We couldnt find a theater that was still playing prince caspian so we had to go here. First of all, google maps is wrong. The AMC Crossroads Mall 16 map listing on "211 East Interstate 240" is wrong. This caused us to be 30 minutes late to the movie as we had to get directions at the movie theater that was at that address (warren movies). They didnt clean the theater after the last movie! When we walked in there was popcorn, chip bags, coke, etc. left over from the last movie still in the ailes and in the seats. The movie quality was extremly poor. There must have been some damage to the reel as the entire right side of the screen had static and lines the entire movie. The sound was horrible. Because the reel was so messed up the sound was clicking along with the issues on the reel. Just go to warren theaters...

This used to be pretty much the only theater people went to when I was a little girl. The place is extremely outdated and nasty. The movie stadiums are always hot like there isnt AC on. The floors walking down the isles are always sticky. Makes you question when the last time was they mopped. you can tell these seats are worn. They are stained and just feel dirty and kinda icky they need updating. And dont get me started with the bathroom. I swear there was poop on every single toilet seat. And dont think about opening any doors without a jacket and flushing the toilets with your hands. Use your feet. Good prices but dont expect anything nice. I would much rather just spend $4 more dollars and go a couples miles to Warren. Very sad that this place has really gone down :/

Whenever i go to amc its always a hassle and ever since December i found hair in my stale popcorn not once but twice when i gave them a shot last week. Its a worker with curly hair. I havent went back since. Everytime I went they had new ppl. The girl tearing tickets always had her butt crack out. I observed that one person does everything and is the fastest and management stands around looking dumb saying nothing to employees stand around on their phones. Well when i went back people told me thw fastest and friendliest employee we love had quit and i knew that would be my final time there. Dont go there it can only go down hill from here!!! Go to Warren, Harkins, Tinseltown heck anywhere is better then crappy amc!

Please keep in mind when reading other reviews that people are far more likely to leave negative feedback than neutral or positive feedback. That being said, I would say this is the best theater experience I have had in the Oklahoma City area. There are never lines and never full theater rooms. I would keep my opinion to myself, but I dont know how they can afford to operate this moderately nice theater with the few customers I see when I go there. I dont want everyone to crowd to this theater, but I dont want them to get shut down. I think the mall nearby is why the theater doesnt get much traffic, and I can understand why. That mall is garbage, but the theater is nice.

Horrible! The girl that sold us the tickets was VERY nice.... Then we enter the theater. Trashy everywhere you look. The snack vendor was not personable at all. 1/4 way through our STALE popcorn we discovered a hair. Seats were torn, theater floors were dirty and the sound quality during Rise of the Guardians was that of the dollar theater down the street. Ive been in cleaner restrooms in dirty truck stops on a road trip. $8.50 for an adult ticket to this place is a joke. It should be turned into a dollar theater as well as far as we are concerned. We wont be returning. This was definitely our last visit to this rat hole.

Ive been going to this theatre since it opened in the late 90s. The Warren has killed it and Crossroads Malls demise hasnt helped either. However they are keeping it clean and movie prices are incredible! The snacks are expensive and the seats need updated, but over all I like it once again. They also must have updated their projectors last year as the movies look more HD crisp like at the Warren. Some say they wouldnt feel safe there but I have never felt in any kind of danger and they always have a security guard on duty. If you want a cheap movie night experience, the AMC is the choice for sure!

I miss the old supervisor Kaitlyn. She always made my family feel so welcome because of her knowledge of ASL "sign language" and friendly attitude. She was always so quick to stop what she was doing just to help someone who needed her. AMC lost a gem but is still overall one of my favorite theaters . The facilities are always clean and staff is always courteous. I love AMC. Personally, I am closer to Penn Square and only drove to Crossroads for the quality experience Kaitlyn gave us. If AMC hires more "Kaitlyns" they will definitely deserve more than 5 stars.

Its great for someone thats going to college full time and working full time cheap tickets and all around pretty freaking nice although I prefer warren, warren is way too high also its kinda pathetic people judge this place based on the "mall" the theatre has nothing to do with the mall and you shouldnt be scared of somewhere because of their race etc. everyone here is nice and Ive never had a "scary" experience here so stop being racist and enjoy a good movie at a good theatre at a good price!

I found that their employees are full of crap. I went to watch Jack and Jill and since it had Adam Sandler in it I knew itd be funny. halfway into the movie the guy sitting next to me leaves then comes back and a few minutes later a worker says im being to loud when all I was doing was laughing. Its a comedy and i cant laugh? Yeah thats bull**** to complain about that. AMC staff threatened to kick me out for laughing and all i could say was "WTF?". yeah AMC can drop dead like crossroads mall is

The theater its good... Im so disappointed about the members Stub card, I shouldnt been asking for an upgrade for my stuff like if you guys doesnt know what are you offering with this card I always have to explain every one how this card supposed to work and what I supposed to get when I order a small popcorn ... If your employees doesnt know how this card work, then buying this card its a waist of money....

I enjoy visiting this theatre because it is not packed full of people and you can generally get a decent seat. The food and amenities are average for a theatre, and the moves have so far been of good sound and video quality, but it is definitely no imax. You cant beat the $4.00 price during the week. It only gets 3 stars because there is nothing special to set it apart from any other theatre.

This is not the nicest, newest theater Ive ever visited, HOWEVER we like to come here, because it is never overcrowded, the employees are friendly and helpful, the bathrooms are clean, and we enjoy the Stubs rewards program. The snacks are expensive, but that is typical of all theaters. The ticket prices for current movies are better than any other theater weve visited.
