladly extended us. The guys also enjoyed a few rounds of pool. Our entire group was pleased with the whole experience and everyone commented on what a great location. We will definitely be back!!

Have been in the actual establishment twice in the last month. Once was to check on rates for a birthday party. After waiting about 10-15mins for someone to address us we were handed a paper and told call this number. Wouldnt have been so bad if the employees were actually busy but they were goofing off and joking around (about 4 of them with a customer). Second time my husband called before we left the house to see if they were having open bowling or leagues on a particular night. The female on the other end of the phone said open bowling after 7:30. We get up there and the place is FULL!! Go to the counter and then told leagues arent over until 9:30. This place needs to get their stuff together. . . Sad we went somewhere else close by that was expensive.

I hadnt been to this location since it came under new management until tonight, but thats probably not a bad thing. My waitress visited my lane as soon as I check in, brought me one drink and never returned. The lane next to me was given to a group of 13 who constantly crossed over into my lane, as well as having 2-3 people up to bowl simultaneously. After asking them to stay in their lane and being met with mockery, I lodged a complaint with management, which was never addressed. I also spoke with the bartender about never seeing my waitress after the initial visit, was told that it would be addressed, and still never saw them again.

I didnt like this place. Im a 180 average bowler, and couldnt even break 60 with house shoes and house ball. The shoes didnt slide at all, the approaches were filthy, need some buffing. I was there at lunch, a chicken tender basket cost me $10 for some frozen tenders and fries, and my shoe rental cost me $5. I signed up for the AMF EClub, at least my game was free. I was looking for a place to join a league after I move to this area, I wont be joining a league here. They had these goofy screen themes you could choose, this place is not for even a mildly-serious bowler, looks like its geared for kids.

Amazing Tuesday special. $2 shoes & $2 games. Since its a great deal, it can get hectic during holiday seasons: spring break, Christmas break, thanksgiving break, and any other break when ppl dont have work the next day. Parking is plentiful, if you cant park directly in front there is additional parking on the sides. The lanes are in decent shape, Im not a pro so i think they are just fine. The restrooms are clean, and the bar and concession stand area is nice for a bowling alley. I recommend this venue on any night, but that Tuesday special is cheap. I dont argue with cheap.

Ive been there with my family about a half dozen times and like it enough to keep returning. The place is fun and innovative. I dont think weve ever had to wait more than twenty minutes, and that was when they had three birthday parties going on on a Sunday afternoon. Maintenance can get behind sometimes -- their A/C was having problems when we were there last month, but they had lots of fans going, and we still had a good time. They tend to have good coupons that they mail out in local flyers.

The assistant manger (Michael) was really poor when it came to customer service. He treat my party as though we did not pay for the games. His friends came in and he let them skip the line and play in the last 2 lanes. He cut our first game extremely short although we paid for two games. I strongly believe he was racial profiling because I come to Stafford lanes often with my family and never recieved this type of service. I much rather go to a higher quality and more modern bowling alley.

They dont clean this place at all. We got there at opening and there was food on the carpet, bathrooms werent clean (smelled like pee inside the end where the bathrooms are) balls kept getting stuck and the pins look raggedy. The aesthetics fool you but this place is a NASTY DUMP. Its no excuse 4 a place being dirty when it opens & the person who was working there started sweeping the carpet with a little broom, didnt even have a vaccum cleaner. Sad place.

So I looked at the times on internet. Went there and it was closed at 2 when it was supposed to be open at noon. The guys inside told me they would open up at 4. So I took my grandsons back at 4, only to get in 2 games before being told that the league was coming in and they were shutting down the lanes. Staff acted like it was a hassle to help when their equipment that was messing up! Wont be back for the prices they charge only to be bumped by leagues.

I can see why the rating is so long. Customer service is on the floor, food is horrible..... over priced for quantity, cold, horrible presentation.... cook needs to be fired and servers need training. Ohhhh the lane blacked out too and they ran out ceasar dressing. Facilities can also be cleaned once in a while...... tables, rug, bathrooms... that kind of stuff. Will I be returning!? Not likely. Now let me finish this game and get out of here. #smh

We went there last night during unlimited bowling night, and the clerk told me that theres no open lanes right now, and that he can put me on a waiting list, but he couldnt give me a time frame on the wait. After he put me on the waiting list, I sat down near about 4 empty lanes that were not being used. This is why Im giving 1 star..They would rather lose a customer, than to open empty lanes.
