My family & friends went to celebrate a 40th bDay and had a great experience. We didnt make reservations bCuz we knew it would be hard to get ev1 on the same page and time. However, when we did show up & everything moved like clock work. WE HAD A BLAST. The GM, Athar Akbar, was very considerate & helpful. The cashier, Melissa was overloaded with impatient patrons. We were probably taken care of a little better for not cursing or acting like the ghetto is life. Sorry but its true. Our bartender was on point. Its horrible that she can spend all night with a patron spending $200.00 or more and only tip her 5 lousy bucks. She was great & we loved her pleasant attitude. Despite how some others might have treated her. We will most certainly return and have another awesome time. Maybe next time wont be as great. But, I would be more than willing to give this place a 3rd chance if that happens. Thank you BOWLMOR LANES for ending our evening in spectacular fashion.

This used to be a very nice establishment run by a middle-aged man and his family (around Spring 2009). It has since changed hands and the new group is mis-managing the place into rapid decline. There are currently broken mechanisms on many of the lanes,which ruin the scores on the games when the pins dont reset correctly. The food court should be paid a suprise visit by the City Health Department. The batrooms are in severe disrepair. Not a clean place for children, and likely a place where some patron(s) will end up badly hurt soon. I am absolutely not exaggerating. If they make improvements, I will gladly post an update with accolades.

I have been coming here for 10+ years and for the most part the customer service has always been flawless. Great environment great customer service but tonight has by far been the worse customer service experience ever thanks to the food service employee by the name Mark. I understand them being understaffed and very busy but having a poor attitude and being very rude did not make my partys experience here any better. Thank you to everyone else for accommodating us but Mark is not a valuable team member to the team.

For the past four years we have had several group activities at Windfern. It has always been a good experience. After seeing a few reviews I was a little worried because I hadnt been there since last year. I am writing to tell you on Sunday we had the best experience to date when we held a group activity at Windfern. It looks cleaner and the lanes were in good shape. We had great food and drink service for 50+ youth and adults! Windfern is no Club 300 but it is a great alley with good group rate packages!

DO NOT COME HERE EVER IF YOU ACTUALLY WANT TO HAVE A GOOD TIME WITH FRIENDS OR FAMILY. IT IS MORE EXPENSIVE THAN MAIN EVENT, OR ANY OF THE BETTER BOWLING ALLEYS FOR THAT MATTER AND OFFERS HORRIBLE SERVICE ALL AROUND, ESPECIALLY FROM THE MANAGER ON DUTY. NOT TO MENTION, THE BOWLING SYSTEM AND TERMINALS LOOK LIKE THEY ARE FROM THE 80s. I HAVE NEVER BEEN SO COMPELLED TO WRITE A REVIEW BUT AFTER MY EXPERIENCE I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE. NEVER WILL I GO TO ANOTHER AMF LOCATION.

I didnt have very high expectations, I was just bored and looking for something to do. The price per game was a bit high with shoes ($6+$4.25), so I just bought a lane for an hour for $13 including shoes. Got in five decent games. It was raining when I finished, so I headed to the bar for a while to wait it out. Drinks were a bit overpriced, but the bar tender was pretty cool. Overall, pretty clean with well maintained lanes and friendly, helpful staff.

My self, my family & friends that went today to have a good Sunday experience here turned out to be a horrible & unsatisfing experience. I will never return to AMF by the northwest freeway do to the terrible customer service, broken down equipment and very high prices! We felt robbed of our time and money coming, never in the past was it like this!!!! Can some one contact me to get connected to the right people. We give this location a 1 out of 10.

It is a pretty lame place. First the lanes are not really taken care of. Staff is okay and thats pnly bevausr of 2 assc. .the worst part is that they stop pichers @ 12 and then charge 4 per bottle. WTF. O and let me not for get that they stop the food bar @ 11 really. If I would of brougjt my children then they would of made me leave for grub. Rated low for low service. Will never come back. If looking for better service head to katy lanes.

We made it just in the door, the place was old and dirty and the price I have no idea what they do with the money but the cost was around 6$ per person per game, plus almost $5 for shoe rental per person and they were charging for my entire family, including my 1 year old. So for 5 people it is around 50$ per game and 30$ each additional game.I wont be going here, thats for sure.

This is a horrible house to bowl in. There is no staff working to help you, and what staff there is has no clue. A/C is always nice in a bowling center, even a bowling alley. As a past manager of a bowling "center", ownership & management should both be ashamed. The poor Asst. Mgr. was a very nice person but he cant nor should he be expected to do it all by himself.

This is not a place we will ever return to. Floor in front of lane was so gummed up that I fell on my first throw because my foot caught in the gunk. Once I looked around, I could see others having the same problem. Also, we had to have our lane reset at least six times over two games. Nasty, broken and expensive. Coffee was okay.

I had a birthday party for my boss at AMF Windfern Lanes on a Tuesday night and it was a great success. The team at AMF was very helpful and so was the Manager. I would highly recommend this location to my friends and family. The location is great, the food was delicious, and the place was clean and functional.

Management wasnt smart booking a tournament, a church outing, and a birthday party overlapping each other. We had to wait an hour and a half just so a quarter of our group could start bowling. I wouldnt even touch the food that was order by a friend. Just a huge letdown the whole night.

It is definitely not HORRIBLE and NASTY. My friends and I like to go here because they have good specials on certain nights so it makes it pretty cheap to have a good time. Actually, the money we save on bowling we use at the bar. Overall, not the best, but not the worst.

Horrible customer service lanes kept breaking they turned off my daughters Lane because they said it goes by the number if ball throws... Wtf. The other customers around us were just as rude. Will not be coming back

Its a bowling alley. Get over yourself ! A little pricey, but hey, what aint? Located right behind a peep show, your recreational options ARE limited..
