My husband and I were married her on the 20th of April, and didnt stop there, we held our reception in the Large Ballroom too!!! The Harbour View team is amazing to work with. You primarily have one point of contact in order to avoid confusion, however on the day of your event addition team members are present and willing to lend a helping hand if needed ;) , They were so accommodating to me and made all my worries deisappear. They treated my wedding party and my guest with all the respect in the world, but also prevented anyone from stressing me on the big day :). I didnt have to worry literally about a thing. ! My day of coordinator made all my day of stress/questions disappear before they even appeared :) I expressed my thoughts and ideas to Brooke, and she made them all come alive!! , if I need her or a team member at all, they were there in a blink on an eye. Brooke checked in with me periodically through my reception making sure I was ok, if I needed anything and just to tell me how much she loved the decorations!!! ! She literally was my go-to-girl, something was missing, or lost, Brooke found it, in no time. I was lost at how to set-up my cocktail hour, and I was told "dont worry, we will make it look special!" and she did just that. Harbour View cares about the customers, and making their special day, that much more important. They treat the event, no matter what it is, as if it were their own event, and with that being said, they understand how important it is for the day to go as planned! I would recommend Harbour View to anyone! The view is breath taking on the water, great for pictures and ballrooms are able to accommodate any size reception your are having. Their packages are hard to turn away, with the A+ preferred vendor list and all the extras that are included in your package! If deciding on a venue, Harbour View is a must see! I had a morning wedding, and it was phenomenal ! I cant stop smiling, with how happy I was with my selection on this venue. They even have a salon on the grounds too, you just cant beat that! Go check it out!!!! The Harbour View team made me the Happiest Bride, and I am so thankful for that! Thanks for making me feel right at home throughout the whole adventure of planning the venue particulars and my making my wedding be my Dream come true!!! ;)

If you are looking for a beautiful venue with an even more AMAZING staff, look no further than Harbour View! Thank God for the internet and Google because if it werent for these two things, my husband I would have never found this perfect hidden gem. From the time that I entered the doors of this picturesque venue, I knew that this would be the place where Id say "I Do!" Our ceremony was held in the Veranda on a beautiful September Sunday afternoon. The weather was perfect for our nuptials and the scenery on the Occoquan River definitely made everything even more breath taking. Our cocktail hour and reception were held in the upper level of the venue:The Gallery, Hutchinson Room, and the Seawells Point Ballroom. The staff is absolutely AWESOME! Katelyn was our onsite coordinator with Harbour View throughout the our planning process and she was also our day of coordinator as well. She was so attentive to detail from the very beginning. She worked alongside our Wedding Planner to be sure that everything went off without a hitch and it most definitely did. Lisa (the owner), was amazing as well. One of our nephews had a meltdown as he was supposed to be walking down the aisle as a ring bearer and she helped get him relaxed and calmed down. Other staff members including Holly and Alicia, were also a big asset and so super friendly

I was married at Harbour View on 5/20/2012, I highly recommend this venue for any bride who wants a unique venue and top notch customer service. I never wanted to be a "ballroom B bride" and have my reception in a hotel. Having said that, when we found Harbour View I knew it was the place for us. The venue is immaculate, seated on a pier which looks over the Occoquan River. We had our ceremony in the Veranda, an open air space. The venue includes beautiful white pipe and draping for a dramatic effect. Our cocktail hour and reception was upstairs in the gorgeous ballroom. The photo opportunities are endless at Harbour View. We really love the amazing pictures of our wedding party on the pier!!! The most important factor about Harbour View is the customer service. We worked with Lisa and we grew to truly love her. Lisa has vision and patience! I planned my wedding myself and relied heavily on the staff for opinions and guidance. They were never too busy to help with the smallest of details. My wedding went off without a hitch and I know its because the ladies of Harbour View. They truly love what they do and work so hard to make sure your day is perfection. We are looking forward to the next opportunity to have a party there! Christina Rosenberg

My now husband and I had our wedding reception at Harbour View this past September and was the most magical day ever! We could not thank the ladies at Harbour View enough for everything that they did for us. When we booked about 14 months before we knew we made the write decision. Our coordinator was Katelyn and she was AMAZING! (we really love her! haha) She always checked up on to see how we were doing and was always in constant contact! We ran into a few problems with our caterers and Harbour View was there to save the day. Lisa, the owner, and Katelyn went above and beyond to make sure the problem was fixed (even though they didnt have to!) to make sure we were stress free- it meant the world to us. Day of, everything went smoothly, the ladies were so professional and we had an amazing time. Our guests were so blown away by the venue as well as how beautiful it looked! Another bonus is that they provide the tables and chairs- AND you’re able to rent other great things from them for your wedding! They recently got the beautiful chiavari chairs as well and I was able to use the darker brown ones for the first time at my wedding- it was such a plus!! I HIGHLY recommend having your wedding at Harbour View- you really wont be let down!

I was looking for a place to host my best friends bridal shower last May. I needed a location that could host at least 35 people. I searched Woodbridge, and I could not find any location that was suitable. The only places that I could find with reasonable prices were the club houses of a few HOAs. Those places did not compare to the beautiful location at Harbour View. I selected a small room on the lower level. It had beautiful windows on three of the walls of the room. They provided linens, tables, chairs, mirrors for center pieces and large faux potted plants that really helped fill the room. They also allowed me to use my own caterer (they approved prior to use). The location has ample parking and the brick building is beautiful. The women at Harbour View were very helpful and allowed me extra time for set up and take down, which was very much needed. I could not have asked for a better location and group of people to help me planning my event. The shower was a complete success and the bride was wowed at the beautiful location. Everything was perfect! Thank you Harbour View.
