We had to wait 45min for a lane that had no one at it because there werent enough servers. After ordering food it took over 20min for drinks to show up and longer still for nachos and snacks. We had trouble with the equipment but the help button never worked. I had to track someone down to have lane bumpers raised for my 6 year old. Our server raised the bumpers for our entire party without asking. So i had to find her and have her raise them for the kids only. I ordered 2 appetizers, 2 milkshakes and 1 soft drink total $50. The food was cold when we got it. The arcade games were really pricey. I got 400 credits for 20 bucks. Air hockey was 70 credits. Thats about $3.50 a game. $40 in the arcade lasted me and my 2 kids about 10min literally. Our server was non existent. Ball return got stuck at one point. The towel dispenser in the bathroom doesnt work.

I do not go there to eat, so I dont usually worry about prices of food, even though I know they charge a lot. The good news is you can buy a small soda and get free refills! I LOVE the alley itself though, its a load of fun. The lanes are perfect; you dont have to worry about lane defects as interference. Its a great place to bring friends and family to have a good time. There is only one employee who works there who I always hope is not there when I go, because he is very rude and has horrible people skills. He usually works the checkout counter so you have to deal with him if hes there, but thats not a heavy price to pay for good bowling!

I went there once on a Monday night. It wasnt busy so we got a lane right then and there. I forgot my socks and they didnt have any left. A bowling alley that doesnt have socks. Really ? When we got to the lane it was broken. The rack kept staying down. And there was a lot of gutter balls in the lane. I finally flag someone down and they "fixed " and it broke another 10 minutes later. I finally got to move over to the lane next to us. But that was after about 45 minutes of flagging people down and stuff. The food isnt that great for the price that it is. Not really impressed.

Bowling prices were good and the lanes were good... What bothered me was the unfriendliness of the gentlemen at the front counter and the two bartenders.. The first guy told me prices and everything and got me to want to bowl so then I said "ok sounds fun sign me up" and he says "well right now its an hour and a half wait" it would have been nice to tell me that as you were enticing me into bowling. The 2 bartenders both had there favorites that they would attend first. Overall customer service needs to be a topic at the next meeting and maybe reconsider prices at the bar.

Great place to bowl with a few arcade items. Hate the Pacman air hockey. A card helps keep track of your points which saves trees pointlessly being killed, so I like that. The bowling is actually updated and the place smells decent, so thats a bonus. The prices are a bit high for drinks, but the bowling seems cheap enough, especially on Sunday nights. Didnt try the food as they didnt have many options I was interested in. Bartender was very friendly and helpful as well as the other staff, no complaints at all. Will come back again later for more fun.

Not the best customer service during summer hours. If the staff thinks its Summer and service doesnt need to be good they are wrong. As a parent, I fund all the activities. The bartender is in charge of the billiards tables. She was not friendly ,did not great me. The family next to us had a complaint about milkshakes and food being incorrect. As a parent its not worth the money. Wait for $2 Tuesday when its cheap and you expect for the price to get sub-par service. Bathrooms put of paper towels and tissue. 3 pm on a Wednesday.

Way overpriced $20 a person for 2 hours including kids under 10 only 6 people per lane my group only got a game & a half before they shut us down. Drinks were expensive theres a limit on how many you can buy. They (accidentally) charged me twice they said they voided it but here it is 3 days later and it still is showing up in my checking account. We were constantly having problems with the computer resetting itself. I will never come back to this place ever.! You would be better off going to humble or baytown.

Its a cool place with a cool vibe, good concept. My qualms with this place; the lanes are warped, so its hard to actually bowl. The pricing is higher than most, and the bar cant put together a basic cocktail, had to send back multiple times, ended up settling on stale beer. I asked for a vodka cranberry, and instead of telling me they didnt have cranberry juice, they just gave me a kool-aid and vodka... I took it back and the guy was like, yeah we dont have cranberry juice. I thought that was funny.

This is one of my favorite places to go for fun! Great customer service, great food, and lots of fun! The manager Tressa is great, and the girl who worked the front when we went Anola was so sweet and helpful! During our bowling games, the waiters and waitresses Josue and Sydney provided lots of great customer service making sure our drinks were always full and made sure everything was perfect with our meals. Overall Bowlero provides a great time and has great customer service

Our server was sitting in a booth instead of taking care of his section. Food prices were little high but not terrible. However the price for bowling and shoe rental for 8 games was almost 80 bucks. Lane conditions were dry night oil. Balls kept getting stuck at the end. Glad I didnt bring my own stuff as surely as mine would have gotten damaged. Better off looking for somewhere else to go.

Terrible first trip.... The waitress stated one price for a bucket of beer and then charge us a a different price which was more. When I brought this up to the manager, all he said that he could do nothing about it because we had already drank the beers... Even though the waitress had said she gave us the wrong price on the bucket. Terrible customer service on the management side....

Not bad, newly updated controls are cool but missing everything that we use to have that was useful like adding players, removing players updating names.... Also, the staff on a slower night was not attentive.. the whole video request thing times out with no one to help even when theyre just standing at the front chatting away. Little easy thing to fix to get more stars!

Horrible deceptive people. Took my brother here for his birthday. The first thing I told them was that I was not really sure how this worked as I have not been bowling since I was a young child. I wanted to know what my total price would be for 4 people playing one game. I was charged over $50 for 30 minutes of game time. Save your money and go somewhere else!
