In all honesty you would think that it being an imax theater it would be clean and look llnice and huge on the inside. But no you walk in the theater stinks, the floors are littered with trash, the bathrooms are disgusting and smell of urine and has actual urine all over the floor and then when you finally sit down to watch the movie in imax its like watching it on one of the screens at the theater in alamance crossing, which if you think about it that is quite sad because the imax screen is advertised as the biggest theater screen in history and the sound sucked and the movie i saw was fantastic beasts and where to find them in imax 3d i was supposed to get the souvenir ticket but neither me or my mom and sister got one and the screen was blurry throughout the whole movie so even with the glasses on we could barely tell what was going on and also we could not even understand what they were saying most of the time either. I was excited to see this movie in this format and left upset knowing that it was a waste to come here and see it. And yes we went to the alamance crossing theater the next day and enjoyed it in 3d there where we could see everything and hear everything. So in other words dont waste your money or time coming here and i will not be back.

This was my first time going to this theater. I love the recliner chairs. Im a pretty large guy and they are more comfortable than the Movie Tavern chairs in Greensboro. My girlfriend is on the shorter side so she couldnt recline without losing part of the screen to the wall in front of us. Something to keep in mind when we choose our seats next time. Speaking of the assigned seating, I personally like this feature. I like to sit in the center of the theater and either halfway to the screen or further back. We went to see the Mummy on Friday night and it was packed. At the ticket booth we were able to see the only seats available were single seat options, handicap seats, or the first three rows. So we left and decided to come back Saturday. If they didnt have assigned seating we wouldve paid for a ticket and had to settle for a crappy seat. We booked our tickets online Saturday morning and were able to get exactly what we wanted. The ticket price is steep but not much more than any other theater now a days. However, youre paying for the experience and this theater, among others, is starting to give you a better one.

As a 5 tall woman, I was deeply disappointed to learn of the RESERVED SEATING and the recliners. I could not touch the floor with my feet and you forced me to sit with people I didnt know. I have been going to movies alone for years but I doubt Ill darken your doors anymore. I dont appreciate your taking away my liberty to pick and choose where I sit. Also, I didnt like the "wall" in front of me. Yes, I could see the screen but how did I know if I was missing something at the bottom of the screen? I voiced my unhappiness with the young man at the ticket window. When I came out of the movie, I asked to speak to the manage of the theatre and was directed to someone at the concession stand. I also told him I couldnt touch the floor with my feet and I dont like being forced to sit with people I dont know.

I used to love going to Regal Palladium and would go at least once a week. The customer service there has really declined. One day we went in there and my purse was checked (and no I do not sneak food in) It felt like a total invasion of privacy. This last time I went in they had no water in the concession and was charging five dollars for a 20 oz bottle of coke. (it is not the customers fault you had no water) Also they usually only have 2 people working the concession on a Saturday are you people kidding me???? (management sees the lines and does nothing to help their employees to get the customers taken care of) I am totally disappointed with the decline of the Regal Palladium. Looks like I will be looking for a new theater to spend my money at.

I have been coming to this theater with my family of four for years - but that is now ending. I want to know this - how can I need to pay $8 a ticket for an adult, $7 for each child, $20 for popcorn and one drink - but yet, if the screen/movie breaks or loses power for 7 minutes in the middle of the movie- I just have to sit and take it. No response. No "Im sorry Mrs.," no "here - take this gift card and please come back to see us again." What ever happened to customer service? The manager could have cared less, said the parent company will not give anything to help satisfy unsatisfied customers. Pretty brave since there are at least three other movie theaters within a 10 mile radius. They will not get one more dollar from me or my family.

Im not too happy about the reserved seating thing they are doing now. I was glad my friend and I were able to get seating next to each other, at least, but I still prefer to choose where I go when I get into the theater. Other than this issue, I had a lovely time. The new recliners are REALLY comfy!! I have multiple physical issues, and am used to hurting a lot when I leave a theater because seating is usually so bad. The new recliners are so nice on my back and hips, though, and I left not hurting near like I used to. The popcorn was delicious, the drink was good, and I even enjoyed the selection of movie! If they could just stop scheduling seats to people like were all back in grade school, that would be awesome.

I have gone to this theater for about ten years now. Just sharing to really warn you NOT to Eat the popcorn. I have gradually seen the decline of maintaining the seats and concessions. Most recently, I had to sit in a seat cushion that was tilting to the right due to lack of other seats available. A few years back, I actually found a maggot (LIVE MAGGOT) in my popcorn. Needless to say I have never eaten one thing at this movie theater since then. With so much streaming now and options to catch new films (with a little patience,) I barely go there anymore. I do hope this finds readers with a more enjoyable experience. Just sharing to really warn you NOT to Eat the popcorn. You should decide for yourselves.

Quite possibly the worst movie theater I have ever been to. Box office ticket girl had no clue how to enter 2 adults, 2 children, and 1 senior. She repeatedly entered 5 adults or 3 adults and 2 children. She kept asking us to repeat what we were saying, people around us were laughing and said the line was atrocious. The concessions were the slowest I have ever seen. ZERO sense of urgency, no one said hello or thank you, and the $8.00 popcorn was old, cold, and tasteless...a complete waste of money. The movie was excellent and the sound was great, but the seats stunk and were lumpy and uncomfortable. Floors throughout the theater were sticky and the bathroom was very dirty.
